3/10/22 The store is always very dirty. 7/26/23 no improvement. One person working the register and on the floor. She was on the phone the entire time. Very friendly person. There were so many cartons of stuff in the isles you can’t get to shelves. I don’t know where the corporate people are who are responsible for this store. I am sure everyone in Hampstead and Manchester would appreciate a clean and organized Dollar Store. Writing a review really doesn’t mean anything obviously.

If I could Literally leave no stars I would! The absolute worst dollar tree I have been in! The older lady who says she’s an “accountant” was yelling and being extremely rude to a sweet Hispanic lady in front of me and every time she would say something to her she would look at me and roll her eyes! I being Hispanic tried to help and she just looked at me with such disgust! I will not be back that employee and manager should be fired!

The older lady on register 4 on Dec 22, 2022 at 11:50 shouldn’t be interacting with customers on such a rude manner. I’m shocked to see her talk to customers (including elderly customers) in a shameful tone. I literally think she is either on something or needs dementia medication. No one should act like that when dealing with the public.

Rude people working today11/6/21 around 11am. Yelling to each other across the store and to the customers. Never said hello or good bye thanks for coming. They had a customer that used to work there and they talked about her still not changing her pajamas. Just not the workers that used to work there and it was a nice and pleasant place to go to.

Super clean and organized now! Will definitely be back. I wish this one had a cold and frozen food section so I didn't always have to go to Westminster. They have a decent selection of snacks and some food items.

Lady on register 4 on 12/22/2022 at 11:50am needs to stop popping pills and stop being ignorant to her guests. She was so unaware of her surroundings she should not be handling money or be in public

I love the store and go there all the time but I have never been spoken to in such an awful way. The older woman that works there (and I'm sure EVERYONE knows the exact woman I am talking about) is incredibly rude. I don't know why she thinks she can speak to anyone that way but I have felt bad for everyone that has to interact with her. The only way I can describe her is nasty. And if anyone needs specific ways she's nasty, she has shouted at me for not putting things right on the conveyer belt, degraded a woman who could not figure out the credit card machine, and threw, THREW, the median stick at my sister.

Dollar Tree is great.Great products and decent service at an affordable and simple price-point.Only reason this get's 4 stars is the relatively limited selection of inventory due to their relatively small size (compared to other Dollar Tree locations). This is most noticeable in the lack of a refrigerated/frozen foods section.

What a great customer service store is this !!!!!My sister called me from WV saying she needs 20 plastic containers to mail out her baked cookie orders and I called and spoke with Kristine and she kindly found the containers and is holding them for me to pick up tomorrow...now that is customer service.Thank you for your service. I do appreciate it...

Being a customer that has shopped here plenty of times, I am very upset for the conditions that the dollar store employees have to deal with at this location in Hampstead, Maryland. The heat was almost unbearable for not only me and my child, but the employees that are sweating profusely and just ringing people up. THIS IS NOT RIGHT AND SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE!!!!!!!! THIS CAN CAUSE NOT ONLY THE SHOPPERS TO PASS OUT OR HAVE A HEAT STROKE, BUT ALSO YOUR EMPLOYEES!!!!!!!! SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE!!!!!!!! As a regular customer I am very outraged with this matter and how they DO NOT TAKE CARE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES!!!!!!!! That sweet lady and all the other workers at this hampstead location should NOT work in these types of conditions!!!!!!! DO SOMETHING NOW!!!!!!!

I wear hearing aids and rely 100% on lip reading...masks are a huge problem for me...the lady Drema did a pull down mask, even knew some sign language...she made my experience so much better! Thank you!!!!

I love the whole dollar store... thing. I haven't run across one I haven't liked. However, this one doesn't like to accept responsibility when they mess up. You're welcome to ask me about it in an email.

I go to the one in Hanover..very neat and friendly staff..the 1.00 tree in hampstead went down hill..Not to mention the rude cashier who just throws stuff in a bag and slams stuff on counter ..had some chips in my glass stuff I bought..smh

Employees need to shower!!! As soon as I entered the store I was hit with the smell of Body Odor!!! The gentleman at the checkout looked and smelled like he hadn't showered in a week....It was all I could do to stand there and checkout my items...

absolutely terrible the manager and most of the employees are straight up terrible they screamed a women and her daughter for going to the bathroom. I Will never shop here. She told a customer to SHUT UP. WHO DOES THAT!!!!!
