Went for a minute clinic appointment. I was about 10 mins late. Sat in the waiting room. Finally got up to ask for a tissue, because they were out in the waiting area. The provider I spoke with came out of her office, looked around, and said, yep I guess there aren’t any, and proceeded to go back into the office. I saw paper towels so I asked if I could have a paper towel. She reluctantly gave me LITERALLY one, then asked if I had an appointment. I said yes, it was at 5:30. She said well it’s 5:56 now, appointments are 20 minutes long. I explained that I had arrived at 5:40, so should I not have 10 minutes left, especially considering that there was nobody else waiting. She referred to a person who had just arrived and said well what about her. It was like speaking with a child who is obsessed with hoarding tissues. Of course, I understand that healthcare providers are slammed and that sure, being seen perhaps was no longer possible in that moment. But dang dude…like not even trying to care…when I’d clearly checked in within the 20-minute window…I really wish that I could give less than one star. I hope she becomes a garbage man to match her garbage attitude.

I visited this place to submit my Temo return and they have no QR code scanner, after long conversations with manager Mr. Raz, the boy named Mr. Jeff fixed the problem and I can submitted my Temo return at CVS center. Jeff is young and so helpful guys. I wish his success. In our work place sometimes we face some complex issues but helpful and extra serve attitude can overcome this type of obstacle and achieve customer satisfaction.

It’s one of the nicer drug stores in the area, and it has self checkout so it’s an easy in and out if you’re just grabbing a few things. The pharmacy, on the other hand, always has an insanely long line. I haven’t had any trouble actually getting my medications but you have to wait for soooooooo long, no matter what time of day it is. Somehow it’s still one of the better pharmacies in the area…

This place deserves a 0 star review. I came to get rid of meds no longer needed at the request of my client's family. The lady I spoke with told me to go stand "over there" when all she had to do was point to the medicine container for me to dump the pills into. I'm sure that was done on purpose to keep me waiting. All these CVS pharmacy locations have some deranged, disturbing pharmacists working there. They obviously went into it for the money only, like a lot of nurses nowadays.

Had surgery was put on pain meds. Called to see if my rx was ready. Waited an hour and a half for someone to answer the phone. When a person finally answered the phone they informed me that they were out of my meds(this happened on a Saturday) they would be out until monday. Nothing could be done since you can't transfer that kind of medication. Thanks for the headsup. Jerks.

I got here early for an appointment and Tamika check me in right away without any doubt. She was beyond patient with all my questions, she gave me all the answers I needed. Blown away seeing that so many people left bad reviews, still decided to go here.All I can say is follow your guts staff is very helpful.On your next visit ask for Tamika in the pharmacy dept.. She’s a ROCKSTAR!!!

The worst customer service two days in a row. Pharmacy workers were horrible. They even lied about COVID shot scheduling. It felt exactly like a third world country. It took. Over 3 hours in two consecutive days to get the flu and COVID vaccines. A total mess. Very frustrating. If you can go somewhere else.

Worst Pharmacy with poor customer service for years no matter what hour . The pharmacist is filling prescriptions and making healthy people who come in for COVID-19 shots wait and get exposed to sick patients in the long lines waiting for prescriptions. Unsustainable process. Doctors , clinicians or even their Minute clinic needs to be providing vaccines . CVS is the worst trying to do everything but they’re a boss of nothing. I will send people to other pharmacies .

On a Sat night 7/22 I had the absolute worse pharmacy experience I've had in life. They treated people like cattle. I waited almost 2 hrs to fill a prescription and finally just gave up and asked for my prescription to be returned to take it somewhere else. They were rude and didn't have enough staff to service customers .

Insane wait times, they need more staff. Pharmacy never has any of my meds in stock (even the common ones), insists I call them to get them in stock, and then doesn't answer the phone for 30 minutes with no means of transferring to a better store.

