Great little place. They sell a variety of coffee drinks, plus shakes. Free WiFi. Good hot food selection. I had a breakfast wrap/burrito that was quite tasty. They sell slices of cakes and cookies along with a variety of packaged coffee and also drink ware. Place was busy when I was there but no problem finding a place to sit and work on the lap top. Staff was efficient and friendly.

Pros: Cool little coffee shop inside an old bank. Very colorful with relaxing vibes.Cons: Expensive, 2x more than other coffee shops.Frozen coffee was not that great, way too strong and had so much caramel I couldn't even finish it.

Update: Last visit was not ideal. Food brought to counter apparently does not always get called out. I saw one bag being passed around amongst people. My drink and food were called out with my name. But my sister who ordered before me was still waiting. I finally went up and the bag was sitting up above the coffee bar area. It appears someone else had mistakenly gotten it. My sister's name was never called, we waited unnecessary extra time, and we have no idea how much her bag of food had been handled and by whom. Would you like that to happen to your food? We usually make a trek from Frederick just for Rooster Moon, but disappointingly that will not happen anymore.////Very cute place. Friendly staff. Coffee drinks are good to really good. Food can really be on point at times, other times not for some reason; e.g., have had Southwest breakfast wrap that was super good, to Ham and Brie croissant where I couldn't sense any apricot as well as having too much mustard, overpowering the taste of everything else.

Tucked away in a quiet corner of the shopping strip, the coffeehouse is easy to miss. We wandered over after visiting the Amish Store. So glad we did! It blows Starbucks out of the water. Fast, friendly service. Delicious coffee (we both got a desserty 'Pot of Gold' coffee!). They had a meeting room, comfy couches, and several tables where people could work or visit. We were impressed by their HUGE assortment of sugar free syrups for sale. A little pricey ($15) but they had every flavor under the sun. If you are in the area, pop in and check them out!

This used to be my go-to Coffee shop, but was very put off after today. Ordered 2 drinks and was told it would be $17+.. when I questioned it, the total became $15+.. How many other customers are over paying without question? I was willing to put this aside as oversight, but when I tried both my coffee and my husband's they were so bitter we threw them out. $20 down the drain (I tipped even tho the price was disputed bc I work in service too and understand the demand), but will not be returning.

Came in with a semi large order. Went up to the counter and asked if the current order sitting was mine, blonde employee with a braid looked at me irritated and said “Well if it looks like yours then it probably is.” with the rudest attitude and just walked away… this was our first time here… such an out of pocket response for such a simple question. I worked retail for 10 years.. never spoke to customers that way. Save your sarcasm and maybe think about a new career if you can’t deal with people without an attitude 🤷🏼♀️

Rooster Moon is a wonderful coffee shop nestled in the middle of the Longmeadow shopping center. Located in a former bank, they are able to benefit from the existing drive thru as well as seating in the old bank vault. Their food is fresh and made to order, so don't expect it to be done as quick as Dunkin or Starbucks, but it is entirely worth the wait. If you are in a hurry, I recommend ordering ahead. A great place to stretch out and have a relaxing coffee date or lunch, alone or with friends.

WOW.... I can't completely express how disappointed I was after visiting this cool little coffee shop. Funky vibe, cool t-shirts, ample upscale seating....all GREAT~ But then we ordered... it all went wrong! The Large $7+ smoothie was served in a 10? oz cup and was mostly ice and chemicals but by far the worst thing was their deserts in the spinning display case. We got a piece of moist (looking) carrot cake and when we got back to the table to eat it, we noticed the bottom portion looked funny. We tried to cut into it but it broke the plastic utensils. I picked it up and it was rock hard on the bottom and even a different color to it from sitting for what had to be days and days. I took it back to the counter where the gentleman that served us said he would check with his wife about it. She came out a minute later and very nicely apologized for the stale cake and offered another desert. Not a big deal so I asked what fresh today, she said anything you pick. I next picked a piece of chocolate cake. She whispered to the young girl beside her and the next thing I know, she put the slice of cake in the microwave? Fresh cake in a microwave? But wanting to give them another chance I brought it back to our table. I can without a doubt say, it was DAYS OLD and the nastiest chocolate cake we ever tried. I ate 2 small bites and threw the rest away. I ended up getting sick within a hours of that and think they need a visit from the health board. NASTY!!!!!

A cool coffee shop with a "vault" that can be reserved to chill out in! I had the southwestern breakfast wrap (breakfast served all day!) and iced green tea. My girlfriend and her sister got an iced coffee and the fantastic new avocado toast that is fancier than it sounds.Warning: they have treats at the counter that will tempt you!

The atmosphere has got to be my favorite thing about this cafe. It’s so cozy and aesthetically pleasing to see. Very colorful too! Their bagels are the best. They are warm and crunchy and they go great with cream cheese. I also love their tea. They are quick through the drive through, and perfect for dining in. This is a great place to hang out with friends and family.

