No heads up on price changes. Extra $7For shave, brush out , scissor cut sm. You think that would be part of the haircut. Why don't you just start charging for each paw seeing how your charging ou piece work

I booked the grooming appointment for my cat who, due to stress from moving, stopped grooming and ended up getting matted fur. The price for the appointment was very reasonable. Deanna did an excellent job and took practically no time at all to fix the issue. Also, due to my cat's rabies vaccination coming close to expiring as well as Deanna's upcoming leave, the windows for appointments were fairly slim but the staff member who set the appointment (I'm unsure of her name) was able to squeeze me in. All in all, the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating!

The groomer was excellent with our German Shepherd Dakota! :) Deanna is a great groomer and took time with Dakota! He was one happy and smelled good dog when he got home. Will definetly have her groom him next time! :) Petco is lucky to have her on their team!!

Your groomer Diana, did a great job on my dog Chuck. She noticed and complimented his behavior. Diana also knew I was using the time of my dog’s grooming visit to get together with family and accommodated my schedule to make it all work out perfectly, which I greatly appreciate.

My senior Schnauzer/poodle mix was groomed beautifully! I had been grooming her since COVID-19 so it was nice to get her a “real” haircut! I made her next appointment while I was checking out. Very pleased with Deanna!!!

Always so nice and personable! My one sheltie is afraid of everyone and they even offer to let me stay with her to keep her calm! I've never dealt with a business so willing to accommodate!!! Will always recommend!!!

Your pet groomers are very rude every time I take my Pomeranian they try to cut all of his hair off That's the only cut they know I have been the other groomers and they don't do that and I'm sick and tired of it a Pomeranian supposed to look like a Pomeranian get the right stuff they're very rude they don't answer the phones you have to go to the store and then they leave you staying in there and go off and start talking.. to the other staff or on their cell phones to their friends I have never seen such a rude place I was happy before but your new manager is really the rudest of all

I took my dog Roscoe and they cut him up all over til he was hurts and tell me that he would not coperiate my dog look a mess had to take him to another groomer and they charge me 70 dollars don’t let them groom your dog
