Loved it. The whole store has been rearranged inside; wider aisles and more selections. Great improvement!The exterior of store was recently painted. Landscaping done. Really gave store total upgrade!

I like walmart But what worries me is that he no longer cares about the quality of the prices, as it is more expensive than some markets for the same goods, so I prefer to go shopping from aldi.. because I will buy with a hundred dollars twice as much as I bought with a hundred dollars. .. the prices have become high, and there is no comparison. If someone An official reads my comment. Return to reasonable prices and do not lose your customersđź’”. Thank you

It's not the best walmart in the area and more than likely more theft and violence. But after years, it is still the walmart of choice, with many in the area to choose from.

Once again there were only 3 self service lanes one being for Walmart +. There were two checkouts staffed with a cashier. Walmart you forced us to use the self service check outs only to shut half of them on a regular basis!! You can either trust the customer to use self serve or bring back the cashier lanes!!

I had a problem with my coupon not working and the employee at the self checkouts told me to go ahead and pay for it and then take the item with the receipt and coupon to customer service to have them scan it. So, I went up there and Kira at customer service said if it didn’t work at the self checkouts, it won’t work at the customer service desk either and didn’t bother trying. I explained to her it was a “$2 off this product now” coupon that came from their store and was their item. She got smart with me about it and wanted to take the item back and refund it, which didn’t make any sense because I needed the item. I didn’t feel like arguing with the rude employee so I just said ok that’s fine. Then she went to hand me back my receipt as my hands were full because I had my wallet in one hand and money in the other, so I told her to go ahead and put it in my Walmart bag please and she got an attitude over that too and said “you could’ve done it yourself”. Unbelievable! My hands were full and I didn’t want her to have to sit there and hold the receipt in her hand while I put my money away. There was no need for her to get smart with me over that. Walmarts customer service staff needs to be taught better customer service because I didn’t go there to be treated like that when I was being polite and non confrontational. That was completely uncalled for. Will not be returning to this location again.

I almost always shop walmart, usually to the tune of several hunder dollars every week. And im usually quite happy with my experience. But tonight was different. If you want customers to stop shopping at 10:50, make your business hours close at 10:50. If you are open until 11:00, you should allow people in until 11:00. I would understand if you had staff at the door warning that "we close in 'X' minutes", but to completely stop allowing people in 10 minutes before you even close is ridiculous. All I wanted to buy was some juice, and would have been in and out well before closing. I was under the impression that most businesses like to make sales, not turn them away. I was told if I didn't like it, I could make a complaint. So here I am. I will also be contacting corporate, as well as taking my business elsewhere.

What can I say, it's Walmart!! I'm new to the area so I don't know exactly where things are but most of the associates are very friendly and helpful. I've only encountered one man who was very unfriendly and less than helpful. Maybe he was just having a bad day. Otherwise I like Walmart and can usually find what I'm looking for.

Product inventory is still not up to full capacity. Many open spaces on the shelves. More self-checkout lines than Full Service so lines were moving slow. Long waits. Not enough cashiers.

They fired me, claiming a lack of productivity after I did what they asked me to do. They told me to stay in the back and condense cardboard, then told me there's still cardboard on the main floor. How am I supposed to get to that cardboard if you keep bringing back cardboard and tell me to stay in the back. The managers there are horrible and should be ashamed on what they push employees for, they set an impossible standard for your work. Hey Andrea how about you stay in the back and condense cardboard all night so we can yell at you for not getting to the main floor

