Sent my dog for his 1st grooming and cut smh...they did a terrible job. I asked for a full cut and not a trim. They made a cute puppy look like an old woman with bangs smh....never again!!!

Very unhappy with the groomers. They never pick up their phones. I made an appointment online and they were charging $5 more. I asked why and the woman couldn’t give me a good explanation. She said that it was because of the thanksgiving weekend but that’s not true cause even in the summer time it still shows the $5 up charge. Then she said that it was $5 more on the weekend (Friday,Saturday,and Sunday) which didn’t make sense cause it’s only Thursday. I’m not coming back to these groomers with little knowledge of what they’re selling plus they don’t try to help at all.

I come for live crickets. Sometimes, you have to wait to get a clerk to help, if it's really busy. When I have my granddaughter with me, she likes to look at all the animals, especially the cats.

It was my dog's first time getting groomed by a professional, Zoey did an amazing job and was super nice to me and my dog Bitsy, Thank you so much I'll definitely be a returning client now!

They did a terrible job on my dog gio. My girlfriend went in and asked for the second longest cut for winter and they gave him a razor cut. They also did not even him out in the underbelly and head, as well as feet. This was sloppy to say the least, very unprofessional and they have put my dog at risk of cuts and cold. These people are not experts and should not make decisions on how to cut other people’s dogs. I wish I could give a zero star review, please don’t go to this petsmart.

Don’t ever apply for a job here they can’t pick up the phone the boss would keep saying he is busy I put in multiple applications the boss say he is busy then get the people that works there to say he is out of town I’ve seen multiple people who dealt with phone call issues

OMG THIS PET SMART HAS TURNED INTO THE WORSE!!!!! THEY ARE SUPER UNFRIENDLY, UNABLE TO HELP YOU ANS WILL LITERALLY HAVE YOU ON HOLD AND NEVER, NEVER GET BACK TO YOU!!!!I bought a Halfmoon King Beta about a week ago and I have discovered he does NOT like the food I purchased with him! I literally JUST called this petsmart to get helpful advice before spending money on a Lyft to get my Betta his proper food! The lady that answered told me to hold on while she transfers to someone who can help me but of course, nobody answered! My call was redirected to the mainline and still NO BODY answered!!!! So I called back!But before I called back I called my brother who is a fish expert, he told me to see about baby brine shrimp.So I call back and of course the same women answered! I asked her if they had Baby Brine Shrimp (even spelt it out for her), I heard her "yelling", asking someone if they've sold it but she literally still pronounced it wrong! I then explained to her how I am in real need of help and I was just the lady that she put on hold. I told her how nobody's gotten back to me and I really needed help finding my Betta his proper food! She then told me "we sell bettas but we don't sell that food!" When I literally begged her to not put me on hold and to see if she can get someone to answer my questions, she hung up on me!!!!!!I've literally called back twice and I haven't gotten through!!!THIS IS BY FAR THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER RECEIVED AT THIS PETSMART N I HAVE BEEN FREQUENT SINCE 2009!!!GET IT TOGETHER BECAUSE NOW IM COMING UP THERE AND I AM NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!Update:Finally got through! I immediately asked the lady her name "Flurry", like snow! I asked her was she the cashier that answered the first time and she said "in the last 20 mins there has been several cashier's up here!", I told her I'm talking about the last 5/10!I requested the manager and was on hold for a bit but then Tami got on the phone. She let me know she's the manager and as I explained to her the incident that just happened she apologized, in mid conversation after repeating parts of the situation again, just to get properly assisted, she informs me that she was actually the employee that Flurry asked if they had Baby Brine!!!! Im literally floored hearing this. My next statement was so if she asked you, did you actually see her hang up on me because I literally was requesting she got someone who can assist me without putting me on hold! Tami stated she wasn't sure because she was at the desk (or something she said) to me she tried to make it seem like she was nowhere near Flurry but if you've ever been to this location, for me to have heard Tami say, "no we don't have that", when I first called tells me she was more than likely pretty close to Flurry.Not only that but when I called back from my number how come I didn't get there til minutes after, is there only one person working?Smh this is such a sad situation and I did let Tami know how upset I was. And although Tami turned out to be helpful with information shows me they either need to get their whole team on board or just better employees who don't mind doing their job and actually engaging with their customers!Especially, when it's someone who's never had said pet before!!!THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

