Very irritating visit. Only one manned checkout, no discernable line for customers to follow, resulting in two lines competing for the one checkout. My husband and I ended up going to the other end of the store and using a self checkout for a load of lumber! All the while, several Lowe's employees were standing in the aisles leaning on shelves and chitchatting. Lowe's needs to go back to manned checkouts. If I need to scan all my merchandise then give me a discount at least

I was not impressed. There were absolutely no cashiers. Only self checkout available. I checked myself out. Spent over 600$ & you can't provide a cashier? I will not be back. I can't imagine being elderly or a single parent trying to check themselves out with a large order.

After waiting a week for our refrigerator which was not an issue due to the sudden need for a new one, the delivery guys broke our screen door and were extremely rude.Accidents happen but the lack of attention and customer care service was unprofessional.Avoid this place , make the extra time to go to a different Lowe’s or all together different department store.

After a seemingly normal interaction, I shook hands with a manager there named Rod and it was literally the limpest, most awkward handshake I have ever had the misfortune to be a part of. It was uncomfortable to the point where I will probably never go back to the store. The store itself seemed fine but that was really, really weird. 2/5 stars

Came here cause it was closer that The Home Depot, just needed a some washer supply lines 3/8 at 4ft, website said they were in stock, that was a lie, spent more time looking for help than actually looking for my parts. I now that Home Depot is worth the drive

If you are buying house plants from here please check a hundred times before you go to check out I found so many different types of pests like thrips, fungus gnats, scaly mites and a handful of others. I told several staff about it and no one seemed to care. Every single shelf had a different problem.

Will never buy anything from lowes online ever again, bought a simple offset dryer vent ,order was placed on November 15 and today is December 27 and still has no clue as to where are or when I will be getting my product that could have gotten long ago somewhere else .if there a negative star I would have given it

I love the customer service here from the cashiers Ms. Bev to the paint counter, and the special device when ordering my door, Jenna was so patient precise and on top of everything right down to the delivery of my custom door. My door had an imperfection, Jenna and the contractor had it returned and reordered it. Every step of the way Jenna stayed in touch with me as well as the contractor. This location has me coming back due to such great customer care and service.

Lowe’s is great but the 3rd party that delivers there items suck bought new washers and dryer and the first time they dropped it off truck damaged it second set they used a cleaning solution and it took the color off the dryer where tape was stuck have called and still no reply

I’ve been to his location dozens of times and the customer service is always exceptional. There’s never been a time where what I wanted wasn’t in stock.Today, I visited this location to purchase rocks and other items for our yard where we tore up bushes. A few days prior to this visit, my wife and I were greeted by Terry in the gardening section. He helped us pick out rock and told us how much was in stock.On todays visit, he greeted my friend and I. He helped us load 40 bags of rock, helped us push it to the checkout counter and helped us load it onto our truck. His customer service was above and beyond.Cynthia helped us at checkout. She was friendly and even recommended a product for yellow jackets after I told her of a nest on my property.Both of these employees are exceptional and this location is lucky to have them!I returned about an hour later to get a few more things and CJ at the checkout was very friendly as well.This location is always great and I recommend this store for any home needs!

Very disappointing experience. I wanted to purchase several tools that were locked. I waited for about 15 minutes for someone to help me, and pushed the help button in the aisle several times. When nobody came to help, I asked 2 or 3 associates to call someone for help. After another several minutes, still nobody came to help get the tools. Meanwhile, associates were at the registers on their phones. I eventually left without the tools and will purchase them elsewhere.

Went to Lowe’s to buy new appliances ( washer, dryer, refrigerator). Received bad service at first and was ready to leave without purchasing anything. Ended up deciding to call the store to speak with a manager( Reggie) and he was so caring and helpful and made sure my wife and I received the help we needed. He set us up with Jeremy (from flooring, but used to run appliances) and he helped us with our purchase. Jeremy went above and beyond to give us amazing customer service and because of these 2 gentlemen, we went from walking out with nothing to purchasing $6000 worth of appliances! Because of them we will definitely be returning customers!

They keep arbitrary and capriciously raising the price for so many items. It is no surprise that inflation is a concern.They were given the opportunity to stay open during the pandemic and spread the virus around. Until they made employees and customers wear masks.They just had reset and raised prices again. JULY 2023. YOU WOULD THINK LOWE'S WOULD LIKE TO HELP BRING DOWN INFLATION. IT ALL SEEMS TO HAVE STARTED IN THE LUMBER, AND GONE ON FROM THERE TO EVERY PRODUCT SOLD . GREED HAS BECOME SO RAPIDLY THE NORM. PAINT OVER 60 DOLLARS A GALLON. BUG SPRAY WENT UP OVER A DOLLAR A CAN THE LAST RESET. JUST TO NAME TWO ITEMS.LOWE'S YOU ARE PART OF THE PROBLEM.I COME IN THERE OFFEN. MY 👁 👀 EYES ARE OPEN.

I shop frequently at both Lowe’s stores in Hagerstown and there is no comparison between, the store at Wessel blvd sucks, the staff lacks knowledge. The paint department is a joke. I will recommend to go to the north end store . The difference is day and night .Plenty of people to greet you and no one to assist you. Total lack of management 👎

Left there today after waiting 30 mins for a manager to arrive to override a price without showing up. The cashier was embarrassed for the wait, other customers became rude to myself and the cashier. Finally I had the item removed from my order so I could leave. Needless to say I will be using Home Depot if and when I need a large chain store.

Lowe's has lost its mind. While they do have the right to enforce their own policies, they also have the right to be flexible. I have shopped at Lowe's as a contractor for more than a decade spending $60,000+ per year. Our accountant takes the receipts every week, and despite Lowe's claims of their pro system keeping track of every purchase, it doesn't even if presenting the credit card. Suddenly Lowe's (at least the ones in Hagerstown MD) have refused ALL returns from everyone without a receipt. They make great effort to attract contractors but then have ended this slight courtesy. Since pro information already exists, such as address, credit card numbers, and phone numbers, the likelihood that pros being a theft problem is lower than the typical Lowe's customer. I tried to return 7 pieces of wood and you would think I'd stolen $1000 in DeWalt equipment. Again, yes, Lowe's has the right to enforce the no receipt policy, but doing so as a blanket policy makes no sense and hurts their business. As an example, I was pretty frustrated by the manager's group think and repetitive mindlessness to the point that I walked out on a ,$15,000 purchase that day ... $10,000 of cabinets and $5000 appliances. I encourage Lowe's to come up w a better way to continue giving pros more courtesy if they want to continue courting pros. That day, Home Depot got $15,000 rather than Lowe's.

Showed up today with work truck ready to buy lumber. The lady had the aisle block off no fork lift in the aisle I asked if I can get some lumber she said straight out no. I will be cancelling my Lowes credit card and going to home Depot. I don't have time to play childish games will never shop again never been treated so rude buy a retail store

Getting supplies for work. Customer service was awesome, had an issue & they fixed it. Found a lot of what I was looking, and walked away with what I came there to get. The cashier was helpful, and was super nice.
