Went to the Vet Clinic since my regular vet was booked and couldn’t see my dog. They were friendly, polite, professional, and kind to Petunia. It was a spectacular visit and I will be returning for standard check ups and shots!

I had a great experience with the Vet Clinic in this store today. The Vet ladies answered all my questions and had me in and out in less than 45 minutes with no wait! Super informative and very kind and sweet to my pup. Very reasonable pricing.

I took my two cats to the VetPet clinic inside the store, the vet techs + veterinarian were AMAZING! The prices are online so you’re not surprised what the total amount is, plus Tractor Supply gives you a 20% off coupon for your first visit. It saved me $50! Just be aware of two things: you pets need documentation of rabies shots (or you can get them there for $30) and you may have to wait if there’s other people there before you (they said it would be a one hour wait but only waited 30 min). It’s towards the back of the store so it’s pretty quiet for stressed animals. Definitely a great place to go for basic issues with pets!

Excellent customer service Mike took care of the items that I was looking for. He personally assisted me to get it to my car. I can’t say no more. You cant find Customer Service like that no more. I highly recommend this tractor supply to your local needs. I appreciate the kind gesture from Mike. I will make sure to recommend this particular location to all of my relatives.

Employees are courteous when you walk in and the product quality is great but I do have an issue with the inventory system tractor supply uses. This is the second time the website said something was in stock and it actually wasn't. The website even went as far as to let me purchase it online for curbside pick-up. I ordered a new belt and blade for my lawn mower and when I got there the belt was there and a completely different set of blades that cost more than the ones I ordered were there. Of course I was expected to pay the difference even though I was the one being inconvenienced. The reasons I got from the staff was "their system isn't always accurate and up-to-date" which I find unacceptable. Coming from a supply chain management background I know that shouldn't be the case. I don't appreciate wasting my time driving to the store to pick up items that should be there especially after a long work day.

Clean, very helpful, friendly staff. Helped us a great deal in getting exactly what we needed for our pups. As always great prices. I wish they always had two registers working, because checkout takes awhile. However by far one of my favorite stores.

Pet clinic is TERRIBLE. Staff are incredibly rude and very pushy when it comes to trying to sell you and make you buy way more products than necessary. Also ridiculously expensive. Not to mention they don’t tell you that for the pet vaccine “package” isn’t really the price you’ll pay, expect another $100 at least when they make you come back for more vaccines and testing.

Pretty good, low key place. Fair prices, usually well stocked. Customer service is usually pretty good and they will help customers with heavy items. I like this place for animals feed and supplies. They have bulk/ larger sizes but you can get in and out quickly here.

I grew up in the area, and have been coming to this store for years, I’ve always had good experiences with the employees. Recently I purchased a trailer, the manager there, Mike was a huge help. He referred me to a local tag and title office nearby. I had a great experience there so the recommendation was appreciated. After returning with my trailer tags, Mike put them on for me in the freezing rain and he hooked up the trailer for me. I didn’t have to do anything. While he didn’t have to do this, it was greatly appreciated and speaks in volume for his dedication to customer service. He was very knowledgeable with all aspects of the purchase. All in all I would give him and this store 6 stars if I could.

I have had so many HORRIBLE experiences with tractor supply. Whether it be holes in feed bags, rude customers, rude workers, discrimination, or a low stock supply with not many options almost all of my TSC in counters and shopping trips have been awful. So with that being said I want to give a huge thank you to one individual worker, Jacob. He is always kind and goes out of his way to approach us during our shopping trip, he asks if we need anything and is always very kind and friendly to our dog. We have an Akita who can sometimes get very excited and jumps up to give you a hug and say hello, we are working on training, but I want to commend Jacob because he is so patient with her and even lets her jump up and hug him! Amazing customer service skills, amazing oral communication skills, and amazing attitude!

We are extremely happy with the product, the customer service was amazing they were very informative and courteous. Tyler the manager and Kim the forklift operator, they were extremely professional and helpful. I strongly suggest tractor supply for anybody with air compressor needs. We will return!!

