Friendly service and they have some really good Italian ice flavors and best of all they will let you sample them if you have a hard time deciding which one you want. Today I just had their chocolate custard and it was ok but the chocolate sprinkles were not good at all. They had a minty taste to them and were stale.

Absolutely love! The girls at the window are very nice, the drive through is quick :) Clean inside & out. They donate to many community events which is VERY important of any business… ESPECIALLY OURS! Only thing I miss is the pina colada ice;) Recently tried the gelato.. very good!

My boyfriend took me for the first time because I've never been and honestly, one of the best custard and Italian ice I've had ever. Lots of flavors and options and they change often!I got cotton candy ice with vanilla custard and it was beautiful and delicious!

The owner of Rita’s should monitor his place, I spoke to him about staff member squeezing whip cream in her mouth when I arrived up to the drive through, his reply was kids will be kids. I informed him that was nasty 🤮. He seemed to be clueless. Young people need jobs but they also need supervision. I spoke to a Josh I not so sure he was even the owner. With COVID on the rise I’d be very careful going here, I will not list other things I seen. I visit Rita’s 3-2 x a week im done.

The person who failed to take our order stated rita's was out of every flavor I requested, and did not provide any useful information to allow me to continue ordering, all the while seemingly stupid to a fault. Will be trying any other ice cream place next time for family night.

I got a shake, peanut butter, it was great. Kids got a bunch of different things. Overall it was good. Were there for about 30 mins, nothing was wiped off outside so not sure how often the seating area gets cleaned especially with covid. But u shop at ur own risk now a days

Best place ever for Italian Ice. I now live in Texas and there is only one close to my home. That Rita's is 2 hours away from my home. I will make a special trip just for this Italian ice. Please open more stores in the Northern Dallas suburbs. We would love it.

Excellent Italian ice. The only downside is they are so popular that they tend to run out of the more favorited flavors. Should probably modify inventory to keep customers happy.The frozen yogurt tends to start frozen longer than other places around town, which is nice!

So originally I gave 4 stars even though my main reason for giving 4 and not 5 was service. Today on Monday May 16th (4:00 pm) I went through the drive thru and the young lady was beyond rude and argumentative. She claimed to be the manager, but I'm pretty sure the manager is a male. I ordered a misto and it was very loose as if it had been sitting out for a while. I went back around and said that it was loose and asked for it to be fixed. The girl who answered said that she's the one that made the drink and she DEFINITELY made it right and I could come around and see the ice and custard myself and the only option was to pick a different flavor ice because the one I picked was a different consistency than all the others. She had a MAJOR attitude all from me stating my drink was loose very politely. So I asked for a manager and she said That's me. I told her that her attitude had been horrible since the first time she took my order. She did not say hello, she was very short and rude and when I thanked her she didn't say anything. She also had a scowl on her face at the window. This location really needs to stop hiring CHILDREN that do not know, nor are trained properly, how to interact with the public. After I told her that her attitude was horrible she got worse, and said again your only option is to pick another drink. This location has truly gone down hill with customer service. The employees USED to be so great.

Only Rita's in town. Ample parking. Now has a drive-thru. Always have an abundance of flavors in both ice and custard, and enough staff that your wait is never long. Easy entrance and exit with a little bit of seating. Handicap accessible.

Great place to stop for something cold when the weather is hot. Flavors are always changing so it's a new experience each visit. They have many different options and ways to mix and match shaved ice and custard. They people working behind the counter are always nice and friendly.

I love the this year they have a greater variety of custards and Italian ice. My kids were very happy and pleased. The gelati is the family's favorite. The staff were ok. I will be bringing the kids back on another hot summer day!

I love their custard and Italian Ice. The girl was very polite. But she was the only one working so with customers at the front, like 4 of them, I was the first car in the drive thru and another car behind me the service was super slow. But not the girl's fault, she was going as fast as she could for being the only one working.
