Why is it you can't ever get a hit rotisserie chicken or fried chicken after 5pm atleast martins makes them up till 8 as a frequent shopper at wise I may have to start shopping elsewhere it's unacceptable a dinner item

It in a very good location but. The stuff is a bit on the high end most of the things i could get for half the price.Also when i wanted help with something no body was no where to be found but when you go to checkout the woman was not nice at all.

I like Weis however I find I have to surf through cartons of eggs to locate eggs that are not cracked. And I like shopping the international aisle however I am unable to locate select seasoning for Thai/Indian meals.

The young lady named Emily at the self checkouts was so kind she new exactly where the two items I needed were and took me straight to them and even got them off the top shelf for me. Self checkouts were easy with the help of the employees and everything was stocked nicely and the store is always very clean! I highly recommend this store if you live in the North end!

As a grocery store they are a bit pricey but they carry a wide and a nice variety of items. It's always clean and pretty well stocked. I have never had any issues with the staff. They have always been friendly and helpful. This goes for both locations in Hagerstown MD.

A+ A+ A+ during The Black Friday Day this place was packed. All of the storeShelves were fully stocked. I was impressed at the cleanliness of the store from head to toe. “And felt” Covid safe.From now on, I will definitely- do all of our shopping in a #Level One store. It is obvious that the workers take pride in their jobs- I will return to see after the holidays to see if the “Weis Family” is as good to their employees, as the employees are taking care of their beautiful store. When other stores here in Hagerstown are "out of stock" on common necessities, I know I can always count on Weis. Friendly, professional staff and I will keep shopping at this store. We'll done folks! I'm one very happy customer!

Always enjoy my trip to Weis. The location on the North End of town is usually clean and well organized. Many items are in stocks with few out of stock items.

Unlike other Weis locations, this one actually has an adequate number of staffed checkouts. The ones in Spring Ridge & Chambersburg try to pretty much force people to use self checkouts, which work poorly. And unlike Giant, the store is relatively easy to navigate, and they don't jam dozens of displays in the aisles to make customers slow down.

Trying to be understanding since it is the day before Thanksgiving, but if most of the registers are self check you need to have someone to help when they malfunction. And being told by two separate employees that they can't help was actually pretty infuriating. The person that could help was on a register. Yeah, it was not a good experience.

The man at the gas tanks is always rude. He won’t turn the door thing around for you to give him the money and will make you stand there for as long as he wants you to. Need nicer people working around customers.

I went to this location because it was closer. The store is large has a lot of open space, but in my opinion, is very limited in selection, in every department. Prices were unreasonably high, IMO, for this area. I have shopped at the Chambersburg location and was very pleased with their large selection of everything. On the outside the store looks fine, it does not match the inside. For a grocery store, on a Saturday, it was not crowded at all. Now I know why. And the employees I encountered were not customer focused. I regret going there.

I had several instances where I was not given sale or clearance price when sale actually was taking place. This necessitated standing in line at the service desk with a cart full of groceries to show them the item to refund the overcharge. (Be aware that weis no longer gives you a free item and a refund when you have been overcharged.)Be sure to also check the end date of advertised prices, especially on in-store signs and shelf tags. Often, the sale or promotion is over and they have not removed the tags from the shelves.Sometimes, you will see a great sales price-- but if you read the fine print, you find that you have to buy 3, 5 , or 10 of the item, or each is full price.Finally, check the expiration dates on food, especially non-frozen vegetarian food. Three times, on separate visits, I bought food only to go home and see that the item was past its expiration.Also, prices are higher than they are in competitor stores, including the older Weis just across town.The store is very clean, though. Plus, (and this is a huge plus) there aren't panhandlers out in the parking lot or at the door begging for money, either. Those are very big pluses in my book. Hence the 3 stars.

The experience was wonderful. It was closer to our house since we are moving. The prices are great. The produce was very fresh. The employees were very helpful and polite. The customers were friendly. The store was very clean also. We have a new grocery store to shop at now.

This Weis usually carries all the "specialty " items that I cannot get at any other grocery store. This time, I stopped in for vegan cream cheese. Weis didn't fail me.Another plus here, there's always some type of sale that I can't walk by..this time, yellow potatoes $2.99 for 5lbs and large English Muffins $2.88!! So much for a "one item" stop!The ladies restroom was a mess today, but usually, it's well maintained and smells fresh.

Great store, friendly cashiers. Store is always very clean and stocked. Bathrooms are very clean as well snd are avaialble to use to the public. Seafood items seem to be fresh as well as itmes from the bakery. Overall great place to shop and great deals. Can use weis points for gas right outside at the end of parking lot.

I normally don't leave bad reviews but wow! my experience here was unbelievable! I stood in line at the customer service area behind another gentleman for over 15 minutes. He was told someone was coming, after a few minutes I went to ask again and I was told that people called out but she was going to get the grocery manager. Another gentleman came and was also told they were coming. I decided to call while standing there and was informed that the person called out and that no grocery manager was coming!! Wow!! How unprofessional!! Why lie and waste 3 customers time? How do you run a store with no managers in sight? Or No one who is trained to the run customer service? If I wasn't 9 months pregnant I would have left after a few minutes but I was convinced someone was coming and i didnt want to inconvenience myself to go to another location, but maybe I should have :(
