What an absolute NIGHTMARE of an experience! This sheetz used to be so good, one of my favorites, but it has quickly gone down hill. They need a full staff redo! Just went into this establishment and had to wait for over 5 minutes for someone to come to the register. I was bringing in two drinks that I got from the drive thru that were terrible. I politely asked if they could remake them. The girl snatched the drinks and said, “Sure it’s not like I don’t have 40 other drinks to make.” When I told her she could just refund me she said she was stressed. Then another employee said they couldn’t refund me. Why, I don’t know. The girl then goes to start making drinks and she’s dropping stuff on the floor that she’s using. We asked for the manager several times and it took them another 10 minutes to get her to come to the front. She comes and apologizes but also says she can’t refund us. Why???? So she gives us drink coupons instead. My husband is explaining to her what’s going on and the employee in question yells out I don’t care. In front of the manager who says nothing but I get stressed too. Every single employee in that place had an attitude. And the leadership is failing horribly. Went across town to the one by valley mall and had a much better experience.

Edit1: zero parking spaces for over 10 minutes, awful location redesign and Sheetz should be ashamed for such poor planning. There was more parking spots to use but the gas refueling truck blocked a bunch of them.I had to block gas pumps just to wait for a parking spot which is embarrassing.Review 1: Too few parking spots with the new design, not enough gas pumps either. Expect to spend longer than you need to here.Food is usually consistent but they sometimes forget the extra toppings that you have to pay extra for.

I had the absolute worst chicken sliders at this location! They were old, so hard I couldn’t chew them and ice cold. No way they were made to order. I asked for them with ketchup and mayo and there was barely any on them. I’ve never had food this bad at any other sheetz I’ve been to.

I frequent this store often, but I've become very frustrated lately with the quality of food. The latest was tonight. I ordered through the app grande tacos, but when I got home and opened the bag all that was in the tacos was refried beans. I wouldn't leave a lousy review on just a one-time thing. This type of thing has been happening way too often now. Where's the attention to detail and quality control? IF I decide to continue to purchase food from Sheetz I will be checking the food before I leave the parking lot.

Sadly it’s better during the day workers were not doing anything about the broken light fixture all over the floor all they were complaining it wasn’t there issue and they need security because kids break it no signs just traffic cones blocking the glass huge safety concern and possible lawsuit if someone gets injured management should train there night supervisors better.

I miss the old location before the rebuild. Now it's absolutely terrible! Whoever designed the parking lot is a complete moron! The store setup makes absolutely no freaking sense. All because corporate wanted to turn Sheetz into a cheap take-out restaurant with a drive-thru? They had absolutely no intention on making this location "customer friendly" at all! You might think its safe to stop for just a coffee? WRONG! Instead of the regular sugar machine they have sugar packets. Instead of a half and half machine to make our lives just a bit easier they have bottles of flavored half and half you would buy from a grocery store! The only time I'm forced to go to this location is if I'm on that part of town and need something important like gas. I tried to get a coffee but they didn't want ANY REGULAR HALF AND HALF! I used to frequent this store all the time before the rebuild and I absolutely loved it! I even got to know some of the employees who use to work there. After the rebuild happened some of the old staff was gone. I asked an employee what happened and they said that management used the rebuild as an opportunity to get rid of the employees they didn't care for. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN! If you need to go to Sheetz then I recommend Eastern Blvd 👍

Just had the recommended breakfast sandwich and it was barely edible. The sandwich was supposed to have guacamole and fire roasted tomato sauce on it. It had neither. The egg was so thin it was almost transparent. And, because you have to order on a tablet, there is no option to add extra egg. Its been a while since I had Sheetz food. Now I remember why. Disappointing to say the least.

I really used to like this place but this last visit has me really upset. I ordered a milkshake and sat for AT LEAST 15 minutes at the window. No one ever acknowledged me. It was to the point where people were driving around me screaming at me to get out the line. I had to pull around and go in. The lady did give me my money back and she offered a milkshake too and then comes back with the watery, soupy milkshake that had been sitting out. The lady that made the drink came and apologized to me too. But I’m still dumbfounded by the fact that she handed me that drink and expected me to take it. I swirled it around right in front of her and said this? This is water. She just looked embarrassed and tried to rush me off. The customer service here used to be top notch. It’s going downhill fast. And to think that I drove out of my way to come to this particular sheetz and ended up leaving upset and empty handed smh.

