Yes, David does the work himself! He did a GREAT job. The carpets look fantastic and the couch (that we thought was destine for the dump) now looks brand new! NOT only is he very kind and knowledgeable, he went above and beyond to make sure that my carpets were the best they could be! He showed me how much dirt came out of them and I was embarrassed at the amount of dirt still in those carpets. I should've done before and after pics but my before was just too bad lol but the after its like my carpets are brand new! He recommended a cleaning every 6 months which I will happily do! I have a smaller home so it didn't take them long to finish but the entire time they were very professional. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone who asked. Excellent job! David and Gerald were professional and friendly. He was able to accommodate me when I needed him. Carpet looks great compared to what he had to work with. There were pet stains and dog hair but he pre-treated the stains and everything looks great now. He even adjusted the amount he quoted once he got to my house and saw that the space wasn’t nearly as large as he thought. I would DEFINITELY recommend him, and use him again! Thanks David and Gerald!
