I've never been to a consignment shop Where they have had three different prices on an itemAnd you Thought that you were going to pay the lowest price of the three until you get to the counter and they tell you that you are paying the highest price for that item. So she told me to come back in a month when I can get the lowest price for that item.I guess they don't need to sell their items.

What a great store! Friendly staff, ample parking and lots of space to social distance. IT'S HUGE and nicely stocked. The tags are current and lots of quality consignments at fair prices! Furnish your WHOLE house in one stop with quality items you just can't find at most stores!!! The store is very clean and has a fantastic bathroom too! I just can not wait to visit here again!

I have shopped Finders Keepers for years.It is a well established business.The store is exceptionally clean and well kept, always.Everything is presented well and priced well, not over priced.I have found outstanding furniture here at a can buy price.I try to stop in every week because the inventory changes every week.If you find something you like, best buy it because chances are, it will be sold if you decide to come back to buy it.This is the real deal, presented the way a consignment place should be.I love it

Staff is extremely friendly. It is a great place to find “treasures”. I have had the opportunity to purchase items and to sell some. My friends and I love going there regularly. You never know what you will find because items change frequently. I highly recommend stopping in and even if you don’t find anything I believe you will enjoy the experience. Don’t forget if you don’t find something you need or “want” at your first visit stop in another time you just might find a little treasure you can’t live without 😃

Finders Keepers Fine Consignments has a very respected team of staff. They are very generous and friendly. They assisted me to the exact areas that I was searching for, they greeted me when I came in, and were able to sell my items in a reasonable amount of time. They also have an amazing selection of items for sale. Not only is the staff amazing but the items are high class. I try to go as often as I can. I just can't get enough of their store. I do recommend that you go and visit. I especially love their customer service and positive attitudes.

This by far is the worst consignment establishment I have ever gone too. Originally the dual highway location customer service was friendly and felt like they appreciated their customers. Since they have moved location I have found the team at the new location are about as friendly as a wet sock in the winter time. I was followed around the store by not 1 but 2 employees who didn't greet me but made me feel like a criminal. Then I was trying to look at a ring and struggled to find the prices. An employee watched me the whole time and did not offer me any assistance.Then my friend came over to also look at the rings as I stepped away that same employee went right over and greeted her and asked how she could help her.I'm sorry.. but I have never been treated that way in my entire life. They did not help me, they are openly discriminatory, and their selection is poor. I wish there was a negative star I could give them.

We have used Finders Keepers 3 times to sell multiple items. They are just great to deal with. They are very busy but still find the time to help you unload your items and very helpful with pricing. We have never been disappointed with the quick sales and personal service. They are there to answer any questions about items you are interested in buying, but don't make you feel like they are hovering over you as you shop. If you are looking to buy or sell nice quality used items for a good price, I encourage you to check Finders Keepers out.Thanks again, we are looking forward to seeing your new store location.

Love this place. The owner and customer service ladies are awesome. The items are unique and fairly priced. This store is fully in compliance with Covid guidelines. Everyone is masked up and the store is neat and clean. Being a consignor and buyer, I will continue to support this small business. A friend of mine suggested this place to me and I am so glad they did. I recently moved to the area and was looking for several new items for my new place. I visited yesterday and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I made a purchase of several items including some beautiful and unique Christmas things. I also asked about consigning some of the items that may not work for me now. The procedure seems simple and fair. I definitely will be back.

THIS place is a scam for consignors.The owner speaks very rudely to you on the phone and in person, literally screaming.They do no advertising of your consignments, you'll have to pay to take your furniture there and she's discriminatory on who she will renew consignment contracts (3 month contracts). When I signed the paperwork, the employee said that they would renew my contact after the 3 months but after she already had my furniture in her store, she screamed at me at the top of her lungs and said I'm not renewing, you'll have to pick it up. Knowing that I was moving out of state.They called me constantly to find out when I could come back to Maryland to pick up the things so I arranged for Habitat Resale to pick up the items but she decided to sell them before they picked them up and kept the money for herself.I've already told former neighbors what happened and told them not to use her services and I would recommend that any seller that's moving to sell on Facebook Marketplace and don't waste your time or money with Finder Keepers.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We stop here a few times a month. The selection changes a decent amount, but the prices also drop the longer an item sits. It is labeled fine consignment, however I've seen and been fooled a few times by some "made in China" labels. So it's not all high end, but over it looks like decent stuff.

