Good place. Drivers STOP taking your breaks on the fuel lane. You are not going to be happy if you are and I'm being held up because of you. Have courtesy for the next driver and trip plan so that you don't run out of hours at a full truck stop with no parking.

Shop is the most unprofessional lying group of lazy people I've ever met. Good luck on getting in when busy. Only 2 bays that are in front of truck parking, so you will block a lot of trucks. Extremely lazy and make up excuses to NOT work on your truck. They forget who pays the bills! Truckers beware! I was told 2 hrs. After 5 hrs went by, I was then told they didn't have enough help as I watched 4 guys sitting on their phones. Lazy lazy lazy.

Plenty of fuel pumps and parking, just off of interstate. Typical collection of convenience items plus food and beverages inside. Wendy's and a Subway colocated.

Again i am considering applying a Job as a Manager Store at Love's Truck Stop VS Truck Driver , is a shame Apparently Manager are Allergic to Walk Outside the Store and see how the Store Looks , as a manager 🤔 i am considering being Home Every Night i don't have to walk the Store 🤔 , is a SHAME!!!! , THEY ONLY GET READY WHEN THEY KNOW THEIR DISTRICT MANAGER IS COMING TO THEIR OFFICE,We as a Driver when we stop to put diesel we expect at the Pump everything is working and we don't have to get any issues, but is not that way , is a shame!!! LOOK AT THE PICTURE DIRTY PLUS THE KEYPAD DOESN'T WORK CORRECTLY HAVE TO CHANGE PUMP🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️WHEN YOU WORK AS A MANAGER FIRST THING YOU HAVE TO DO IN THE MORNING IS A WALK AT THE FACILITY AND TAKE NOTES WHAT TO CORRECT,HOPEFULLY THIS REVIEW WILL DO SOMETHING TO CORRECT THE OPERATION AT THIS STORE 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

I’m here on. December 8 th ,2023 this place is under rated . I looked the google reviews and they were horrible but when I went in there everything looked perfect. The staff took care of everything. The creamer is refilled not like other loves . Fresh food and clean restrooms and showers. They are amazing .

Great place to stop get gas or something to eat or snack on. Very clean and friendly staff! I love that every Love's is big you don't wait too l8ng for anything. Enough pumps to get gas, bathrooms are big and always clean. This particular one was great. Lots of cute souvenirs too!

ALWAYS FREE SEMI TRUCK PARKING!I cannot emphasize enough! I am a huge advocate of this particular option! It is difficult (at times) for us as truck drivers to find a good safe haven with (let me say it again) FREE trucker parking!They also put in Vitamin water at the fountains. I think this is a fantastic healthy option for everyone. As for a trucker at "diamond status" getting their free drink on, it's a great choice to help keep the weight from packing on.They have vavariety of food and drink selections. Wendys, Subway, roller grill station, snacks, fruit, juice, tea, hot coffee station etc.Showers are free with 50 galsof diesel fuel. If you dont get it free then it is $12 for the (cleaned after every use) shower.I'm very happy to say the staff is friendly and keep a careful eye on the facility.

By far the best lives I have ever been too! Being I’m on the road 3 weeks out of the month employees make a place! From the time u walk in the door they greet you and most of all it’s always soo clean the showers the bathrooms the parking lot I always stay overnight here and the late night crew are the best they have a subway and Wendy’s subway is 24 hrs now I’m not speaking on the guy working in subway the only time he has his stuff in order and will be stocked to make a sandwich is if the general manager is coming but the employees that work loves make up for it and will go take care of you I go out of my route to go stay there! They are always full in stock of everything it’s places like this that gives loves a good name

This love’s got a 2 stars only because they have a large and specious parking lot. However it is lacking the most basic truck oriented services such a Laundry service and TIREPASS that like many other Loves it is non functional and broken.Inside the store is like a cheap toy heaven full with Chinese toys and doll’s. I guess there are a new bread of truck drivers out there buying all the junk.Come on Love’s if you want to be a truck stop and service station please be one! No laundry service really…. Shame on you loves!!!!

I would like this store to be known how resist they are their mechanic shop by refusing service while they are helping drivers who came after me hours I’ve being there parking lot and telling me it will be more time even when ask them even I was waiting 4 hours already and to notified me it could take another three hours till they give me call all that trouble something could take 30 min. Because of being black some of the truck stop are very difficult to get something done!!! It’s a shame some young folks still color discrimination.

10/24/23. I had came in to do a fuel filter change out , parked my truck, and checked in with Staff ( great group of guys btw ) they said 3 hour wait time, no problem typical shop wait time. After shutting off the truck , my truck would not start ... 3 dead batteries / fuel filter change out & an alternator truck started right up... Thank you, Daniel. This guy knew where the problem was at , it's hard finding great mechanics nowadays, but Daniel solved the problem & got me going . I really do appreciate the job you did ,Thank you!!! I will be calling Love's Coperate for a job well done !!!

Always packed!!!!!!!!!!!!! y'all can't get out the truck stop !!!!!PLEASE FIX!!!!!!!!!This is my go-to place whenever I come to this area,,,,today 2/26/22 the showers aren't working😥🤬Drive hundreds of miles an thinking about taking a shower.Them saying that we don't have any hot water.That really hurts!3 stars its clean and has a Wendy's.!!Limited Parking Forget Parking at Night!!

Clean store and facility. Well lit parking lot. Right off Interstate 81. The only Love's in MD I believe as well. The only reason it's 4 and not 5 stars is that they don't (at least I didn't see) carry the state shirts that other Love's have. I have purchased South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee and Pennsylvania graphic tees in those locations but none here. Any chance I can purchase online?

My first time at this location and I experienced prejudice from a manger working on the truck driver fuel side earlier this afternoon.I walked in the store to the service desk to pay for my fuel, there was a customer in front of me ( the manager servicing the customer made eye contact with me) after she finished servicing the customer she turned her back to me as if I wasn’t in line. In my head I counted to 60 before asking if I can get some service. It’s sad that this is this the type of lead representation for this Loves location!I hope no one else have to go through this!

I just started to work as a truck driver and I notice how loves is very useful. They got clean showers and bathrooms. Plenty accessories for truckers and food. And they don’t charge a parking fee compare to other truck stops.

Every time I stop at this Love's in Hagerstown MD there showers are not working. I don't know what the problem is.Either they have the dumbest plumber or to cheap to get it fixed write. If you can't keep your facilities repaired then shut the doors in this dump. This is the worst Love's I have ever seen. I will no longer buy my fuel here ever again. I will go to Pilot from now on

Today has been a difficult day. The rest stop I visited had no toilet paper and the bathroom was dirty. It seems like there may be staff shortages. On the bright side, there was plenty of parking space for trucks.

Never go in truck repair shop they're races and take advantage and blackmailing for innocent drivers also they said need a physical Card for payment. Shame on you guys.I request for love's owners please investigate this type of worker and fire immediately.

GREAT Place!!! Best place to stop ANYWHERE on the highway!!! Bathrooms are clean people are friendly and a large selection of anything you may need on the road!!! Hands down the best truckstop's on the East Coast!!
