I can never remember anyone’s name, but most of the staff are very nice. I come a lot, and it helps when they remember my name as I have trouble speaking up in crowded places. The person with super short hair and glasses who is working this morning is always really nice and hands me my order when I walk in which is awesome. I wish I remembered her name.

Went into Sheetz tonight stood in line for 10 minutes 2 people making food 2 people just talking not doing anything and the cashier making a milkshake so slow by the time the customer gets it it's melted. The two stars are for the Black guy with glasses who is a great worker and always but was not there tonight. By the way I never got my Cashews put them back and left.

I wasn’t having a good day but this older lady was so sweet and nice her warm smile made me smile she made me a beautiful and Italian salad I definitely recommend going there to 7-Eleven because sheets people of real and they’re very friendly and when they stock and don’t even come out there and hold the door at night time to make sure you go in your cars

Has gotten better recently, but when you go to this place you feel like it's an old building. It's aging terribly. The parking lot and sidewalks are concrete, but are so black from dirt grime and trash that they are starting to look like asphalt. The restrooms have NEVER been clean enough to actually use, I'm not sure if that's changed or not as I stopped trying. The few times I ordered MTO food, it's been either overcooked and dried up, or just plain wrong. It's a pain to get in and out the parking as they only have one entrance and exit now that they closed the Rt. 5 exit. I will pass by here and go somewhere else everytime that I can, as the experience is never good when you go to the Great Mills Sheetz.

Not open 24 hrs!!!I pulled up and was told, and I quote, " we close at like 1:45am and open back up at 3:30am, 4 o'clock- ish, or when ever security calls us.

My husband and I drove through for a late night soda at 2:00am and was turned away being told they were closed until 3:00am. All outside lights were turned off yet 10 cars in parking lot and inside lights on.

I drive an hour to come to sheetz we stopped at the one on three notch road. I was looking for home style chicken to make a snack wrap. Well I seen that it was unavailable so I asked the girl behind the counter of she knew if the sheetz about 4/5 miles down the road has it she looks at me and says how do I know does it look like I work there and I asked well aren’t you owned by the same people I just thought I’d ask no need to be nasty about it. As I was walking out the door her and another employee were talking about me and another handicap person in the store. So we left and went to the sheetz on old great mills road I asked them them if they had the home style chicken the guy behind the counter said no ma’am we don’t I’m sorry. So then I told him what I was looking for and he said I have little chicken bite kinda like popcorn chicken and I said okay we’ll try it that way so I bought 2 one for now and one for later. When we got to the check I needed some vape stuff and the girl behind the counter was very helpful. Matter fact all 4 is the employees were very helpful I will drive the hour to the one on oldGreat mills road. These for employees know what true customer service is in nowadays that’s hard as hell to find so thank you.Thank you to the 4 employees,DemarcoAryanaLosDreThank youLaurie T

Sometimes it's okay but 3 times in a row now there's messed on the floor long wait for made to order stuff and most of the employees are rude as ####. Last night the girl comes to the counter looking between high and drunk speaking low but with a horrible attitude. Took everything I had not to make a big issue out of it. If you hate your job let someone who would appreciate it more have it. Definitely will be driving the extra distance to Wawa as this is typical

They have a wonderful mozzarella Burger top notch. And besides that anytime there is a line a second register opens to relieve the tension within minutes of a line being created. If there is ever a glitch with in their system it's taken care of immediately such as if you swipe your credit card and it says declined and you know you have money in your account, they take the time to work with you to see if it's a problem with their system or if it's the network. I know this first-hand because it happened to me period not once did I feel disgraced that my card was declined it was a matter of a simple phone call and things were cleared up and Sheetz took the time to help me clear up a simple Network issue

Always friendly and nice. The kitchen is usually clean and they use gloves unlike the other location when making food.So i have to give a update since the last time I posted. They seem to have hired new staff because one they are very slow. Two the cleanliness level has decreased. As i watched a worker make my food, I also, saw him kick the door to close it with his foot. The same foot thats been on the dirty floor. The foot that touched the handle that his hands pull to open the drawer to reach in and pull my food out that he's going to touch with his hand. Im not quite understanding how hard it could have been for him to just push the drawer shut with his hands. But that was a major turn off.

I wish I could give them Zero stars! The employees are always rude and have an attitude like you are bothering them and they always get food orders wrong. The third and final time I ordered food from them, they had to remake 4 times! FOUR times! I ordered a Bacon cheeseburger with mayo and tomato only. No other vegies or condiments and they put lettuce and onion on it instead of tomato the first two times, the third time, they put mustard on it instead of mayo before finally getting it right. How difficult can it be? Bottom bun, Burger, cheese, bacon, mayo, tomato, top bun. That's it! Then they had the nerve to be upset with me because they were the ones that screwed up? If they don't like their jobs, why work there if they don't want to do their job in a professional and courteous manner?

This store used to be great before New Management, which occurred a few years ago. Since then, I feel sorry for early morning patrons, and especially for anyone who works in this store. Employees are overworked, cannot ever seem to get help from their manager (who does not respond to their pleas for long lines, at cetera). I do not want to stop before 6 a.m. and wait in that store for 10 minutes. I am on my way to work and should not have to wait in a quote-unquote 'convenience' store for that length of time. The people behind the cash registers are overworked, or there is only one of them available on the registers.Where is management? Why is this manager not available to help his Frontline staff? Get it together.

Tried to go through sheetz for some late night food @215am and was told they were not serving anything so I was turned away. I thought sheetz was 24/7 but it appears not to be.

Honesty is worth six stars. I've had hiccups a few times but they always fix it. Quick bite and essentials when nothing else is open. Get a sheetz card it discounts alot. Thanks Christi, Henry, and the gang.

Decent food for a gas station. Pretty dirty, and you can tell the employees don't want to be there. Typical for a Sheetz I suppose.

They seem to never close and they always have what you need when everything else is closed. The prices are pretty fair and reasonable. Seems as they do a good business too so I guess that speaks for itself.