This is the second time I've ordered a cookies and cream milkshake and PAID EXTRA for cookies n cream pieces in the shake and on top and have had to ask for the pieces on top after the person tries to hand them to me as finished, so chances are they didn't put the pieces in the shake either!! Why am I paying extra for the cookies n cream bits if they aren't going to give them to me!!!!! NEVER GETTING ANOTHER MILKSHAKE THERE! Cost of everything are far too expensive to pay for things and not get them!

I would normally give any Sheetz a 5 star rating, but tonight was ridiculous. I ordered a burger at 9:51 pm with a pickup of 10:10 pm. I arrive, pay for the food and buy cigarettes and coffees 10:12 pm. After 20 minutes of waiting, I go the register to request a refund. An employee had the nerve to state it had not been paid for when I had clearly already paid for it. They did refund me for the food and I told them to throw the burger out, no way in hell I'm going to eat a burger that was sitting all that time.I am highly disappointed in Sheetz night staff and won't be back at this hour. I am a regular at this location by the way.I changed it from a 2 star to a 3 star only because they have more or less been better in the past.I would also like to mention their remodel, they did a great job reorganizing the interior, but did nothing to help the potentially chaotic parking lot. When it's busy, which it often is, navigating the lot can be a bit precarious.

I am a frequent buyer at this store and mostly I order cob salad which consists of lettuce guacamole, bacon turkey and tomatoes but tonight, my salad had no bacon but ham which am allergic to.

Love my Sheetz, and if you get the fry subscription you can get a bag of fries every 2 hours for $10 a month. Quick snack and pays for itself after 5 times

Normally day shif is good, but night shift is terrible. Ordered fries and sliders, waited 25 min only to get cold sliders made with chicken that was hard as rocks. Wont be coming back at any time other than during the day

Terrible service! The checkout person gave me my bag with my drinks in it and said my web order was in it too he had went to grab. However I get home to find that my web order was NOT in the bag like he had said. I had to run all the way back to get it. Sad...3 years after this review and a freshly built store and the order accuracy at this location still sucks! They forgot half my order items in my delivery and this is not uncommon! Then customer service just wants to throw credits at you! Disappointed !!!!!

A warning to anyone ordering from the Sheetz App, take the extra time to CHECK YOUR ORDER before leaving the store!My order was short a bucket of fries even though the tag on the bag clearly said the fries were in the bag.I wont be back to Sheetz, I'll take my business elsewhere where they actually give me what I paid for!

Ordered before hand on the mobile app and the food took over 20 minutes to come as I watched people come and go with the orders they placed at the kiosk. Come to find out, my food has been sitting for over 20-30 minutes in a random area getting all nice and cold. This is now the second time this has happened. Communication and getting orders out is something they definitely struggle with.

My brother dropped his milkshake because he was on a bike and a car parked in front of him on purpose because he had a milkshake. The people replaced it because a worker saw him drop it because of a car so they believed him and replaced it. They have great service. They are nice and kind. They work hard and help others.

3 customers in the entire store and it takes 20 minutes to fry a sampler and make a snack wrap? get it together I understand you want a cig break but damn do your job first! also... I rang up my own order? all you had to do was take my order and put my food in a fryer? if your job sucks that bad then quit!

I went for an interview here recently. The girl made it sound like I got the job. I got an email saying no. I went for another interview in PA the lady told me I didn't get the job here because they are fully staffed .I understand you give minors a good place to work, but you need to work on being flexible with other people too besides minors. Not everyone can work overnight or 2pm-10. Let people know over the phone before the interview what the hours are. To me it's ignorant .

If I could do 0 stars I would. I live 2 miles from here and I used to shop here regularly and spend a lot of money here. This time I decided to not wear a mask because I can barely breath do to my allergies plus I got my shot so in reality I wasn't putting anyone at risk. I informed them of this but they refused to serve me and kept calling me belligerent. I served my community as a volunteer fireman and my country in the Army. I would never refuse to put their burning house out because they wear masks. I am very displeased.

Place is disgusting. They need shut down from food. Cutting chicken on the same counter other food was made on with out wiping it down. Cooking chick twice in the deep fryer because they didn’t get it right. I got my money back and did not take the food!!

The recent renovation took out most of the fuel pumps. More difficult to fuel up now especially when people sit at the pumps when not pumping gas.
