Lucky Stars is a great place for all dogs. The people who work there truly care for your dog's well-being. When we pick our dog up from there, at least 4 times a week, she is ready for dinner and bed. The staff goes out of their way to cater to your dogs needs. I highly recommend this Luck Stars Country Kennel!!!!

We've brought two different dogs here. Their kenneling options are wonderful, letting you set up an experience as interactive, playful, etc. - or not - as suits your dog. Their trainer gives great feedback and their setup was very wonderful for trying to work through the separation anxiety of my hyper reactive dog ... And now that dog is a happy pup to walk away from me and go okay with other dogs at their daycare. Absolutely recommend trying the variety of services they offer here!

I use to take my dog to the vet for grooming, but they recently stopped grooming so I brought my dog to Lucky Stars. I am SO happy with the results. Not only that but when I picked up my dog she was so calm and at ease! After grooming appointments at the vet she would always come out with her tail tucked and couldn't get to the car fast enough. So I was shocked when she came out with her tail wagging. I will definitely be using Lucky Stars from now on!Editing to add: my long hair dog who went to Lucky Stars for grooming passed away from old age. In the last year I got a puppy, and started taking him to Lucky Star for doggie daycare when I have longer days at work. He LOVES it! As soon as we pull in the driveway he knows he's at daycare amd he starts jumping around! When I pick him up at 5pm he is exhausted! He eats dinner, goes potty, and he is out for the whole night. It's a blessing after a long day at work!

This was our fur baby's first time here. Our baby is a very large Rottweiler. So from the moment that I placed the 1st call to book the stay to when we picked our baby up has been the BEST experience ever so far. I absolutely love the ladies here and our baby was not stressed out when he came home. He loves the ladies here and enjoyed the cuddle times he got with them. We will continue to use Lucky Stars and will HIGHLY recommend them. Thank you ladies so much. See you in October.

I only do the pickup for my grand puppy but from what I can see and who I've talked to everything there seems to be expertly done. They have play time. They can bring their own comfy things to sleep with. And when I leave there somebody always tells me how good Cooper was and how well he played today!

My dogs go to Lucky Stars regularly mainly because of it's location and the trainer that works there, Leila. However, this place could and should be better managed. In fact the manager is barely there. The outside areas are somewhat run down and I wish they would update and provide more obstacles and activities for the dogs rather than just a muddy field. They do have an inside room but it's pretty small. The staff is always very nice, but there has been a bit of turnover lately. They would also benefit from watching Leila"s classes so they can reinforce learning with the dogs who have taken the classes. I feel like my dogs enjoy Lucky Stars and they are safe there but there's room for improvement.

Our dog stayed last year for 7 nights. We were happy with Lucky Stars as the place was very clean and people were friendly. This year we booked a stay while our family was going on vacation and canceled last minute due to someone being able to stay at our house. We knew we had put a deposit in and would not get that back but when I called to cancel, they said it was perfectly fine and refunded the deposit. Great place, I recommend!

I took my American Eskimo Mix in today for a grooming, and I couldn't be happier with the absolute FLUFFINESS that was my dog after her bath and trim. The staff is friendly, the facility is clean, the prices are some of the best in town. I will 100% return, and recommend Lucky Stars to all my friends and family 💗

Sent our almost 5 month old rottie there for day care and a nail trim. When we picked him up, he was happy, healthy and tired from having a good time. I was particularly proud when a great dane was leaving and our dog wanted to play. There were no sizing ups just a genuine want to play. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Definitely will be going back.

The staff at Lucky Stars treat our dogs as their own family. They have continually provided excellent care, even washing the dog's blankets and bedding before pick up. Their grooming by Birdie is the best we have ever had. When our 16 and a half year old German Shorthaired Pointer recently passed away, they grieved with us and gave us a sympathy card, signed by every staff member and the owner. Top notch facility and I give a recommendation for their services to anyone looking for boarding and/or grooming.

This was the third time boarding my dog at lucky stars. The first two times I was satisfied with their service, but unfortunately this time I was not. It started out good when I dropped off my dog. The girl was friendly and I felt like my dog would be well taken care of. But when I came to pick her up three days later I was very disappointed with how my dog was treated. Instructions were given as to how the treats were to be given. For my dog her treats are important as she doesnt really eat her dog food. Regardless off anyones opinions about treats there was absolutely no evidence that she recieved her treats and the treats were no where to be found. The treats were left so her stay wouldnt be as traumatic. She is a Chihuahua and doesnt like to be left any where. One of the girls did offer to credit my account with the cost of the treats if I emailed her a copy of the receipt. Didnt save the receipt. They are expensive but that doesnt change the fact that my dog didnt get them. Also the kitchen area was disgustingly filthy. Much worse than the prior year. I would not recommend lucky stars boarding. Very unhappy this time...

We have been dropping our puppy off for doggie daycare. The staff is fantastic with our dog. They are very friendly. The kennels are kept very clean. They have plenty of area for the dogs to play. We also signed up for training while our dog is at doggie daycare. After one class we saw a great improvement. Leila and staff are doing wonders.I intend on continuing to use doggie daycare. Our little fur baby comes home happy and exhausted.

I got a frantic call from doggie day care telling me to come pick up my 7 month old puppy. I got there about 30 minutes later to be told that they “think” my puppy stepped into a hole while playing. I was also told they heard a dog screaming and threw the papers she was holding and ran outside to see what the problem was. That told me nobody was supervising the dogs outside. I took my puppy to the vet where they took X-rays. The vet did not see any fractures and sent me home. Two days later my puppy was still in massive amounts of pain and I had to take her to an emergency vet where X-rays showed a fracture in her upper shoulder. That vet said the only way this could have happened is that a large dog either fell (full body weight) on my puppy or slammed her into a tree or a building. I called Lucky Stars to say that I think they should help with vet bills and they totally talked circles around everything I said and never claimed any responsibility for their lack of care. Do NOT trust this company with your animals. I will never use Lucky Stars for any of their so called services again.

Our usual boarding kennel closed about a year ago and we've had some really awful experiences attempting to find a new place to board. At one place the dogs were so smelly and dirty I could hardly stand to be with them in the car. Another place left my 14 year old arthritic old lady hound outside most of a weekend in January. She could barely walk and had come down with the flu. Needless to say I was really nervous, and probably feeling a bit guilty, about leaving them to the fates once again.I was very pleased to be greeted by two happy, energetic hounds on Monday morning who were obviously no worse for wear, in good health and lacking the usual kennel smell.The rates seem quite reasonable, however there are small charges for any and every little "extra" including feeding them food from home. Will make my holiday plans and boarding reservations early knowing there is a safe place for the furry kids.

Ella went for play, but came home rested. The next time, I requested that she get a lot more play, and she came home ready for napping. Be sure to say what you want! Staff friendly and attentive.

Has amazing facilities and Hands down the BEST DOGGIE DAY CARE AND DOG TRAINING PROGRAM Leila who runs both Doggie Day Care Center and is the Fantastic In Board Dog Training Program She offers both private and group training she has an amazing ability to teach any type of dog and has done Wonders for my dogs severe aggressive she made it possible for both my girls to live cohesively again their Aren't ENOUGH WORDS to describe how Grateful I am for her help.I will definitely be recommending everyone I know to Lucky Stars Kennel,Doggie Day Care and To BEST DOG TRAINER IVE EVER MET THANK YOU FOR UR MIRACLES