The staff is always helpfull. They have always helped me find what I need. Stop back there again today. Even though the place was extremely busy one of them Place took time to help me find the products I need. They had a wide selection of cold weather work clothing. Which would definitely help me and I was also able to knock a few Christmas gifts out with my visit there today. I've always had great service out of them and today was no exception. I will continue to shop with them and if you're looking for anything Farm or outdoor related I would definitely stop by and see what they had to offer. Their Hardware selection is also better than the Lowe's or Home Depots in the area.

I buy my dogs food and my chicken food here, both feed bags I took home yesterday had rodent holes in the bottom and inside there was rodent poo inside the feed. Had to completely throw both bags away and go spend an additional $60-$100 at Walmart instead. Won’t be shopping here ever again. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone with animals, this facility wouldn’t pass a basic state inspection and probably shouldn’t be open to the public with how bad there rodent problem is. On my way out I saw several mice run across the store floor in the clothing section. Please take care of your mouse problem before selling consumables to the public! Unsafe and unsanitary!

Great shopping experience. The store was not overly crowded and I was able to spend some time there walking around and enjoying myself. Found some great sale items and saved money on a few gifts. The staff was very helpful directing me to items that had been relocated due to the Christmas overstock.

I love the quality of the supplies in the pet wash, the tub is top of the line as is the grooming table.One thing that was clear is the area IS NOT CLEANED AFTER EACH USE. Personally if staff can’t keep up with this, possibly locking door so customers have to alert staff when they need to use, and then cleaning once they check out and/or leaving cleaning supplies available so that customers can make sure it’s clean prior to use.There are so many things that are contagious. Personally I sprayed everything down, however a true disinfectant or some type of cleaning after use should be implemented.Other wise nice area.

I buy my goat and dog feed here, TSC is the only place that sells the feed I need in my area. The past 4 times I’ve got feed there have been mice/rodent holes in the bag and dropping in the feed. I had to drive almost 3 hours away to get clean feed.

Some stores just take your money, but here you gladly give it away! What a great store. Really nice people, most of which are dedicated to the farming culture and know exactly what you need. The prices are fairly decent, backed up by a no cost membership program and lots of seasonal sales. Merchandise is usually top quality and they also have an easy and immediate return policy. If you need an item not currently in store, they have a website and also ship to store FREE!

My favorite store ever! The people are amazing and even help with information that has saved chickens that I bought here at Easter. My animals love the food which is hard to find with serious allergies. They have a family business feel. Most of the employees who have worked there for years know me by name and ask about all of my pets. Finally if there ever is a problem with a product they are quick with a solution and, if it is in their power to do so, fix it immediately. It is clear that the employees love animals of all shapes and sizes!

I needed oil for my car. I ended up finding 1 gallon jugs of the shell Rotella oil on sale, 2 for 26$. Even though the sale had ended, the clerk immediately gave them to me for the sale price because they had forgotten to take the sign down. I was able to easily find what I needed and check out quickly.

Everytime I come in somebody greets me and the cashiers are very nice and pleasant. There is always somebody there to assist me if I'm looking for something or having trouble finding any item. Overall this place is awesome and I always go there for my pet's food.

Love love this store. Now, the prices are really good at this store but I dont know about it's long term quality. I bought a multifunction square, cant go too wrong with that. I did by a battery charger/maintainer. Time will tell the quality, it does do what it is intended to do do I am happy. I recieved a free thin yet useful small tarp just because I bought something. That's nice, free is always nice. Dont you agree? If you have never been to this store I do suggest trying them out. Go for a browse you could spend s good bit of time doing that. They have tons of stuff.

Love this place and all they offer to keep America's farms, and homes running efficiently, and making items available that make our homes the beautiful showcases that they are....Love the staff also, and their patience in allowing our little brat Papillion puppy to run free throughout the store, without a leash, leaving a trail of laughter and fun and games behind him.
