Very nice people in a very nice store. The young lady with the orange hair was so helpful. We got a puppy and didn't know what we needed so she took us to everything. It was like my own personal shoppe. It feels like the people know what there doing. I'll be back with our puppy!

I called here today looking for freeze-dried mealworms. Nicole answered the phone and was pretty sure they were in stock but asked me to hold while she double checked. When she got back on the phone she told me how many cans in stock and the price before I even asked. Perfect!Soon after, I stopped in and she greeted me very pleasantly. I told her I just spoke with her about the mealworms and she smiled and said "Yup! Just a second". She came back quickly, with the itemand proceeded to ring me up.She was so warm and friendly and chatted with me about my purchase and let me chat about the other animals in my life (mainly my dog).I have social anxiety which keeps me at home a lot but I like finding places to go to for necessities that make me feel comfortable and welcome and this is definitely on my list now! When the occasion calls for it I will definitely shop here and avoid the big box stores! Thanks Nicole!

This place is great! The customer service is top notch! I left my car keys in there and when I got home (30 minutes away) i realized i didn't have them on me. Shakingly, because it was after hours, I called and Tina picked up. This woman deserves a raise because she waited all that time (outside in the cold) to give me the keys. This is not my first time coming here and it sure will not be the last!

Love to shop here! The employees are friendly and knowledgeable, and always willing to help. The store is clean and well stocked, and the dog wash is very convenient. Definitely recommend this store to all my friends and family.

I took my puppy for a bath, it cost me $10.00. They supply the soap, water, blow-dryer, an apron so we stay dry. No mess at my house. My puppy gets to socialize, and she gets treats. All the staff was super friendly. Will definitely be going back, probably soon with all the spring time mud. 😃

Staff could be friendlier, not great options on collars and such, everything is way overpriced. Otherwise clean, better options for skin products you can't find other places, but could possibly get online for half the price. I always feel like I'm doing something wrong the moment I step in there. Very different feel from Perry Hall location.

We bathe our two dogs here. For $10 per pet, you get a variety of shampoo choices, conditioner, towels, a wash cloth, and a drier. They even have a treat jar so you can tell your clean pet he did a great job! We love this place!

Always greeted by employees upon entrance . Staff makes sure that I find what I need. Love the 200 points reward buyers program and receive $10 off . Great for breeders especially! Always quick check out.

Hampstead's PET VALUE is my Favorite Pet Store Ever! Their prices are a lil higher, but your also not going to ever find junk toys, pet food, supplies, etc. Everything in this store is Top Quality along with a wide range of different animal supplies. The Staff there is Absolutely Amazing. I've asked a question that no one knew the answer to, so they called around until we had the answer. Who does that today? PET VALUE does. They've even let me in after closing to get crickets for a Gecko 😇💞I love going shopping in there as does everyone in my family. Thanks Pet Value for helping us properly care for our wide range of pets in our family, You Rock! 😇✌🏻💞💖

Everyone here is always so friendly! I get all pet supplies here for our dog and cats. They've got a great selection of food, toys, treats, etc. We sometimes come here just to visit the kittens who are up for adoption. :)

Decided to check this place out while waiting for a dinner reservation today. They have a lot of cat supplies here. Unfortunately, one of the employees was very rude. Definitely got the "buy something or get out" attitude from them. I did not go back after dinner to buy something. In fact, I will not be buying anything from this store. You are a dollar sign to them; nothing more. I'd rather shop at Petsmart or Petco.

Took my very skittish malamute in on Tuesday to have a bath... this place is great to bathe your dog.... or cat!! The receptionist was Super friendly and helped keep my girl calm... they supply everything! I felt sooo bad cause my dog is shedding (that time of year!!) and hair was flying but she insist that,that’s what they’re their for!!! I only wish you had a location in Myrtle Beach ,SC.... my dog walks the beach and this would be soooo nice !! Closest one is 60 miles in Wilmington,NC (I’ll work for ya if you find a location close!!)... I can’t drive to Maryland too often but Waha Will definitely be coming back when we are back in town!! Great place- everything you need for your pets!!

Awful service at this location. The Pet Valu stores are overpriced, which I normally accept because of the service, but the employees at the store this evening were so incredibly rude that even my five year old child remarked on their attitude. How could customer service be any worse when a 5 year old comments on lack of manners?
