One of the big dollar store in this area, glad visited here and bought a lot of diy stuff and for Christmas decor and gifts. It was plenty of stocked when I visited there and very organized and clean which I like about this store. I recommend!

This store has it all and the staff is really great. The one thing I would say is when they see lines building they could all for help just a hair quicker. Otherwise they are our home town spot. Clarence and all the associates are awesome.

As dollar stores go it was pretty clean and had good stuff, but the selection was less than another dollar tree in town, they didnt have a single loaf of white bread. They also had run out of a lot of summer stuff. The staff are very friendly.

The cleanest Dollar Tree I've *ever* seen! Awesome nice! Everything was where it belongs so you can find things! And more items to buy than at the others too. Straight up five stars! Such lovely people too!

I was in driving all over PA.,today so I decided I wanted to stop by every dollar tree I could and evaluate the difference between each one and to see if any of them sold anything different from the other. I didn't see much difference at all,I was also looking to see if they had different set ups but they didn't. I stopped at 5 different dollar trees,they all had the same items,with the same set ups and even though its not Valentines Day yet,they are ready for St.Patricks Day and Easter already 😊😃. They were all very clean and stocked up from Pa to West Virginia with great customer service!😊

Absolutely the very best Dollar Tree and employees ever! I had to have complete joint replacement in April 2021 and this DT was SO kind, helpful and caring up to my last day there (one day before my surgery) and I truly miss everyone that works at this particular store. Thank you all for going the "extra mile" for your customers, it doesn't go unnoticed by most!

Worst experience Ever. If it would have been possible to give negative stars I would have.The employee with the manager present actually told a customer to “Shut the F..k Up.And the manager didn’t even apologize or correct the situation. In what world do we live that an employee of any Buisness can feel it is ok or appropriate to speak to a customer in That way no matter the situation.

Great selection of products. This is one of the largest Dollar Trees I have been to. I was able to find everything I needed for my work luncheon and then some. The store is well organized and clean. The gentleman who checked us out was such a friendly personable man. I will be shopping here again!

witnessed an employee blow her nose and didn't even have the decency to sanitize her hands... and the proceeded to touch kids toys. you need to teach your employees how to be cleaner. very unprofessional. not to mention they let almost every customer without a mask with no problem whatsoever. i don't want anyone to get fired but some changes need to be made.

The employees here are very nice and management is professional as well. The stock is good and price is good as well. The only issue I've had is that there was mold inside of one of their small cartoons of chocolate milk. It was disposed of and management was notified.

Dollar Tree is a Great Store to Find Affordable Items You Need as Well as Some Unexpected Items You Didn't Know You Wanted or Needed. My Favorite Items are the Hallmark Cards and Books. There is Literally Something for Everyone at this Store.

this location has been renovated since submitting first review. i find the new look, dingey old carpeting replaced with beautiful laminate. plexiglass shields at the register along with spacing makers at checkout are welcome additions. the lighting in the store is also much improved. for the most part the isles feel luxurious wide making it much earlier to navigate during peak hours. the selection of products available seem to have been reduced, perhaps to allow for the ex-wide isles or its just supply lagging from production drought? i also notice in moving the plastic ware to the front of the store it feels like walking in an enormous, cluttered tuperware cabinet.staffing along with staff management (lines of customers backed up through the store and no urgency to assist. it isn't uncommon for staff to continuing stocking during these times, rather than opening a second register). it is frustrating to watch an associate become swamped like this, often requests over pa system for support ignored.

Much better location than the one by the Valley Mall!! Much cleaner, more staff on hand, and virtually no lines!! The only downside for me personally is that this location doesn't carry the same items as the other which makes me have to go to the other location, something that I find inconvenient and do not like to do.

Bought some tins for cookies, found others somewhere else that were more suitable and they wouldn't allow me to return them. They said they're a Christmas item and cannot be returned. It was less then an hour ago. Such b.s.

Not enough Halloween stuff today on Halloween; however, the store was quite satisfactory in stock and size. WARNING: There is a cashier that wraps glass in flat, plastic bags, which does nothing to protect the glasses.

Its a nice place. It can get packed and itll be hard to find what your wanting, but youll always find something new that youll want. They recently redid the store and I found all kinds of food and things Ill be getting once my payday hits. Lol!

This is a nice Dollar Store. Clean and well maintained. People are nice also. Close to I-81 and one of the regional malls.Plenty of parking and fast food places. Walmart and Home Depot.

Dollar tree life is only till they all morph to Dollar Tree Plus stores. They have succeeded because of the dollar menu for all products till now. The store visited here in Hagerstown was in need of a sleepless stocking. Otherwise , my go to store, Dollar store.