This 5 star review is all due to the impressive efforts of one young man who works at this CVS: Mr Adrian B. Adrian demonstrated the best customer service and motivation I have seen in a long time. Always smiling, he was racing to the front and the back to the pharmacy the entire time I was there. I hope CVS recognizes him and give him a promotion. Well done Adrian B!

08/27 at 3:30pm I had came in for some things that were locked and a very inebriated CVS employee came to help unlock. I do not kid when I say he reeked of alcohol from head to toe, this is crazy. Another employee came and took over because the initial employee was too drunk to open the case. You see a lot of crazy stuff in this area but never have I witnessed this. The name of the drunk guy’s tag said Hubert, something needs to be done.

I wish I couldn’t even give this review 1 star. Please do not go to this pharmacy even though it is open 24/7. Find another one to go to because this pharmacy will make you loose your patience. Not only will you have to wait a long time in line, there is one pharmacy tech who works the late hours (3rd shift) who has mental problems. When you go late, the nice thing is there aren’t any lines BUT that pharmacy tech is there and he is incredibly rude and nasty!! On one occasion he was in the back and he was throwing prescriptions around and threw one at the wall. He is always angry, more like furious for no reason, and has an attitude problem. A ticking time bomb. I don’t even know how he’s still working there. Just don’t even go to this horrible pharmacy. I’m so glad I don’t have to go there to pick up my meds anymore!

Minute clinic nurse was literally the rudest person I have ever met in my LIFE. New to the area and got lost I arrived 15mins late to my appointment. She comes out the room 38mins later to tell me I have to reschedule. “You came 40mins late we are not taking you find another place to go” excuse me? It was extremely rude and the tone of voice? That’s NOT how you speak to people. Especially if you are dealing with sick patients all day. Then I explain to her is there anyway we can just wait to take the exam there will be no other appointments today. She later comes back to advice me that she wasn’t rude I shouldn’t tell her what she doesn’t know and I need to leave because we can’t take the test.

I go here because it's the closet CVS but, there is one pharmacist in there who is scary. One early Sunday morning when I went to pick up my prescription, he was there. He was throwing Prescriptions around the area. I found that really odd. He was also incredibly rude. I happened to call up there again and he answered the phone. I asked a question about my prescription and he hung up on me. I could go to another CVS, I would but since this one is 24 hours, I go. The service sucks.

Rarely do I feel motivated to leave reviews. By and large, people are doing their best — juggling a lot of things and trying to be decent and kind. Only in extraordinary situations do I feel compelled to so (which is bad, I should participate more!) Unfortunately, this is one of those extraordinary moments. I feel compelled to let people know just how abysmal the pharmacy technician on duty was during the 10pm/12am hour on Sunday, June 26th. My wife and I both called to put in a prescription, both got told to “wait” and, one after another, both got put on hold for 15min prior to hanging up b/c clearly the gentleman was not coming back to the phone. Upon driving to the location (my wife needed pain meds after just having given birth), the same individual told me to come back in an hour for the prescription. I did, at which point he tells me (after confirming during our first meeting) that he will not have it until tomorrow. Said he “tried to call” but neither my wife or in had missed calls. Between putting people on indefinite hold (twice) and then botching a fulfillment, I’m sorry to say this was the very definition of complacency and disorganization.

I know alot of people don't prefer this location, but I am so happy to have access to a 24 hour pharmacy! The staff is always kind to me, especially Celia. It's pretty neat and well kept. The pharmacy is mostly okay. They can have very long wait times and sometimes the technicians get orders wrong. But mostly, it's a good CVS in a bad location.

