Had an amazing first time experience at the Central Dawgma today with our Akita, Octavia & our Dachshund, Myloe! Both of them got a much needed spa day and finished off with the cutest cookies! They had a nice variety of shampoo’s as well as a velocity dryer, and the ankle length aprons were an amazing addition keeping us completely dry. The towels were folded neatly and even had a complimentary treat on top. The dog wash also featured nail clippers, a deshedding rake, and doggy perfume. The prices were very fair which made the experience even better. Definitely recommend!

I come here all the time to buy my furbabies, Flower and Colby their food and treats. The staff is AWESOME, always welcoming and friendly. This is the best pet shop around. Great knowledgeable employees and the best products. If they don’t have what you’re looking for, they will special order. What a beautiful shop, it's very clean and set up perfectly. I really can't say enough positive things, I've received nothing but the best customer service from them.

Cute place. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Lots of things to choose from without being overwhelming. Got some good joint stuff for my dogs that they like... the dog wash is nice too, Haven't used it yet in this new location but it looks good. They have stuff for dogs and cats and i think maybe some other animals. Decent/comparable prices as far as I can tell.

I love that they have a designated section for low phosphorus cat food with good ingredients. For early stage kidney disease, this is very very helpful and the best store I have found so far! Glad I finally stopped in to look for a couple specific foods that they had!!

Super bummed with my experiences here. Absolutely no customer service. Always felt I was bothering asking questions each time I’ve been in here. I gave it three chances as I understand we all have bad days but each time my expectations are lowered. I won’t be returning after this time. Customer service goes a very long way. Could have had a very loyal customer as I love supporting small, but nothing beats customer service & I can get that elsewhere.

Great local pet store. Wide range of good brand food. Just started stocking chicken feed and other animal feed from a local farm too. They do their research so you are getting the best products possible. The new location is much more spacious and the dogwash area makes washing your dogs much easier

We were camping in Hancock MD at our happy place, Happy Hills, with a little extra time on our hands and decided to give our two shepherds a bath. Although our dogs were not crazy about the idea (drama queens) we were more than pleased with the facility and the welcome we received. Thank you. 🐾

Used their pet wash and it was CLEAN! Easy to use and they had a good variety of shampoos for the dogs. The young lady that showed me everything was very knowledgeable and everyone was super nice. They also have where you wash your dog for ten washes and you get a free wash or something like that. Highly recommend!

Best service, best people, best products. All for a low cost. I love that they never put my dog in a cage and they always treat her with respect. We have a German shepherd and I can get her nails clipped for $10. They even have free dog food samples. Way better than any commercial pet store or veterinarian with regard to the combination of quality of service (including the treatment of pets) cost. I love everything about this place and the way they have it set up. Happy dog, happy dog mom!

This is the best place in town to buy anything for your dog or cat. They have a wonderful area to give your dog a bath. The tubs are raised so that you don't have to bend over and they provide everything you need or you can bring your own. They have very caring staff, including their groomer Aaron who was really sweet with my dog. The place is always super clean and well cared for. They even have a treat by the bath area so you can entice your dog to get in the tub or reward them after a bath. You can pay online before you go to get a discount on your self service dogwash.

Only place around carrying both Fussie Cat Wet and N&D Dry Cat Foods. Great service. And for a relatively small shop it doesn't feel as if your being stalked, but they are quick to answer all questions. Love the fact they dont try to 'upsale' me on anything THANK YOU for that! Feel like I'm seen as a human being vs. $$$'s when I'm purchasing from here.

The selection of natural foods and other products is outstanding. If they don't have it, they'll happily special order it. The service is always friendly and personalized. I was touched and impressed when Kelly remembered my name after I'd been in only a few times. Customer service means a lot to me, and I'll go out of my way to patronize a place that really stands out. I tried several stores to supply my natural cat food after I moved to the area - and with three cats I spend a lot of money on food and other products - but this place stood head and shoulders above the rest, and now it's my number one source!

Love this Place One stop shop for all your dog and cats needs from food to treat to eating the service that I like using the self-service dog grooming.I'm able to come in to a clean environment and wash my dog and dry my dog and have it whole hour to do this for $16 they provide the water the blow dryer the shampoo the Towles and of course the washing basin you put your dog in to wash them which for my dog that's 140 lb German Shepherd she's able to easily walk into the tub or if you had a geriatric dog this would be easy for them to get in and out the tub since it's not high off the ground.I'll forever be a customer

This place has great unique healthy dog foods and treats but not average, everyday brands you might be familiar with. I love it for my dog & if you're willing to spend a little more than average on your dog or cat this place is for you. They have excellent incentive for frequent purchases. My dog loves the treats I can get only at Central Dawgma and they are the only place in town that sells the kind of food he uses so I'll be back! Tiny little parking lot makes it a bit tough to get in and out so I try not to go around dismissal time at North High.

I thank goodness for this place! You can't go many places and buy top quality pet food any more. I love the fact that you can wash your dog's. It's nice to not have to trash your bathroom if you have a big dog! Bethany is my favorite employee. She is very knowledgeable and quite friendly as well!

Central Dawgma is a really great store that we have been shopping at since we got our dogs. Always friendly and helpful. The employees remember their customers and are always great to go to for advice. We have a really pick Husky and they manage to always have some food she likes. A top notch store. Don't buy from the chains, buy from a local small business. Maybe a couple dollars more but the service is well worth it.

I love this place. Great customer service, they place special orders for you if they don't carry a certain meat. They have a wonderful selection and my dog loves to visit! She gets excited even if we're just driving by - so hopeful.

I pulled into a parking spot and was planning to shop at the store next to Dawgma. I did not realize the makeshift buckets that were placed on the concrete where specific parking signs only for Dawgma. Being that it's a wide open parking lot in a shopping center I was unaware buckets reserved parking spots. My 4-year-old daughter and I were basically chased down the sidewalk and ordered to move due to the lady claiming she would lose business. She was rude, unprofessional and I thought I was being pranked. The amount of energy she put to chasing my daughter and I should be put into some customer service training for that individual. Being that I have 8 dogs, the shop might have peaked an interest but now that parking spot was worth her running any business she might have got from me. If thats how they treat people that park in front of their shop in a shopping center, can't imagine how they treat people when they have an issue arise.
