I've never had so many issues with a CVS as with this one. My doctor ordered a common medication one week ago and it was to be taken ASAP after a surgery. They have taken more than a week to get it in. They tell me they've ordered it but I can't believe this common medication would take this long. Other CVSs I went to before had it within a day or two maximum. And I've had this issue with this pharmacy for other meds but I was patient because those were less common. This one. This one is inexcusable. Are they mishandling prescriptions? Mishandling controls substances? There seems to be no other reasonable explanation. The person I spoke to on the phone said it wasn't her department to know about the orders and when things would come in. Well then whose department is it?Honestly, it's a pain to switch pharmacies. But I'm going to have to. I don't know if it's the store manager, pharmacy manager or someone else who is responsible for the mis-management here, but someone is responsible.

The pharmacy department is the WORSE!I’ve gone here for quite sometime and before there were no problems with this pharmacy.However, since the pharmacy down the street (Seat Pleasant on MLK) closed and the pharmacy staff switched out, it has gone down hill. There’s always a wait and I’m talking people waiting down the entire aisle. In fact, on more than one occasion there’s been two people behind the pharmacy and only one person attending to customers.To add insult to injury, the pharmacy staff is just right down rude, unfriendly, and just UNPROFESSIONAL!Thankfully, I found another CVS about 2 1/4 miles from my home and will start shopping there.

I never had to even go in just dealing with the pharmacist over the phone was enough to get my prescription transferred. If you’re a self centered person why become a pharmacist? Like just be a cashier or anything else! I just spoke to Tysha or something like that and was a little frustrated because the pharmacy “refused” to fill my prescription because they would have had to open a box and that’s against CVS policy🤣 Can you imagine? Having the meds that somebody needs to be well and putting them through such a ringer to get it AND THEN taking offense that I’m rightfully frustrated 🤣 have some self awareness or better yet don’t be in health care if you only think about yourself!! This is the first review I’ve ever written about anything but that was honestly one of the most ridiculous people I’ve ever encountered.

The pharmacist is the worse! I put my prescription in for an allergy medication, and this lady told me 3 hours. I said ok. My husband came back 3 hours later and she claimed there was no prescription placed for me! I came in to find my script and when I told her, she snapped and said well there's no prescription in for that name. I had to wait an additional 30 mins for a prescription that they never put into the system.

The cashiers are extremely friendly but the pharmacy has some issues. They are understaffed and really acknowledge that your even in line let alone the store. Prescription what time is 10-30mins. Mines took 4 days and still isn’t filled after being promised it 2 hrs from drop off time. Then I was told they were out of stock of the medication they promised to fill. They don’t look very happy up there. It’s like you have to beg them to get the job done.

Man I absolutely hate this place. The people who work in the pharmacy do everything! Besides their job! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It is NEVER smooth sailing when picking up any prescriptions, this place is across the street from me but I hop on the bus and go a couple miles down the street to get my medicine because I cannot deal with these animals.

On 2 different occasions it has taken them 3 weeks to fill life saving medication. The don't call or update you about ordered meds. They don't answer their phone. Worst CVS pharmacy I've ever been to. If I could give a -5 stars I would.

Disappointed that the pharmacy turned me away the last couple of minutes of them being open and told me that they were closed, all I wanted was to pick up my prescription. But since I'm not a difficult customer I just walked away. Also I called asking about a particular supplement being in stock and I just kept on getting transferred from the pharmacy to the front desk back to the pharmacy back to the front desk and no one had an answer.The people at the front desk are usually very fast and very helpful so are the people on the floor. The pharmacy usually is to but they acted as if they could not take me right BEFORE THEY CLOSED when all I wanted was to pick up.The stars are for the front desk people and for the store having what I need when I need it

My only interaction has been with the pharmacy. Was on hold for almost 10 mins to get information about my prescription. By around minute 8 I lost hope that someone would answer, so I hung up and called another CVS. Don't waste your time with this CVS Pharmacy, go to the one further up the street (8601 MLKJ Hwy)

The cashiers are VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL!!😃😃😃👌👌👌👌My problem is with the “MANAGEMENT “ every time I go in the store HE SAYS THAT I AM NOT ALLOWED 🚫!! Due to an issue on His part, of accusing me of stealing!!Okay once I did do it, but I didn’t have money and my child was very ill and he would not listen to me that I would have the money, that next morning!But every time I try to buy some thing, he will come to me and SAY GET OUT OF MY STORE!! I showed him $100.00 to get my stuff. But he said that he was going to call the police.

Rude workers. Young lady was annoyed when i asked her to assist with apple pay on a self checkout machine. Guess i bothered her while she was stocking shelves. But she was also the cashier. Customer service is trash. Webt home to get my wallet to escape the attitude

I am here since 20 min. They told me if u need a flu shot and u walk in it will take 20 more minutes. So schedule an appointment. Now they again asking for 20 mins wait. So whats the purpose of appointment?

Starting calling at 830pm was on hold for 15mins they picked up and hung up then from that point on hung up on me up until 855pm such terrible customer service only had a question about an prescription I been waiting on for to 2weeks.
