I love Trish. She is wonderful! I have followed her from each grooming business. So happy she finally has her own shop. She’s the best. My dogs love her. Bella has skin allergies and she takes extra care with her. My dog Rascal didn’t like many people but he loved Trish. They rushed trimming my cat's nails and cut the quick. I didn't realize until I put the carrier away and saw blood on it. Then noticed blood on the cat tree, window sill and carpet. Not just little spots, it was alot of blood. It broke my heart that they caused my cat pain bc they were in a hurry to finish my cat so they could get to groom two dogs (and make more $, of course).

I liked the groom, but I didnt like how they didnt tell me about the up charge to using a credit card, and refused to give me the advertised grooming discount that was posted at the counter.I would have chosen to use my debit card to avoid the 3+% upcharge and I felt that it was unprofessional and unkind to not offer the discount to me after I inquired about it, as it was posted at the front counter.
