So now they've set up a voicemail system where you can't even speak to somebody and after it walks you through the whole system it just hangs up on you CVS this is very uncalled for I will be transferring my prescription elsewhere today.

Was 15 minutes late for a COVID test because of traffic. Wouldn't give me a test even though no one else was there. Had to drive an hour away to get a test. And now I'm missing my flight because I can't access the results electronically. They make you sign up for their "MyChart" system, which isn't made clear ahead of time. They somehow didn't enter my information correctly, and it won't let me access. Getting bounced around on their phone system for 45 minutes now, can't talk to anyone who will help me. So I guess just not going to Mexico. Go anywhere else but CVS for your testing needs
