My dog has been groomed at Chichie's multiple times. They have summer, short, medium length for hairstyles. My dog has behavior problems and has been kicked out of PetCo and Diva Paws for biting. Fortunately Chichie's seems to handle smaller dogs and their temperaments well, and we've been back multiple times. Also, they only take cash tips.

We recently moved from Nevada to maryland and our old lady Bella is a 21 yr old mini poodle and needed to be groomed, we had issues in the past trying to get her groomed because of her age, health and skin issues. Ms Odessa has been my groomer since her shop on M and 21st Street, NW, DC, 50 years ago. She exceeds professionalism in grooming skills and relating to the handling of animals with behavior problems. This is a family owned business and I recommend them highly!

Never have I been to an open to the public type place that was so dirty and stnky. There are two cages with birds in them, they smell very bad. The owner washed my 7lb Maltese, trimmed her butt, her nails and cleaned her ears. She didn't get a haircut, just a trim around her eyes $70.00....seriously....do not recommend

First let me start this off by stating that this is the dirtiest pet grooming place I have ever been to, by no means is this place a boutique. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL the older lady who maybe the owner is scared of her rough looking Shampoo assistant.I just watched them chop this yorkshire hair in so many layers it look like a tina turner wig.Horrible establishment dont ever bring your fur baby here if you love it.

Most horrible place ever, it’s so dirty I mean dirty and they traumatized my dog he is scared of scissors now and they nicked him 6 times and the cuts were very uneven

I gave them a second chance to groom my dog...told the groomer to NOT touch his mohawk...and again she cut it short...she needs to close her business if she can't comprehend DON'T CUT HIS MO HAWK! I will NEVER NEVER NEVER send my pets there again!