Worst customer experience ever. Bought several items for pick up. 30 minutes before I’m supposed to pick them up- one big item wasn’t available (this is several days after it was ordered). Not only did they still not refund my account, there’s a hold on the funds. Also there’s a scurry to find another tv in a hurry.So next, when I arrive, they send me a confirmation that I received my order… this wasn’t true, and no one even came to my truck yet. After ten more minutes they come out with a damaged package. I asked to inspect the TV that was in the box, and the supervisor reportedly sent someone out to tell me that the box had to be intact to return it. But the box was already torn… so I asked them to switch it out for an unopened box. Then the supervisor came out and told me I could go inside and check for myself for another tv. This got me frustrated because I have already wasted a lot of time and gas and money on things that were supposed to be ready (I ordered several days before and selected a pick up time). So I told him to get it out of my bed and refund my money. To which he quickly responded, you have to take it inside and return it, since the confirmation for pick up was closed. WHAT???? I got the confirmation before they even came out! So now they want me to waste even more time and take in a busted tv (by myself, when it took two people to carefully place the opened box - with a gash in it- in my bed)…. Absolutely horrible experience. Finally got my money back for that. Took over 30mins. I’m still waiting for the refund of the other tv that wasn’t available.Keep in mind I ordered days prior to save time in my busy schedule, even though I could’ve picked it up the same day (according to the details at the point of sale).On top of all of this- they sent out an employee who literally asked me if I had a problem?? He asked with an attitude and a look in his eye, as if to intimidate me. This was before they all realized I spoke to a manager on the phone who resolved, at least somewhat, the issue. I don’t appreciate being bullied. I also don’t appreciate being talked down to when you can’t even explain what I did wrong. Fact is, customer service is not important at Walmart. It doesn’t matter if you spend a lot or a little, they do not care about you (the customer). And evidently my hard earned money is not worth them taking.A little explanation goes a long way. No one tried to explain anything until I spoke to Todd (supposedly an assistant manager). He was knowledgeable and I understood his explanation. The other supervisor basically treated me like I was a problem. And would not say anything except I had to return it myself. Then a bully comes out? I don’t know what that’s about??? But I will take my business elsewhere. This is not the first time this has happened with Walmart pickup. But it is the last. I will NEVER use Walmart again. And I hope people check reviews before they shop there.

This morning I go to store and get 1 Apple Card load $400 and ask customers center once I tell white lady told me purpose buy I told to purchase apple product so she told me i can not do load your card because of fraud but I am at front counter of tham and I told give my id than manager come she and other white lady denied me to purchase Apple Card this not right and Walmart needs to train for customer service they mad my day very bad early morning unhappy service

I love shopping at Walmart however this experience was disheartening. The food displays were just messy as if a tornado tore everything up. Also while shopping the workers that were putting stock away were very rude. Never saying excuse me when walking right in front of me. I couldn't quite get everything that I was trying to buy because the workers would not move. I truly don't like to complain but damn. I feel like I shouldn't shop here anymore. I have more manners than they do.

Don't say you're open till 11:00 and have some cart guy stand at the door and say I can't come in I literally just need to pick up cat litter and this guy told me he wasn't able to let me in the store as it was stores policy when it was literally 10:50 and it says they close at 11:00

I only go to Walmart a couple of times a year. My problem with them is that they never have what their website says they have on the sales floor or for pickup, or it's still in the back and can't get to it. I understand the shortage of employees, but don't list availability if it's not available. I went there to get two items, and neither was there. Wasted time and gas. On the positive size, the employees tried to help. Also, their individual lemon crumb cakes are outstanding.

It’s one of the biggest Walmart that I have seen so far. The employees were very nice and helpful. The store was really clean. For the most part the store was not bad. Seasonal section was all over the place.

We love it because they have everything most of the time .but spice cake the never have spice cake but we love Walmart on Sharpsburg Pike better but the don't carry the flavored ground turkey other then that we love the store and people there

This is maybe the largest Walmart I have ever seen in my entire life! We came in for some curtains and then mounted a cross country trek to grocery to grab some snacks then looked for a lightrail or bus to take us clear down to the registers. This place is HUGE. Stocked up and clean this was a solid visit! If you have a few hours to kill and people know what hiking trail you plan to take [in case you have to make camp along the way for the night] to get from produce to pet supplies and then journey to the outdoor section you wont be disappointed!

Popped in to grab some groceries to find 9 reach in milk refrigerators empty. The other 2 were 1 of this and 2 of that.Meanwhile I could see stacked cases of milk back in behind the reach in that no one was restocking.Person after person walked up shocked and disappointed they're was no milk

This one was the first for me in Hagerstown Maryland the prices was high being at Walmart but I understand that I'm upstate and things are different here other than the prices the PPL customer service was excellent, prices was way high
