The assistant store manager is very rude! She isnt willing to assist the cashier when she is called for issues. We have to wait there for a while before getting any help. It also seems like she doesn't know what she is doing.This isnt the first time, i experienced this in this store. She is very argumentative and rude. The cashier(angle's') is very rude and lacks training on customer service. The store is also filthy.

Update 01/17/18:Went into this Dollar Tree for some Christmas decorations and what to my wondering eyes should appear ... a mess, and the employees stepping over the mess to restock the shelves. How about if you pick the inventory up off the floor first -- you may have been able to save a few bucks. 🙄 SMH! That's just a thought. 🤓Had this store been in another neighborhood the Dollar Tree would not let this go on.My ⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars 9 months ago has been downgraded for the reasons listed above and as seen in the new photos. Maybe under new management, not sure.Previous review:This is the best Dollar Tree in the area. They have just about everything with the exception of they don't seem to have as many name brand cleaning products as some of the other Dollar Tree locations.

While lines can be long around month end or other pay days, the store has it all! Energy drinks, check. Arts and crafts, check. Seasonal decorations, check. Affordable candy for the movies, check. Name brand brand grocery items, check. Friendly staff, check.

Today I came in I need Many Items But as soon as I wanted in I was Greeted as if I was A Thief 2 Staffs raised their Voice at Me as If I was Trying to Steal a $1 item Will NEVER come to this Particular Location. Terrible Customer Service. Might as Well close dont have any good $1 items anyways. I dislike Rude Ppl also FYI I am D/HOH so I dont event know What they even Yelled at me. Smh extremely disappointed.

Easily the worst Dollar Tree I've ever heard of. I know....it's Dollar Tree, but still. It was the day before Valentines Day, and I needed to pick up a couple things for my kids to exchange stuff at school. This place was a total mess. It looked like a riot had taken place inside. The lights in the ceiling were broken...not all of them, but it was really dim in there.There were open items on the shelves. And the SMELL was just awful!🤢

It's convenient and used to carry all the dog treats my dogs like. They do not have as many dog treats as they used to and the store is usually a mess.

Not enough carts or baskets for the amount of people that shop here. Service is ok but like all dollar trees they all need more help the end of the pandemic has messed up this service industry. Definitely needs better lighting and more customer service friendly personal.

If they are remodelling then I understand..... yet, this place was a mess and I had to go a second time around to dig into the piles of items all over the place. The employees were nice though. I felt bad for them. The cashier who attended my family and I was amiable.

The store got a lot better since my last visit months ago. Very organized, full of decor, especially now for Halloween and believe or not, Christmas decorations are already available. You can get good deals for only $1,25(now) ; there is nothing to complain about it.

Gross gross gross!!!This location is disgusting! Tried to give them several chances on three different visit but it's always the same. A HORRIBLE HOT MESS! The floors are filthy, the shelves are disorganized and have products thrown about, and the selection is poor. I am shocked that management hasn't closed this place down for a few weeks to gets things back under control.The employees seem to be conforming to the absurd circumstances-- walking over the mess and taking no accountability. They are acting like the store is presentable and ready for customers-- NOT! Now I'm wondering why the customers are marching around in here like this store is normal. Some folks I've seen there even allow their kids to run around out of control as if they are at the zoo. It's just ridiculous...plain and simple.

This is not a dollar store everything cost $1.25 plus tax before i like to go frecuenly but now. Prices are up. I dont go very often it be nice if the prices go back like before $1.00. For ítem i think you gonna lose custumers if prices stii rising up

This dollar tree will just close at random, website said closes at 10pm, got there around 7 and a sign on the door said they closed at 5. Sometimes there out of a whole lot of stuff.

OMG! Kudos to the store manager. Store is much more organized. The teachers corner has stuff that other dollar tree don’t have: De Seuss!!Went back for a small return and the cashier was very nice. Only one thing I couldn’t grind was the paper towels! But that’s alright. Thanks!

Infact, l was excited when l received email to pick my delivery.When l got there one of order was damaged so the store manager has to re-oder for me, other than everything went on smoothly.Let say that, the storemanager was a very helpful and assured me of getting me a replacement and appologize make me feel at home and appreciate his courteous maner shown.I appreciate your business.

The manager YANCY is a nasty mean lady. She yelled at me in the store because my card declined. When I asked her to give me a sec to turn my card on she yelled again and rolled her eyes saying “NO YOU NEED TO GO TO THE BACK OF THE LINE” Mind you THERES at least 15 people in the line due to Valentine’s Day. She wouldn’t give me her name and completely disrespected me in front of everyone. I will never return to dollar tree ever again. Cheap products and even cheaper service.

This was the second visit to this Dollar Tree store since I visited the store before,, the bathroom was extremely filthy and nasty there wasn't any toilet paper or soap I have been to other stores this store is quite difficult and dirty so I decided not to come there anymore,, because it is a waste of time and money: It's ashame that this store represents the Dollar tree brand and Organization.

Since the store has been open. It never seems to be in order with clear and functional aisles. The employees seem to change often and shelves always seem a mess. I hope one day the owner and staff will get it cleaned and easily accessible to customers. Three stars for being a Dollar Tree and within minutes to my home.

This store has once again suffer a failure of management - it is dirty, messy and lines are very long...when staff doesn't care it shows. A month or so ago I congratulated the general manager and the regional manager who was at the store at the moment on how cleaning organizer store was after the awful condition of the store around the holiday season Once Again the store has suffered and it's representative of the leadership and the staff I understand that this is a discount store but this is a national chain and they should be standards and if you need me to take ditional pictures to show you I will be happy to do so please focus on the store the merchandise on the shelves and the customer service

This location has become one of my favorites. Sometimes they're out of the items I want to purchase but in the new norm it's kinda understandable. Cashiers & store clerks are always nice so that balances things out for me.

This store is never open during the hours it's supposed to be. I wish they would just make a sign which has their actual store hours and stop making handmade signs. This is the third time that I've tried to come to this dollar tree only to be greeted with a sign telling customers what time they will open the next day. Third times a charm, now I know to just pretend this one doesn't exist past banking hours.

I personally love Dollar tree in general, but This particular dollar tree is a hot mess! I've shopped there many times and the place is always in horrible condition. There's always merchandise on the floor of every aisle. The shelves are half empty, while there's boxes waiting to be stocked. Also, there was a bad smell of urine throughout the store during my last visit. Save yourself the hassle, find another dollar tree.

Whoever is the manager of this store should be ASHAMED! The absolute most disorganized, disgusting Dollar Tree I have ever been too. There was stuff all over the floor, sticky stuff all over the baskets, shelves were just piles of random stuff, and there were half-unpacked boxes of stuff blocking the aisles. At first I thought it was just mess because they were switching out seasonal merchandise, but no the entire store was like this. I've been to many a Dollar Tree and they have all been nice and neat - save yourself and a trip and go to another store.

Went to get a Christmas tree the crew member who works for the store wasn't much help and just said they out and walked away so i don't know when there are getting anymore. Its all good

Hands down the worst dollar tree I have ever been it. This store needs a new manager and staff. There are debris everywhere, boxes stack as tall as me (6'); which has been there for months, unstocked shelves, completely filthy. It's ashame that it looks like a tornado hit it.

At Walmart and other stores where they have automatic register, is logic that those things are programed to pay with only cash or only card, but this place, where everything is $1 and I had to expend less than $5, they want me to pay in card or go to another line, I told them that i had the exact amount and even the cashier take the money already, I just need to gave her the 0.20 cents... I really don't understand... They have cashier's..!!! Is something that They can't count money or something like that.???