If i could give negative stars I would. Called for the grooming and set-up an appointment for my kitten, other than the fact that the person who answered sounded so uninterested and unbothered for the whole call, the nearest appointment was in 4 weeks, 1 DAY BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT they cancel my appointment and tell me the groomer apparently had an off day THE DAY I SCHEDULED MY APPOINTMENT, and that i had to reschedule. They didnt even give me priority in rescheduling so i had to schedule an appointment in another 4 weeks, fast forward to the second appointment, 1 DAY BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT they cancel my appointment and this time they tell me that THE GROOMER I BOOKED DOES NOT DO CATS?!?! I kept calling during their working hours to ask about the situation but they kept saying the groomers were off for the day so i should call tomorrow (im sure that they were not off), after that they told me that the most they could do was offer me a discount and id have to reschedule again.My kitten needed to be dematted for just a couple small mats, but due to this petsmart’s negligence and horrible service, my kittens mats got much worse, and i eventually took him to a different grooming spot.In general this is the worst establishment I have ever seen in my life, in terms of coordination, service, communication, and the staff, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

I love coming to this place I usually find what I am looking for. Sometimes I do have issues with the other day I was looking for a particular stuffed animal . That the online system said that they had in stock but when I get there I am told none.

This is a good store, but be prepared to wait in line (usually only one register is open). The bathrooms are very clean, employees are friendly, and I always enjoy coming here- unless I'm in a hurry.

DON’T GROOM YOUR DOG HERE1 They are rude2 I paid extra to get my dogs teeth and ears cleaned and they didn’t do it. If I didn’t check it would have never gotten done.3 I’ve had WAY better cuts. It’s just not worth it here.Find ADULT groomers that know how to communicate, know customer service and do a good job. It’s not here

I wanted to say thank you to Ms Lidia at Greenbelt location. Ms Lidia Is very friendly, knowledgeable, patient and kind with us. I love the way she guided us. She helped us to find what we needed. Her customer service is always outstanding. Every time we go to Pet smart, she’s there to help Me and my family .I really appreciate her.

The couple of times of gone here the environment is very hostile and the cashier are usually not helpful. I love going to the Laurel location.I had a incident today where I was harassed by a other customer who rudely bussed in front of me and my little brother and the cashier gaslighted it and of course I tried to defend myself verbally but I’m a small petite woman compared the other lady that looked to be an aggressive and mental person. I’d think the right thing to do was to not ring her up and put order instead of smiling about it. I didn’t start anything and I wished I hadn’t have responded but she rudely went over us and the cashier saw that and she kept on talking after I let her just be there because I didn’t really have the head for that I just went to buy my doggie his food.There’s been other times that the cashiers seemed to be bothered if questions are asked about the foods or they all gather around to talk and have customers waiting. I wish pet smart would hold their workers accountable at the greenbelt location because every time I do go there it’s always a very negative experience. If it’s not then being unprofessional with me it’s usually me witnessing them being rude to others. This incident today that could’ve led to me potentially being placed in a physical altercation, is what has me here, if it were me being the cashier I’d be fair and had told the client that wasn’t acceptable because I didn’t do anything to deserve that she lied saying I bussed infront of her and I did they have cameras and I truly didn’t. To end this I’d like to add I was grieving and buried my aunt yesterday my head space wasn’t to be bothering anyone to be treated this way and unfortunately being treated poorly by a random stranger and then for the cashier to have not handled that in a proper way.Go to this location at your own risk.

My son and I came in the store to buy fish tank supplies and feeders. This was our first time in the store. The cashiers were very pleasant, helpful, and perfessional. We needed someone to help us. She took care of us right away. A very nice guy came over to help by the name of Alex. He was very helpful, perfessional, patience, answer all our questions, and show us what we needed. It was a enjoyable experience. We was very pleased and happy. My son call back to the store once we arrive home. He talk to Alex to let him know what kind of pump he had. He gave him more information on what he need to add to his tank. To keep his fish well and alive.

Zomia did an AMAZING job with my dog Princess. She looks gorgeous! I have never had such an amazing experience with another groomer!! So glad i came here and will be coming to zomia moving forward, her customer service was above and beyond.

I went to another petsmart grooming shop nearby and they had to cancel my appointment due to the groomer not showing up. They were not able to call me about the cancellation until I was already there. The employees at that other location seemed unhappy and frustrated. I was able to make a new appointment online in greenbelt for my two small dogs for the next morning. They had Makayla and Jerome. They both did an amazing job. My dogs are cute and happy. The staff was friendly and fun. They were loving to all dogs that entered and had a great vibe in the workspace. Thanks for the great service! I will be back!

Not a great place to take your dogs for grooming !! Zomia was very rude and not helpful at all, she didn’t treat us well from the moment we walked in. I will take my dogs to another location. She needs to be fired, very terrible service!!!