When you enter a "fine" establishment you would expect that someone would greet you. Not a hello or a goodbye.I even traveled to the new location to see if the attitudes might change with the new location. The merchsndise is adequate. A bit pricey. They should have left the lack of customer service on Dual Highway

Tried to shop this store again after numerous attempts to have a good experience... no greeting when entering store. No acknowledgement by 2 employees. One at front desk and one on floor. The floor employee walked by me twice with not so much as a glance. Third employee upon me exiting again said nothing and was on her phone. This happened also last time I stopped in to purchase. Won't be back . Selection is not great to begin with. Seems overpriced for what they have

Middle age woman with short brown hair has a bad attitude towards customers. Didn’t even offer to wrap what I wanted to buy. Just simply said “ I only need the tags” and roughly ripped them off without asking if I would like a bag. Not even a smile. Change the attitude or loose a customer!

They have great customer service and they never disappoint. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They help you find what you need in a timely fashion. The new store has plenty of space and a great design. The way everything is arranged looks very proffesional. If you have a problem you can ask for the owner, Michelle Shaper, and she will help you with whatever you need.

Nice consignment shop with decent stuff. Bad review is mainly because of angry and impatient owner who was unapologetically maskless. Speaking to masked customers who are with their masked families without a mask as the owner of a business is hateful and close minded.

Recently had the opportunity to visit this consignment shop while visiting for the holiday weekend. The staff was very friendly. Purchased several items to save for Christmas gifts. The store is very well stocked with wonderful, unique items. My experience was wonderful and I will be back.

Very sad with the results of my consignments with this business. Although the staff was pleasant, I do feel their policy was predatory. I consigned almost an entire household of furniture and accessories. Many of these items were very expensive to include silk drapery, mahogany furniture, famous name brand china serving pieces edged in gold, tables, lamps, and large area rugs. I had hoped to buy some things for my new home. The monies I received were minimal and in fact did not even come close to the cost of one of the pieces of furniture that were consigned. Additionally, as I am traveling this year, I requested that the business mail checks to my daughter. They said that they would only do this as a favor and that I would have to mail them self addressed stamped envelopes for this purpose as this was not their policy. (They requested that my daughter instead drive the 50 mile round trip with her small chidren and pick up my check!) Needless to say, I have mailed the envelopes. I would have appreciated a more detailed contract reviewed with me and not given in haste without a full listing of the items being dropped off. I had to hire a mover to bring the items to the store. So, in reality, there were additional expenses that in my opinion could have been shouldered by this business as a cost of doing business. (including stamps!!) My advice to you, if considering doing business here, would be to deal directly with the owner, who is lovely and helpful. Perhaps, she would consider reviewing the business practices as they relate to communication with her customers and more fair business practices. Finders keepers says it all. I never got a full accounting of my items that were then sold at the benefit of this business with no return to me. When I called to say that I had purchased a home out of state and may want to pick up the items that remained, I was told that it was too late. Too late for what? To make a good decision? I feel very sad.

Horrible attitude. I lost my contract and didn't know my pickup date. Owner got irritated immediately. I told her approximate date and she still had a bad temperament. Hung up on me. Ill be picking my items up and not returning

This shop is overtly discriminatory and employs predatory consignment practices. Seemingly they will "sell your furniture " at a unreasonable markup in hopes that it will not sell. After it is unsold they claim ownership of it should you be an hour late to pick it up. So if you are running late to pick up forget about getting it back. After they claim ownership of your wares they will use it as their own some may say stolen inventory and sell it at a lower markup in hopes that it will sell.Tldr: if you like shopping amongst questionably procured wares whilst being followed as though you are a criminal than this is your kind of store. As an added bonus they will act entirely disrespectfully towards you for the duration of your experience there.

Some ares cluttered and it takes way to long for them to price items. It's been a week and still no price on the item. They said 3-4 days. Went back they said 3 more days. On the 3rd day (a week later) still no price!
