This store is not 24hours I literally am here now at 4:08 am to stop for coffee and the cashier has his headphones on and when I pulled the door to come in it’s locked. The cashier looked at me and said “we are closed”. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT

This 7-11 is not 24 hours. 7-11 is slipping. There will be a comment below me asking for more information, but as you can see from other reviews, this and the other down the street don't stay open 24 hours. They won't change the hours on google though. You're just upsetting customers who waste their time trying because you advertise on here that these stores are open.

2 nights in a row there has been a locked door after 1am. The second a man was inside and motioned to me that they were closed. Change the listed hours if you are not going to stay open 24hrs

This location is NOT 24/7! Even if they have workers inside. They randomly lock their doors despite having multiple workers inside.

The 6034 7/11 Closed at 2:40am and also went another day at 12am and it was closed - and around 4am was also closed - it’s nearby so I come here often but between 12am-6Am you will find this 7/11 closed

Please update the maps schedule,I’ve been several times around 4:40am and the door is locked, you can see the employees but they said they open after 5am same thing with the other just a few blocks on Baltimore ave, this is a busy area just around College Park, and please stop putting so much water in the coffee, thank you

Though advertised as open 24 hours, the door was locked early in the morning. The attendant heard my knock, but refused to unlock the door. Poor business practice.

I’m a doordash driver. The lady last night working night shift told me that “We don’t do doordash” and then we went back and forth a few times as I tried to explain to her that this is the address I was given and I showed her the app to prove it. After about 60 seconds she just ignored every word I said, eventually walking out of the store. I was blown away. Doordash ended up paying me for the order anyways. I have reached out to corporate to try and understand why this was acceptable, and I’ve spoken to doordash as well to let them know to remove them from the platform.

I didn't want to even give this place a star. But I had to click on a star in order to post my rating/comment. My husband and I stopped by this 7-11 to reload my PayPal prepaid card. So the guy behind the register reload the card and takes my husband money, gives my husband back the card and tells my husband that he's short $50. The transaction was all finished. So my husband says let me see the camera, the guy says no. So my husband says he's calling the cops, which he did and the register guy says to my husband "I got it". WHAT THE HECK! Just want to put it out there...

So me and my mom went down there. My mom asked this lady with orange dreads for a cheese pizza. Next thing you know, she was gossiping in her foreign language and laughing at my mom. She said "I'm not even arguing with you". And it wasn't just my mom, it was other customers who got the disrespect. This lady needs to get fired!Edit: With a cherry on top, She replied to my mom saying: "Are you talking to me?" with a sassy and disrespectful tone. Once again, she needs to be fired.

Most 7-eleven hire foreign speaking owners and they dont greet customers and can understand customer request. I have yet to visit an establishment that greets its customers upon entry. It is rare and unsavory. I generally dont visit again bc the first rule of business acumen is greeting the customer with a smile and then attempt to facilitate their needs. So, outside of purchasing coffee, I dont patronize 7-11.

It's Saturday 8\20/22 at 11:48 pm,,the worker won't tell me his name or manager number or district manager number by law he's supposed to when asked,,made Brazilian in regular pot,,the other regular was cold,,he told me it wasn't his problem or job to make more starting an argument with a customer after I asked to make fresh pot,,then he makes a fresh pot of Brazilian instead of regular,,poor customer service on a easy night job

Do not eat there food! Stopped for some takitos on my way to work. One was ok the other two tasted like sanitizer cleaner. Made me sick as a dog all day, even tho I didn't even eat more then a bite from them. Never again this place is going to kill someone!

The nicest owners and friendliest employees of any 7-11 I've ever been to. Parking lot gets crowded in the morning but it's worth it to support these great people.

The only reason I'm giving it four stars is because I found mold in the burrito. But the employees are very nice good 7 eleven but the mold problem is messed up but awesome place
