She has struggled with allergies and food sensitivities for so long, and the switch to Carnos changed everything! The food is excellent quality with transparency around ingredients and sourcing and the company is super communicative about billing/shipping etc. I love Carnos!

I've been feeding my dogs and cats raw food for years. When we moved to VA on 2006 I was happy to discover Top Quality Dog food. I was worried when we recently moved to Florida but was overjoyed to find out they ship here too. They offer a quality BARF diet at a fraction of the price of dehydrated and frozen foods found online and at pet stores. This is a fantastic company and my dogs, cats and I are so grateful for the wonderful affordable dog food they ship to us.

I’m 2 orders in and both my presa canario and yorkie loves their new food. My presa is 10 weeks and yorkie is 2 years old. They love the salmon, beef tripe, green tripe and more. The best customer service. If you have any questions, changes in the order, they answer quick and fix your problem. I buy food in bundle every 1.5 months. The delivery is fast and they packed the food very carefully that the food still frozen when it arrived to my home... Top Quality food for my puppies. They love this food. They are toy poodles and picky eaters but not with this food. They love it and I am very happy with the company! I recommend this company.

Great customer service and always very helpful and accommodating with questions. They generally respond quickly and pickup at my local location is always on time. The delivery person even loads my roughly 65 pounds of raw food for me! It is high quality raw food and my 5 dachshunds and 1 cat do very well on it. Buying it this way saves me a ton of money and trips over purchasing in-store and much less waste than when I was having frozen raw food delivered. It's a pretty popular service in my area because there are at least 15-20 other customers who pick up when we do. I did purchase a chest freezer to accommodate our large order and I am happy that I did do that. I typically order HVM in chicken or turkey. I also almost always add frozen sardines, which my animals love to eat whole, and some kind of air dried treat - my animals have enjoyed them all.

Highly recommend! Not only do they have a wide array of raw dog food options, their customer service is exceptional. Prices are extremely fair. I ordered food on a Sunday, realized my dog had a food intolerance to what I ordered on Monday and therefore had to cancel. They canceled my order immediately and refunded me. Unfortunately, I still received the order. Will at Top Quality Dog Food told me that if I could keep the product and use it that they wouldn't require me to send it back. Most companies wouldn't even offer this as an option but require you to find a FedEx/UPS and ship it back immediately. My dog and I are extremely appreciative of the time saved by not requiring us to run around to fix this error. Thanks Will! We will be ordering more goodies from here.

I bought 50 pounds of halved knuckle bones for my puppy families. Delivery is the $25 for 10 pounds or for 50 pounds so it is quite a savings. The bones arrived packed in boxes. I had to divvy them up in aliquot of approximately 10 pounds for the families but everyone was pleased. The store was running a 50% off on knuckle bones, too.

I've been ordering from Top Quality Dog Food for almost 2 years. The have a great product line, everything I've ordered has been excellent quality and the dogs love the food. Ordering is simple, shipping is very reasonable and it comes well packed and still frozen, although my latest order was slightly thawed but that was due to temp hovering around 100 that day. I could not be more satisfied with Top Quality and their products.

I cannot stress enough how great they are. I drive over an hour to pick up my pets food from their warehouse (that just works better for my schedule and I don't mind at all) but they have great delivery options as well. Every time I pick up my order, the employees who help me make my day. No only is my order ready on time, but the customer service is outstanding. The gentlemen load my car and are always so friendly and in such a good mood. By the way they act and look, I really believe they like their job and that makes me want to give my business to them even more! I have also called a few times over the phone to ask some questions and their office is incredibly friendly and welcoming. My two dogs and cat do excellent on all their PMR recipes & I would never consider feeding them anything else. They have a great selection at very reasonable prices and I know Its fresh, raw and wholesome. Buy from them for the sake of your pets longevity.
