My first visit. Staff were nice. Considering quality, wigs and other wig accessories were on the expensive side. The wig I wanted was out and they sold me the floor model at regular price. I was a little surprised because this was the first wig store, in my experience, that refused to accommodate a slightly lower price for the floor model.

I’ve been there several times and they never have what I want. I even said something to the owner and she pretty much blew me off. Also they didn’t have the hair I wanted and she asked for my phone number which I gave to her thinking she would let me know, but she never called. So I had to pretty much rely on eBay to get my hair. I try to support small businesses, but I’m pretty much done with this store.

Very professional and has a plethora of things for everyone and every hair type. Very welcoming atmosphere and a wig wall that will knock your socks off! Doordash options for when a visit to the phyical location is not an option-which is so convenient. Always has what is needed.

In a great location in the valley mall. Has a variety of hair Care selection for a variety of ethnicities, shades, and colors at a reasonable price. My favorites are the many different types of Difeel oils and extensions they have. Feel like I'm walking into my own personal hair care store made just for me.

I didn’t get a chance to take pics of the inside but The store was very nice and clean. The lady was also very funny and sweet and super helpful. It’s hard being a truck driver and finding a lot of black own beauty supply store so I was very happy to see this was one. Overalls I give this place a A+

I love this Business! Very professional, organized and quick with responding back to you. The hair is always satisfying and I'm never disappointed. The owner is such a lovely person. I came to this establishment about a year ago during the height of the pandemic. I was scheduled to have surgery the next day and needed to get kanekalon hair so I could myself up. These ladies made me feel so good about shopping with them and they were very accommodating. I told them I would be a customer for life and I meant it. I refuse to purchase hair products from anywhere else. The store is very clean and everything is accessible. Thank you ladies for running such a friendly and efficient business that’s makes you feel like home. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

The Staff is EVERYTHING! They go above & beyond to meet your needs and assist you in whatever you need. The wig room gave me so much life and they have every style and product needed. This was a true one stop shop! The owner Mrs. Helen truly makes you feel welcome and just like family! This will be my only beauty supply I shop at from here on out!

Walked into the shop needing SOMETHING to get my hair looking somewhat decent. Staff who was there was such a sweetheart to me and my daughter. She was helpful and honest with the questions I had. She was knowledgeable of items and inventory which was great because I DID NOT want to spend all day in there. I will be visiting again soon! This was the BEST shopping experience I have ever had. My daughter and I were greeted and offered assistance from the moment we stepped in the door! The store is so very organized, neat a clutter free. The store has a very open feel yet an elegant touch of privacy for those desiring to look at the wigs...I appreciate how the store flows between supplies, products, accessories, braigs right in to wigs. She has a HUGE variety of products to chose from, you are encourage to take your time and really pick out your special compassion. I've been to the store on at least two or three occasions and the staff is friendly and helpful. I think they have a good selection of hair and wigs. It's nice to go into a beauty supply store and have the staff acknowledge and help you instead of ignore you. Great job! I will be back!
