Called to see if they had Western Union, lady who answered the phone was extremely snooty. Her answer was um yeah, I asked if that section was open, response ummm no, ok what time do they open sighs loudy and states 10:00, like it was inconvenient for her to answer my question! I’m almost positive I know who it was, I stopped going to that Weis because I’d come early in the am and go to her register and say GM and never would get a response, then she’d slam my items as she’s ringing them up and just act very aggressive. I would expect that from a younger person, but she is older and seems to be in an ill mood every time I came in. I’m sorry I know companies are desperate to get bodies in their stores, but this is ridiculous, my 3 year old well 2 at the time would wave and say GM and never received a response in return, which of course upset her, I explained you can’t expect to get a hello from everyone you encounter honey!! Sorry so long, I’m just so tired of staying quiet about individual being so rude when I spend a lot of money there. I actually shop at the other Weiss which is way out of my way, just so I can get atleast a friendly smile from the staff there! Do better management, train your crew that they wouldn’t have a job if it weren’t for loyal customers who shop there, a smiling face is the least they can do!!

Had issues with western union. Employee was stealing my $100 and wouldn't let me have. Thankfully!! after a couple phone calls another manager directed the other to follow the law. Even after she finally gave me money, she still didn't know what she did wrong, and pretty much told me she would do the same again if I stopped again. Glad we had 1 employee there that understood the difference about their stores policy after I explained.

Tried for 15 min to order from the Seafood Dept. No one answered the phone, customer service told me to try being patient. Someone else went looking for her, Patty and found her OUTSIDE. Great place to sell seafood outside! She was very abrupt with me and then didn't give her name and very quick gave the phone back to whoever. Very bad service all around

Very friendly workers, and the areas are always clean and orderly. Produce and meats are top quality. Excellent baked goods. Deli goods are a favorite. The store "ready to bake" stromboli is great and worth the price

Everyone working is always so friendly. It is never super busy when I go which is awesome. I feel like some of the Weis brands food are poor quality. Sometimes the younger employees like to chat with each other and leave their post but it has not negatively affected me besides losing to them when racing to their lane.

Wow! I just love this place. Top notch service, high quality products for a reasonable price, and wow those high ceilings knock me off my feet! Weis Markets Greenmount is not only my favorite place to shop, but it’s THE place to shop!

I used to shop here when I worked in Manchester and drove by the store everyday. Now I shop here because it is seldom crowded and has a very good self-checkout system. Great for social distancing. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Honestly I think I gave it a 4/5 instead of a 5/5 because I was tired. The employees are always pleasant and the selection is good. It's peaceful and clean. No reason why this shouldn't be a 5.

The seafood department was will stocked and the service was great. Has lots of things that walmart didn't. Haddock was a great price cod fish good price clams in shell good price.

Sadly, not so great! If you absolutely must shop here, because you can’t find what you need anywhere else, pay close attention to the expiration dates. Check the bread for mold, and don’t expect your fried chicken order to ever be right the first time! This place used to be better, but the last couple of years, it has really gone downhill.

I love this store. They carry fresh wet cake yeast which is nearly impossible to find. If you're using the dry envelope, then you don't know what you're missing! The delly section has wonderful selection and the produce is very reliable. I drive 20 minutes to get there.

I was able to get everything I needed today. Most of the time I can get all the sale items I want. Always a clean store and very nice people work there. They don't have a deli anymore. Stinks cause you can't get a small amount of deli items. Very disappointed 😞

This has been my grocery store for 5 years now. Always well stocked no matter what was going on with deliveries and supply. Hubby is trying to make me switch to...well..won't mention name but it's in Westminster and small and sells from boxes on shelves. No way! Weis in greenmont/hampstead is MY STORE.only one small thing... do you really need all those self checkouts? Only two cashiers and one usually open. Many of us like to do things the old fashioned way. Today my line was held up by my cashiers supervisor reviewing her voids with her. This could have waited..and preferably done in private. Felt sorry for the lady. She was probably embarrassed too.

This is the best Weis around. Been to Westminster and Hampstead and between all 3, this one is the best. Huge store, great selection, excellent produce, and great crowd control.

Wowa, everything you need in one place happy faces and eager to help you with whatever you need and can't find. Their mates are delicious how freshly and soda at a reasonable price. Myself I'm happy to go there when I need something. You must try and I think you'll agree

Well love the staff here, very helpful as well as friendly! Only 4 star's due to not having certain item's, request made n getting specific dog food that they previously had disappeared! Same as caffeine free pepsi and coke-- took month's to finally get after numerous request w Mgrs. Will see how long on wet dog food?

They've lowered many of their prices, clean store (s). What I love most of all about Weis,is the pharmacists. In particular, Wayne and Michelle(?),they know myself and my family,by our voices over the phone! How many pharmacies are there like that!? None,that I know of.

Older big lady with short hair there, I asked her to remove three items from the order(I was doing self check out) the items were NOT on sale even though the sign said they were. She didn’t greet and when I thanked her, she did not say a single word to me. Wow, people are just miserable here.

From the rude and uncaring front end to the strange smells from the seafood dept to management you ask for and never see. And if you do see them. They never handle the problems or questions. I only go to that Weis if I have to or if I need something quick. I fine better prices either up or down the street.

Most of their prices aren't cool. But if you have coupons n shop the sales, they're usually pretty good. The people are friendly n they gor rid of their pharmacy.

It's ok ,the seafood is good. Store is setup odd if you ask me and everything is a little higher than Wally world but they do carry some things others do not.