Was not open 24 hrs. I have no problem if a store is not open 24hrs but PLEASE for the love of God stop advertising this as a 24hr store. I got out of the ER and was directed to this store as a pharmacy that was open (1:30AM) It was difficult because walking was very painful due to my injury. But I made it to the door anyways. Where I was promptly greeted by doors that did not open. I tried prying them open but they were locked. I saw and associate and loudly knocked on the glass. He looked up and saw me. Thought for a second then went back to what he was doing. Now, I've worked retail and I understand ignoring customers knocking on the glass if you're closed cause, I wanna go home. But not if there is a lit up sign that says OPEN 24HR. I knocked and knocked and knocked and he just walked away and no one came to the door. So I painfully walked back to the car and started calling that pharmacy. I tried three times and everytime I couldn't get through. Now I get to be in pain till my regular pharmacy opens up. BEWARE IT MIGHT JUST NOT BE 24HR.

AVOID PHARMACY! After an incredibly long wait, gave me an unmixed antibiotic for my child. If I hadn't known the drug was supposed to be liquid and spotted the error at home, this could have resulted in an ER trip for my little one. Totally unacceptable.

The NP Megan Donahue should not work there if she doesn’t care to help people to her full ability. She is extremely RUDE, NASTY and DISMISSIVE. I came in there to complete titers that I scheduled online. She said I had scheduled a vaccine appointment, refused to service me, and sent me to labcorp instead. I tried to explain online the option said “Vacine/ titers” but she would not listen! As a black woman and RN I was horrified!I called CVS to file a complaint and they said I did nothing wrong and had actually selected the CORRECT appointment! I drove an hour away to labcorp when all she had to do was troubleshoot the situation properly instead of cutting me off every sentence.What an awful poor excuse for an NP!

If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars I would. Today was my last straw when speaking to pharmacy representative, Abraham who was working overnight tonight. I called to inform him I just left the ER with my son and needed a prescription tonight because the doctor said I need to start it right away. It’s the closest 24hr pharmacy to me. I’ve had antibiotics filled before in 15 minutes. I even explained to him the doctor said I need to start them right away. I said I could wait an hour if needed. He did not care what so ever and got smart. Whoever the supervisor/manager/store manager is at this CVS needs to really do something about their pharmacy staff. This is not the first incident I have with them but the worse. After explaining I left the hospital in the middle of the night with my son and Abraham being rude and not even trying to work with me. If the doctor didn’t recommend going same day I would have waited. What is the purpose of a 24/7 pharmacy if they can’t fill a prescription that’s reasonable. I called and drove to the CVS in Kensington and got both prescriptions in less than 20 minutes. The Kensington pharmacy is out of my way but thank god for them. They were polite over the phone and in person. I will be going to Kensington CVS pharmacy for future prescriptions/any business.

The Pharmacist is the worst. He is rude and very unprofessional. I came in at 9:00 am, I was told to come back at 12pm. I arrived at 1:45pm. I was told my medication was not ready. I was yelled at by the pharmacist telling me to come back later. The pharmacist name is Henok Yirgu. My medication was ready but he was refusing to provide it. I understand we all have bad days but come on this is not like a shopping store where people are just browsing around. This is a pharmacy if I’m in here it’s for a reason.

It’s hard to find a decent CVS in this area. Most have terrible parking. This one is ok for parking, but the wait times are crazy. Nobody was there at all and I was asked to come back in 4 hours just to pick up a COVID test. When I pressed they changed it to 30 minutes. Still too long when there’s no queue at all.

I went to store this morning to buy NyQuil and one medical gloves.I am registered to cvs and I always put my phone number and get digital receipts. The lady was in phone while I am doing checkout. For NyQuil medicine employee need to verify the date of birth to purchase and she did that but she still talking in her phone. I pay with cash and card. I get digital receipts on my email and credit card charges notification on my phone but in mean time she came back and tell me the payment is not going and she told she didn’t verify my purchase on NyQuil and asking for paper receipts. I show her my digital receipts on my phone and and credit card charges. She started to argue with me and start to scan item again and she call her coworker over there. She told me why I showing my attitude but she forgot that she already verify the purchases and busy in her phone and she forgot within a minute. Her coworker say everything is good. I really feel disappointed this kind of service.I don’t recommend any body to go on that location .
