We have service dogs that luts us know for danger ect. she barked one time in 3 years of us going up there. A boy ran in front of her and she barked once now they can't go in to Hancock md any more...and the corporate has yet to get back to us about the whole thing.

This store is alot more neat and clean than any DG around. I drive here and pass two DG stores on my way because I hate chaos in stores. Great selection and decent prices

The store was tidy. They had what I wanted in stocks. Staff were friendly. No long lines and the checkout associate was fast & efficient.

We visit the Hancock Family Dollar frequently. They are very busy, keeping shelves full and unloading the truck, but they are ALWAYS helpful and friendly. They are 5 star all the way!

Man running the cash register was very rude. I asked him how he was doing, he never looked up, just grunted something. Not once did he thank us or give us any consideration for shopping there. Won't go there again for that treatment.

Nice place for convenient things like soda, candy, cereal, body wash and shampoo plus it is just right down the road. Workers are nice too. Great store and we will keep coming back.

The female working right now needs fired and I will be calling corporate! Today’s date at 7pm my sister was cussed at by an employee and refused to give her name or managers name. Corporate WILL hear from me tomorrow
