This location is right on Rte 40 so it makes it convenient. This Dollar Tree is pretty large and spread out, and they have added a Dollar Tree Plus! Section for things around $5.00. Since the last time I was at this location, this Dollar Tree has improved alot. The place was much more organized, and the shelves were well stocked. The cashier needs some customer service training. While ringing me up, she was texting on her cell phone and not acknowledging me.

I went to the Dollar tree this evening and Cameron was the associate working he has the best customer service and is sweet and helpful I hope someone can reach out to him on a corporate level because he is the best associate that I have ever experienced in that store.

Wouldn't support this business for several reasons. The store is very messy. I don't know who manages this place, but the amount of trash outside is beyond EMBARRASSING!!! IN ADDITION, get with the current events!!! CDC change Covid guidelines two weeks ago!! Cashier was very rude to an elderly gentleman because he wasn't wearing a mask. He stated he had the vaccine but she insisted she wouldn't ring him up until he put one on. He had to go out in his vehicle to get one. He should have told them to keep their garbage. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Clearly they're afraid of their own shadows. Very rude!!

Seriously the most inconsistent of the dollar tree locations with their hours. Get some real help and management that cares and you may actually have an operational store. Pretty ridiculous being only 5pm on a wednesday

I have never seen such a mean. Rude down right scary manager. As I have seen in this woman. I am never in there that she's not out side on her cell smoking. That the line is down the isles. Employees has even asked customer to call headquarters let them know how out of hand she is. She came running out of the store yesterday yelling at a woman who put some trash in the trash can. Telling her the side walk trash can was for customers only. The lady was so shocked. She turned around got in her car and left she never made it in the store. She can't keep help. Time and time again I have seen how horrible she is to customers

I am so angry 😡 today. One of the workers did not let me buy 10 plates. I was in dollar tree looking in the aisle of the shore line and an old lady came to me saying I couldn’t be in the aisle because it was closed. And me being nice I SAID “ Ok, I’m sorry”. And went to another set of plates and other things. Then the same old come up to me , take in note she had already had seen my cart and said “ You can’t buy that it’s not for sale”. . EVERY BODY KNOWS THAT THE MERCHANDISE COMES WITH THE BARCODE TO SCAN. She all my stuff and put it back. She came to me being all sassy and rude when I was being polite.And I was with my children of 11 and 10 years of age. My CHILDREN DIDNT KNOW WHAT TO DO. I don’t understand how dollar tree can have such bad workers. I got one thing to say DO BETTER!!!! The moment this worker made me go thru acting as if I would Steal FROM DOLLAR TREE. She also took all my stuff in front of the other customers. Don’t go HERE I WAS going to BUY THE MURCHANDISE. SO THANK YOU FOR RUINING MY DAY OLD WOMAN.

Great store always clean and organized ! But Horrible management! Horrible management! horrible management! Workers feel belittled and have to walk on eggshells around the store manager because of the way she’ll talk to them. Not enough workers. And The district manager doesn’t care about anything going on unless it’s convenient for her !

I have to tell you that the dollar tree is my very favorite store, and I'll tell you why...I can get practically everything I want right from that store.another thing that makes me happy is that there's never any junk on the floor they clean it every day and make it just as wonderful as it was the day before.I have decorated my home with things from the dollar tree. It fascinates me how they're able to offer such quality items at such a low, low price.And for Christmas, they always have some neat stocking stuffers. Things for weddings, birthdays-just anything you need, you can always find it at the Dollar Tree.

Well stocked but weird hours! Can't be sure they will be open when you arrive. Sign says 9-9 on weekdays, but note on door says 11-7.

Not happy about the hours. Website still says the old hours, so the only way to know if they are open is to go there. Which is frustrating when you are trying to save gas.

I've been to several Dollar Tree locations. This one is by far the best one. They're fully stocked, friendly and helpful staff, and they keep the place very neat. I can't wait to shop there again!!!

The worst experience in all my years of shopping in retail history. I entered with my children in the Dollar Tree shopping cart & within minutes was informed by a very rude person which later discovered was the manager by the name of Edna, that my 6 yr old who is very lean, wasn't allowed in the cart due to health code violation. Not because he was standing, or disruptive because "Food is placed in the cart & it's our policy" I thought to myself theres no fresh fruit here, no open containers. I've shopped with my 6 yr old in the bk of grocery store cart & was never told that ever. Some of you may think why is a 6yr old in a shopping cart? As stated he's a lean child, but he's also Autistic & to keep him safe its convenient to hv him in the cart. A few other words transpired & phone calls to corporate. No availability to the head quarters its a time allotted answering machine, however I won't stop till we're heard. I'm still reaching out to lawyers in a discrimation suit. Soon to follow will be news stations. You will not treat people this way Dollar Tree!!!

Clean and neat. Already have St Patty's day decor and some Easter decor. Still have some Valentine's decor out. Spring decor out. Plenty of household items out. All a dollar. Great selections. Always spend more than planned. Lol

Store in Havre de Grace was dirty. There was a u-boat with boxes all over the floor.i usally visit the one in abington Maryland bc they are the cleanest store of all. I only stopped there bc it's closest one to my house and had to get home tonight

Only One Check Out Register and she was No Help in Finding Items; as she was Only there for a Week! The Only other Senior Employee hid Behind a Tall Stack of Boxes Stocking Items! I Couldn't Find the Regular Balloons; as the Balloon Section that Had a Huge Sign was Only for Helium balloons. Very Disappointed; as I couldn't find Another Item I wanted to Buy and the Senior called Outside to Someone that Never Came to Help me.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST STORE. edan, natasha and the manager (that i havent got her name yet) are the most ignurent people. My family was there today and my 8 year old child was accused NOT ONCE BUT TWICE for stealing. My daughter put her things on the register and NATASHA specifically rang them up and as they were leaving had the nerve to say did you pay for that. IS SHE ACTUALLY SERIOUS!?! i draw the line when you come at my children. Not to mention got on the intercom and spoke AT MY CHILD "I TOLD YOU THREE TIMES TO STOP RUNNING AROUND" when my child wasnt even running around AND EVEN IF SHE WAS YOU BETTER TALK TO ME NOT MY CHILD!!! I called to speak to the manager (that was not there) spoke with the assistant manager that has no decency toward the situation. I am contacting the district office now, and i will not let this be until there is new respectful employees, KNOW YOUR PLACE MY DEAR....

Convenient, big selection of all sorts of items. Located on route 40 in havre Dr grace, easy to get to. A good place to find some deals. Whether for holiday needed snacks and candy to decorations, they always have something.

Very clean and well organized, unlike other Dollar Trees, you can easily locate items and things are not tossed in piles.