Great service. Food was delicious. Highly recommend the lavender latte and everything bagel with Neufchâtel cream cheese, cucumbers, and tomatoes. Also, great safety measures being taken here with COVID-19.

The food here is pretty amazing. From salads to sandwiches to wraps, you cant go wrong. The coffee is a hit or miss, though normally pretty good. My latte was SUPER sweet though, so I’d recommend ordering the half sweet option. Definitely a hidden gem, 10/10 recommend. I also ordered online and my order was ready exactly on time :)Dietary restrictions: Very easy to customize food and plenty of vegetarian optionsParking: The store is located in longmeadow shopping center and shares a huge parking lot with all the other shops

I was sooo happy to find a place to get a lox bagel close to home! The shop is cute and has lots of nice gifts and crafts for sale. Staff was friendly and location seemed LGBTQ+ friendly.

In short: Fun choice for coffee or smoothies. Would not recommend for food. The good: They have Ravens Brew coffee and other delicious and different coffee and smoothie choices. The atmosphere is laid back and not "corporate".The not so good: The food choices are hit or miss - at best. You can wait up to 20 minutes for a bagel even when it is only moderately busy. The picture is of the Cuban Panini that is $7.95 and took 20 minutes to prepare. When we showed it to the staff we got a shrug and she asked "So what do you want me to do about it?"

This coffee shop is ideal for studying, relaxing, and working; I have been coming here multiple times a week for over a year. The friendly staff, cozy atmosphere, and immense quality of drinks MORE THAN justifies the price. It's always a joy to walk into a coffee shop where the regulars and some of the staff know your name, where the employees are laughing behind the counter and genuinely seem to enjoy their job. Louis and Alex stand out as some of the kindest staff members and help create such a welcoming atmosphere.

Was in there for my first time a couple of days ago with my husband, who knew Hagerstown, MD has hiding such a gem! Loved the "mom and pop" atmosphere and truly some of the best customer service. I believe the names of two young women that helped us were Charlotte and Laura along with a young man Louie I think it was. But my goodness they were all so accommodating and helped us with each step of the way (my husband says I can be a bit picky) and I decided on Charlotte's recommendation of the Almond Joy latte....so yummy! Amazing food and amazing group of young people working there!!

I just want to say, first and foremost : I love this joint. As others have said on previous reviews, this is exactly what an eclectic coffee shop should be. All aspects, pretty fine. One aspect I appreciate is an extensive variety of whole bean on the shelf, prepackaged. There are no brands of espresso included there, so I buy their whole bean espresso roast in bulk, by the pound. It has a great flavor and produces wonderful crema with my machine. I'm almost feeling silly to mention, though, that my last pound was 12 ounces. Oddly, it was the first time I weighed my purchase when I got home...🤷

We absolutely love Rooster Moon and if we lived closer we would be there daily!! There are so many options and then add in the monthly specials, you could go every day and still not try it all!! Our fave is the chocolate espresso shake but we have never got something and not liked it! My son gets a smoothie or chocolate milk and a muffin. We have used the drive thru and dined in. The Cafe is so nice and relaxing and the outside tables are excellent on beautiful days! I also love that they have water dishes for pets! We don't go to that other popular coffee place. We prefer to support our small, local shops! If you ever want to expand I'd love to have you closer to Martinsburg lolKid-friendliness: Not just coffee! They have yummy smoothies, shakes and meals. My 4yo son loves going.

Great coffee and from what I’ve heard from family and friends, the food is pretty good. I love the atmosphere in the shop, as well as their support of other local businesses by displaying their items in the store. Milk substitutes are available which I highly appreciated, and the employees patiently answered all my questions about ingredients!

We stopped on our way home off of 81. I got a small mocha and a large iced tea. My husband got a caterpillar. All the beverages are really good. I got a ham egg and cheese English muffin, a white chocolate raspberry scone, and my husband got a Cuban panini. The scone was also really good, they even warmed it up. Sandwiches were good as well.

I've learned that you can tell a lot about a community based off of the coffee shop within it. This cannot be more evident than this place. If you are looking for a nice small coffee shop than look no more. While I am not usually fan of the 'hipster' coffee shop vibe, this place does is very nicely. I guess I'm just old school. This place does offer a lot of named-based gimmicky drinks (which does require you to actually read the description to figure out what is actually in it), or to actually know the different between the different type of coffee/espresso based drinks. They offer the standard array of typical coffee shop snacks and foods, which I do really enjoy.I personally love the 'Caramel Zebra' drink (told you they had gimmicky named-drinks) and a banana-nut muffin. If you live in the surrounding area and are looking for a quiet coffee shop with a comfortable atmosphere, then I recommend checking this place out.
