This is the best Walmart in Hagerstown. Walking in there was a greeter that was friendly. The store was clean and organized. Also happy to see 2 American flags and 2 Maryland flags hanging in the front over the registers. After shopping at the other Walmart I think I will shop here going forward!

Have to say the store is very nice an cleanMy complaint is customer service went in on 3/29/24 at 8am to return items the employee got to say must of not had her coffee very rude an acted like I was a bother. I've worked in customer service I know what it's like but don't treat your customer with disrespect when I was being nice an polite an tried to break the ice with the attitude. Sorry to say but RUDE

I used the Electrify America to charge my car up. The chargers frequently will only charge at 50kwh instead of the 150 kwh it states on the equipment. Frequently one or two chargers are also out of order. If you want to charge on weekends you will frequently have to wait as all chargers are usually busy. Early morning during the week almost nobody is there. If your the only one there the charger some tomes goes up to 60 to 70 khw.

Worst customer service experience ever! The employees at this store have bad attitudes and know nothing about customer service and don't care. They should be fired. I will think twice before I order from Walmart again.

This Walmart store is great!They seem to keep it very clean, the shelves are neat and tidy, as well as well stocked.The best part, they use door greeters that actually have smiles and make a person feel really welcome. They are knowledgeable about the location of items a customer may be looking for. And even offer suggestions if a person isn't sure about gift buying or personal health and beauty stuff...The grocery area is also well kept, having a great variety of choices.I do very much recommend if you need to shop, use this Walmart.

Why are the pharmacist able to pick and chose what prescriptions they fill,my wife had a abscessed tooth and the dentist prescribed her a antibiotic and Tylenol with codeine and the didn't want to fill the pain med because of another medication she used to take.A doctor prescribed them to her for a reason why does a Walmart pharmacist get to tell you if you need them or can have them,and this is for ten pills not a bottle full or something that has a dozen refills!

I'm here literally once a week. I do pick up and the workers who are out there and bring your order out & put it in your car, are super nice and helpful. I absolutely love this clean and friendly Walmart!

Not to much to say its walmart. Prices on everything is about double. You can still get a few good deals on some things. They were almost empty for pasta noodles. Not uts normal clean store looks frumpy unkept. Lines were long and some self serve registers were card only n i didn't know i put coin $1 n it didn't give back. Went to customer service n long line just to get my dollar back. I think its a scam can u imagine all the Customers that took your money. This is a bad set up

Went in late to grab a single case of water after moving all day. Guy at the door could see us at the checkout buying it. I then threw my receipt away into a trash can that was being changed. Guy argued, refused to check the cameras, and wouldn’t let us leave. Made us repurchase the pack of WATER. I would’ve argued it longer had I not been ready to sleep. Avoid this Walmart at all costs. Don’t like being treated like a criminal and double charged for $3 water

Walmart Optician Kat & lead Nate were both incredibly unprofessional. The details are irrelevant because apparently Walmart employees get paid to stand around and lie for each other instead of actually doing the right thing for the customer. What an absolute joke.

The store was well stocked, the staff was friendly but the managers couldn't price match their own website, forced me to order on the app then told me they couldn't give us what we ordered until the next day even though we HAD the product we ordered in the cart! Ruined our sons birthday because we didn't even have his big gift. Let down kid equals not happy parents and a tighter wallet when it comes to this Walmart!

Employees are the friendliest of any Walmart I've encountered. I frequent this establishment, and have been disappointed as of late. Between 5:30 and 7am the parking lot is littered with carts, there is NEVER any disinfectant wipes to wipe off the cart handles, even in flue season. And the young boys plain tee shirts and underwear section is never even 50% stocked. Can't ever get what's needed. For the past 9 months at least!

Remodeled store flows better. Stock is still pulled out to the floor to early for evening shoppers making the isles cramped and some items hard to get. Shelves are poorly stocked.

Asked at least 5 people if they could open a cash register. The last one open was closing with no plan to open another one. The last person suggested I get in line in customer service to request that they open a register. I parked my overflowing cart and went to Target. If you have to beg them to take your money…. Spend your money elsewhere. I know Walmart is famous for bad customer service but they are actually getting worse.

I have visited this store in the past. This time was a much better experience. The isles were actually clear. I did have a hard time finding an employee to help me. The parking lout is clean and well lit in the evening. All in all this is a good Walmart store. You can definitely find a lot that are a mess.

2018-present I love this Walmart and glad it’s not far for me to get to. It’s always clean they are always reorganizing and remodeling the store. Some products are no longer on the shelves and new products are filling the shelves. The staff I’ve encountered on numerous occasions have been friendly.

This Walmart is amazing. I came in yesterday and when checking out my bag of onions broke open and the employee at self check out helped me by running to pick out a new one while I finished checking out.Once I returned home I realized that I had thrown away my receipt, which I needed for reimbursement purposes. I came back the next day Brandi, store manager, not only remembered me but also was able to print me a new receipt using the credit card used for the transaction.Seriously, this Walmart has super friendly, totally helpful great people as employees.Side note, we picked up a prescription from the pharmacy yesterday (for the first time) and the same prescriptions we usually pick up from a different Walmart were half what we usually pay at the other Walmart. Definitely coming back here

Was able to get a register where a chance m cashier rant me up! It was a joy since I'm carrying an oxygen tank and can barely function these days. The lady was wonderful!

Easy to spot items, cleaned aisles, lots of options to choose from, very modern and defined items per category, prices are still affordable in this crazy changing economy, staff are always ready to help
