My levothyroxine had been reshelved but the pharmacist refilled it right away and also gave me a flu shot just before lunch break. Very professional and efficient. Thanks

The pharmacist was very helpful to me and helped me get my two meds for $10 each which normally would cost over $200 combined. It was just before closing and she took her time to help look up the coupon codes that I found online. Excellent customer service!

I always have the best experience at this particular CVS pharmacy. The pharmacist are not only knowledgeable but also kind which is rare. The CVS I left (east west hwy) was horrible so I’m am extremely thankful to have found this location that has change my whole CVS experience.

Unprofessional pharmacist/pharmacy when she is there and manager. The young lady who is the lead pharmacist when she is there has zero customer service skills and gives customers the run around constantly and also puts them through hoops to get prescriptions they have been prescribed for years. It is as if she deems everyone beneath her and does not have to treat ppl kindly. She barely even acknowledges customers even when they need her.

This pharmacy repeatedly gave me the run around when I tried to fill a prescription. The prescription in question is an abuse-able substance that has been prescribed for me by my healthcare provider as treatment for a legitimate condition.I was prescribed one drug, and given significant runaround getting it filled. I was told that it had not been called in when it had been. I needed the prescription however and persisted in asking if it was filled. Eventually I did manage to get it. Its my guess that there is more than one pharmacist that works there, and one was denying me while the other was filling my prescriptions. The drug was then switched to a cheaper variant in the same class as the original drug, as I did not have health insurance at the time. Again I was given the run around. I was again told that the prescription was not put in. I was also told that they did not accept my prescription if the prescription was sent over electronically, and would only accept a hand written prescription for it.I had my healthcare provider call in to the pharmacy to see what was going on, and he found that they had lied to me. They had received the prescription and they did not have a policy where they do not accept electronic prescriptions on that medication. They were simply coming up with reasons to deny me medicine that I had been prescribed.Obviously, I was being discriminated against. Again, I did not have health insurance. I was not well dressed at the time I entered the store. I have long hair, and facial hair. I believe they were discriminating against me based on my looks, insurance status, or perceived socioeconomic status. You should not go to this pharmacy. Perhaps you don't have a prescription they would discriminate against you for, perhaps you don't have a condition that requires medicine that they've denied you, but it could happen one day. It is up to you and your health care professional to decide what medications you need, and not the pharmacy. If they wish to deny people medications, lie to them and give them the runaround, then they should get no ones business.People go through significant hardship and significant money to get diagnosed and treated for various conditions. Once the diagnosis is there, once its been made by someone competent and credible, you should not have to continuously prove your condition to pharmacists while dealing with lies and deception.

Pharmacy takes forever, they never answer when I need medicine for my son. And when I go and they aren't doing anything and I ask how long it will take to put a antibiotic in a bag they say up to 3 hours. I recommend giant or Harris teeter.
