Apparently open 24 hours means something different to employees around here. Went to 2 different “7-elevens” for them to both tell me they are closed. Anyways, open when they feel like being open I guess.

Worst experience in my life as a American veteran I walk in and I hear hey sir ? I have no clue what is going on. She runs out and tells for police. They are parked outside. I have no clue on too what is going on. She mistakes me for a addict or drunk like those Latin beggars around her store. Is this what a Ethiopian will man thinks of America. Tired of alot of bs

Customer service is horrible there. Never go there. Dirty floor. The soda machines and slurpee machine stink of ammonia. I ordered a beef pattie there before and 2 things the Ethiopian lady did so wrong was 1 she didn't wash her hands and she had just been cleaning the floor with a dirty rag! 2nd she gave me a hot dog instead. Then I tried to pay with credit card card machine was not working so I had to get cash from the ATM. Causing me to pay and additional $2.50 fee. This place sucks! 0 stars! Fire everybody there!

I love this store so much! Customer service, cleanliness, and over all experience is just amazing. People who work there are very friendly and helpful. Plus they always have what I’m looking for. I love this store ☺️

Went in the floor was sticky with recipes paper all over the floor!Spills in the back isles no one tried to clean up, slurpee machine broken, counter was sticky and my hands got dirty from it!The whole place was filthy! The workers lazy and seem to just hate their job so much they didn't wanna be their!Just terrible if I could give 0 stars I would have

The lottery machine took my money told 3 of they workers at 3 different times,I was told the managers would call me,a month has gone bye and still nothing,,now when you go in to cash your winnings in the morning you have to wait any where from 5 to 10 min so they can turn the machine on,, when it shoulda already been ready to go,,the owners should sell it already or quit there day jobs an run it correctly

Store is going through a transition to a new franchisee and staff. I don't think that they are fully staffed yet. I was very pleased with the previous franchisee (Terri) and her folks.

Since this management has taken over the 7-Eleven has been very unorganized they even running out of cheese they don't have hot dog rolls sales they put up they have the slightest clue what's going on sale and what's not on sale and they barely honor it it seems like they run out of supplies alot and they continue with changing prices on items like they make it up as they go sometime cuz it happened to me quite often and they're very slow he's like the very unorganized the cashiers are not experienced only a couple it just recently started to get somewhat better because I guess the corporate people came there and change some things inside the store and now they seem to be changing gears I don't know what happened all of a sudden but these trying to be more professional

This 7/11 is disgusting and has been ever since Ms. Terri left the pizza and the other food is always burnt the employees are always on their phones and do not care and not to mention a lot of your employees do not wear mask and gloves especially around the food, the coffee area is disgusting and when you walk in there’s always an abundance of merchandise just sitting in the middle of the floor And that’s even after the supply truck has left avoid this 7/11.
