Was late to appt bc of a back injury. Showed no respect towards driver the woman Wendy should work on her people skills. I understand I was late but I showed up at 11 o’clock Thursday night trying to get in. I sent a request for a new appointment time as did my broker call the following morning on Friday been waiting all day and finally got an appointment the following day at 10 o’clock at night, so almost 48 hours I’m gonna be here to unload this truck.

Amazing place! Awesome guard, he was extremely polite. Appointment @ 4pm arrived @ 3 pm, got a dock immediately. Pulled up open the doors bumped the dock light turned red 30 minutes later light turn green overall in and out one hour. When you come through the guard shack he takes your BOL‘s once you have the greenlight you go back through the guard shack and gives back your signed BOL‘sAmazing experience! Other businesses can definitely take a lesson from this place. Great job tractor supply.! 😁

May TSC be held accountable for standing with corrupt management that dehumanize their employees!! They make a joke of the company's values!!!!!!!!! .......and this is why they are now having overdoses in the parking lot! When you have reach truck drivers on herion, this place is LITERALLY a death trap!!!!! #karma

Truckers as always we share information to avoid going to certain place so pass this off to your broker or company lead. This place can be added on the list DND list "DO NOT DELIVER" yes tractor supply company in Hagerstown MD. On 7/12/23 I picked up a load in Cincinnati Ohio to be delivered to tractor supply in Hagerstown MD. On my slip delivery time was scheduled for 12:00a.m. 7/13/23 so I drove straight through. Once I arrived I figured it would be really quick seeing as though no other trucks was in the lot. After being allowed within the gate security informed me that everyone was on break and would be back in about 15mins. After waiting a while I was informed that my appointment time wasn't until 9a.m. the following morning and I had to leave and could return an hour before my 9a.m. appointment time. Well my pickup slip said 12a.m. and the BOL had no set time on it. I did leave remind you with only 6 pallets on my truck with no other trucks in the yard. I ended up paying $15.00 for parking down the street where someone placed a string and a G-shock watch on my DEF tank. Only to come back the next morning and had wait almost 2-3 hours to have 6 pallets unloaded. We can all now blacklist this tractor supply location.

Went there for delivery. Apptmnt was at 10 so security told me to come at 10am. Very polite and the helpful. Yes there’s no overnight parking but it’s fair cause it has truck stops and pilot so there you can wait and can show up before 15 mins of your appointment. Chckd in at 10:15 and was out by 11:30. Restroom is located by the main gate inside recieving office

If it’s possible i will give them a zero star..they don’t know how to deal with a driver.. Don’t ship to this receiver, they will make you wait for days. Their appointment scheduling is very unprofessional, they mess with the appointment times.They will not care about truckers time and make you sit and wait for days to reschedule your appointment.we are still waiting for appointment.worse experience

This is without a doubt my last distribution center I ever deliever to. None of them have any respect for our clock. I had 27 mowers 3 on top of each other they had to hit my truck 9 times it took them 20 minutes to load me took them over 2 hours to unload me my first and last time here!!!!

Employees promised pizza for being accident free was told not to bring there lunches yesterday. Today the day of the BIG DOMINOES pizza party the production department was EXCLUDED and told there was an accident at the other warehouse so that they were not getting Pizza. Then instead of the promised 45 min break they were getting 30 minutes and then after being told no pizza, moments later told they could have a slice and that’s it. Afterwards were told mandatory overtime next week. This place is just full of appreciation!

Saw the rating on this load location.... Charged the broker an extra $250 to take the load. Looks like an accident waiting to happen. Will post again after delivering.Well I delivered there... happens that I had been there before and had not realized it. The guard was extremely nice but said i had to come back due to XPO giving me the wrong appt time. (Too early). I returned half hour later and they gave me a dock. They take a few minutes short of the 2 hours and they get you out of there. No drama no headaches. Not nad at all.

Looks to be a pretty decent place to work it's not anything that I would want to dobut you can see they have lots and lots of employees. I was working outside of the building for another company and they are definitely expanding to bigger and better things. Seems to be a decent place with awesome employees that I've run into outside which was basically security letting us in and off the property

Customer refused the load because it didn't have a seal on the trailer from the shipper which the shipper never provided and it wasn't documented on the BOL as to even having one!! I hope Corporate sees this and we can figure out why this is happening. According to the customer, they've never put seals on the loads they've sent out in the past 2 years.

Delivery appointment 8:30PM, showed up at 8:10PM, immediately got a door. 10 mins later light was red, unloaded and out around 10pm. Decent !

I understand the situation that we are in with the pandemic but to not provide a place to use the bathroom whether being inside your facility or Porta potty is inhuman. We are not animals and since the COVID-19 this facility has been treating us like it. I was told I couldn’t leave the warehouse and that I would be done shortly in which it took 2hrs.

This past Wednesday I had an appointment for 6:00 p.m. and I got there approximately 6:31 p.m. and they did not take my load and I had to reschedule for Thursday night 9:00 p.m. and I think that's uncalled for I would have not minded waiting for them to work me in

They r really stricter on the appointment time. Got here at 5:10 and said app is for 6:30 go park on the Pilot near by and come back at your appointment time.Took me less than an hour to get unloaded

Appointment scheduler rescheduled my appointment for 5 days from proposed arrivalRescheduled because of ice storm at shipper area. Had to sit under load for 5 days. Huge loss for the carrier. No compensation.
