Brought my puppy in for a full hair cut and bath. This is to include ears cleaning. The inside of his ears has a lot of dirt and wax. The first time I brought him here. After i picked him up he smelled like he had a bath. This time, he didnt smell anywhere near having a bath. I wasnt pleased with the grooming visit.

I absolutely love all PetSmart's. Every time I see one I have to visit. This one had a sale on betta fish. The next attraction was the cats that were there up for Adoption. They all were so beautiful..I want one but I cannot have pets where I live. Overall if your animal needs it PetSmart probably has it

Just moved to the area recently and needed my Poms groomed. Never been to this store before. Took them in; two dogs, two different sets of instructions; two different groomers. Both dogs were PERFECT! Groomed just as I had requested. The one older pup does NOT like being brushed but the young lady did her best and he came out looking absolutely wonderful! Can not recommend this grooming salon enough!

The worker was extremely knowledgeable. He helped me find some live floating plants while explaining that the lid on my tank would trap/drip condensation onto the plants, which they wouldn't like. Advised me to leave my lid cracked a tiny bit to release the excess moisture and its working like a charm. They also had the floating log that I couldn't find at any other local fish store, and my betta fell in love with it immediately. They had a pretty cool betta hammock for my Finnie boy, which he also loves already. Picked up some pretty awesome decor hides while I was there. I'm glad that they had a wide variety at decent prices because some stores cost way too much for tank decor and hides.

I usually don’t like the petsmarts I go to and I also refuse to go to any petcos as all the petcos I’ve gone to treat their animals horribly. And I’ll admit, petsmart animal care is sometimes questionable. But this place is very well stocked and has supplies that do support good animal care unlike some that only sell supplies that are horrible for your pet. Some of those supplies are here too but you can still overlook them and get the actual good ones. But this petsmart is also very friendly, you’re always greeted when you enter by an employee and check out is fast and easy. They always make conversation with you while checking out and genuinely seem to care.I recently adopted a cat from there as well and the process was very easy and I now have a cat that I already love with my whole heart. She’s still skittish and timid but she’s a sweetheart deep down. I did adopt her and she had a eye wound but the adoption place that works with petsmart that let me get her were kind and gave me some antibiotics for it and she’s doing a lot better now.

The friendliness of the staff at the garland groh blvd, Hagerstown location was great, but they said the furmenter shampoo / oil treatment & brush package would reduce shedding by up to 90%. That was a lie! I'd a been satisfied witha little just less shedding at all but there was no changes. They charged $74 for a bath, the furmenter treatment, brush plus nails & clean ears with no results other than shorter nails! Plus it took them 3 hours!!! I'll never go back to their grooming for service again.

The first and second pup clips were fine (except we didn’t realize we were overcharged during the first visit until much later) but the third time was a disaster with numerous areas that had divots, uneven spots, and much shorter than we had asked. They refunded our entire cost and tried to fix it with a different groomer, who even commented what a well behaved “client” he was the entire time. We really wish it had been a different experience but should have listened to others who cautioned us against going here :(

Went in to buy a couple of odds and ends.Decided to get a water fountain for our cat and unfortunately it was in the wrong spot. There are apparently two versions of this fountain. One is smart and one isn't and they are $100 apart in price.After we figured out the mix-up, they ended up giving it to me for the lower price instead of the higher price. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and I can't thank them enough.

Took my dog to get a bath and nails clipped. They did such a great job with my nervous pup. He is a rescue Chihuahua mix and can get nippy, but the handled him with patience and care like he was their own.

My dog comes here for his grooming every few months and the groomers just love him (and he loves all the attention). They do a great job at cleaning his double coat, cleaning his teeth and clipping his nails. Highly recommend!

I wish I would of taken pictures I never really go to petsmart as growing up my parents always told me Petco was better and took care of their animals better and had a better chance with fish first time going in to petsmart and my parents were right went in to get comet goldfish and in the large fish tank there was a few dead and few struggling on bottom and in the small fish tank I was watching some struggle to swim and fall to bottom there was probably over a hundred laying on bottom that gave up on swimming there was too many in one small tank when I got assisted with fish I mentioned it to the employee and all she said was our shipments are messed up or something along that line and while handling the fish she wasn’t really gentle and it wasn’t just the goldfish that had too many fish in a tank there was two other tanks

So I was In store and there was already problems with where people line up at and then the boy could beary ring me up an I even had to ask for my change after the boy shots his register. And with all the craziness happening I felt I was over changed and didn't get a recet. That any1 could read. When I went back to the store to ask about the cost, they did come up with a print out but it didn't match what money was exchanged. . Then the manager said "well the he was $40. Short last night so we cant say that you were or were not over changed. . Wow thanks guys.
