Pharmacy hours are not correct. Got a message my mom's pain meds for cancer were ready to be picked up after waiting 4 days which is ridiculous in itself. Then showed up at 6:30pm to pick them up and the pharmacy is closed. They have new hours. But never posted the new hours so patients waste their time travelling to get their much needed medication. Will be changing my parents pharmacy now as well as the rest of the family as well.

Can I give negative stars? The pharmacy telephone was silenced and not answered. The recording could have said “we are unable to take calls at this time”Without choice I came to store(online and app not functioning correctly and drive through closed)I was informed “we are five days behind filling our prescriptions, that’s why we are opening 2hrs later and closing 2 hrs earlier”The store has been unkempt with the rugs requiring vacuuming, trash cans over flowing in vaccines area ( I noticed this three times on separate occasions )Overall this store has become ghetto like when once it was well run and clean

I'd give zero stars if possible, the pharmacy is dreadful they will tell you your Rx is ready and when you show up to pick them up your told they'll be ready in an hour or longer. Also god forbid you need a Rx ordered you'll be waiting 2 weeks or longer for it to come in if they even order it to begin with. Horribly understaffed and the ones they have are rude. I switched pharmacies and will never return to cvs.

The employees are subjected to consumers who become hostile at service delivery failures at no fault of their own. CVS is a billion (billion, not millions) dollar corporation that exploits their employees and licensed healthcare professionals by paying menial wages comparable to 1983’s economy, not 2023.To be able to maintain composure, be professional and hold on to a shred of dignity in these circumstances is far beyond the bounds of any C-suite executive. Service issues are not the fault of those who show up to provide services to consumers and to earn a paycheck. Greedy stakeholders of the CVS corporation would rather cush their pockets to even more unfathomable measures instead of being known as a leading employer and healthcare provider. Disgusting.

The CVS STORE employees are wonderful, helpful and sweet… but the pharmacy employees are miserable and rude. I have continued coming here purely for proximity to my home and after I was in the middle of explaining a situation (after an Rx reversal they did by mistake) and put on hold today that sealed the deal for me. We’re a family of six and frequently need prescriptions filled and nearly every time I come I wonder what rude employee I will encounter. Fortunately, there are many more pharmacies and delivery options that are much more convenient and I don’t have to deal with pharmacy techs that have zero customer service.

I just had the most pointless argument over the phone with a very rude pharmacist who had very poor communication skills (I didn't get his name, he only answered the phone with "hi" and I had to ask if I was even speaking with CVS pharmacy, and he'd interrupt me while I was answering questions he, himself, had just asked). I had called this location over a week ago to get a prescription refilled and their automated system told me it would contact my doctor to get this script refilled (I've gone through this same process every month for over a year and a half with no problems whatsoever, and I assumed this time would be no different). After not getting a "prescription is ready for pickup" text for over a week I called the pharmacy again and this time spoke with a real person, and when I informed him their automated refill system told me it would contact my doctor last week he told me that's not true, and that it has "never" worked this way for this kind of medication! I asked him if their phone machine lied to me about contacting my doctor for a refill approval and in a mocking tone he asked "Can machines lie?" I don't even know how to respond to such a ridiculous question. I just want my medicine so I can function and this pharmacist was mocking me and putting the blame on me because THEIR automated system didn't do what it said it would, and left me without my medicine for over 10 days! How is that my fault? I just want my medication, not play mind games over the phone with a man-child who was never taught how to answer a phone.I then contacted my doctor's office and they were confused why my pharmacy didn't contact them directly like it had done in the past. Moral of the story: DO NOT trust the automated refill system at CVS Pharmacy! It will lie to you!

Just picked up a prescription at the drive-thru window and I dealt with the rudest person; Melissa. Never seen her before and she had a mean look on her face like she didn't want to be there at all. I greeted her "hi, how are you" and she just stared at me and said nothing. I knew it was going to be one those interactions where she doesn't like her job. So, I proceeded to say "I'm picking up a prescription." and once again a silent stare back at me. So I just moved on and just said my name and date of birth, which is what everyone at this location has always asked before, but this lady (with tattoos all over her arms) was too important to speak; I guess. If I see her at this location again, I'm changing my pharmacy, period. That type of rudeness should not be tolerated and/or allowed by anyone.

The pharmacy in this store is a “mess” to quote the new store manager! It certainly is! When you order Rx through the app, it’s NEVER ready when they tell you. It’s not even ready on the same day! On one of my Rx’s ordered on the app, after waiting 2 days following when they originally told me it should be ready, they tell me to come in at noon that day. An hour later, they texted me that it’s “on order”! Not only did they not have it, they never even let me know at time of original order that they didn’t have it! Also have told them repeatedly that I do not want ready refill. Might as well talk to the wall.

5 star pharmacy with a 1 star deduction for the pharm tech who can’t work the computer despite being there always and a 2 star deduction for intermittently keeping the drive thru closed for “computer problems” without having any external indication of the closure until you pull up to the window.
