Wonderful way to get into the Christmas spirit! Lights were beautiful and enjoyed walking through the shops. Bought some cute Christmas items that were on sale! The buildings with vintage items were amazing! What a collection!! Loved looking at all the animals in the barn, saw Santa visiting with the kids and it made me smile to see the smiling faces of the kids getting pony rides in the indoor arena! Wish I was a kid again...Great job Flat Iron Farm Team!!!

It's a real privilege that the family continues to open their property to the public every year at Christmas time. It's always beautiful. This is the first year they've scaled down the light show, but it's still a lovely Christmas village experience for the family.

Christmas tradition for our family. Features an eclectic assortment of antiques and collectibles on display. Kids can feed and pet the animals or ride the ponies. The light display is pretty impressive, too.

I Go there every Christmas with my family. Truely a st. Mary's county must see. The drive through light show, with and in time to music via a radio station, is amazing. They update it every year to boot. The stores are old school and have many a fun Christmas gift. There is hot chocolate and the like for sale while you walk around. They have antique displays, including cars. And are adding new activities and attractions yearly. You can also get your picture with Santa.Of course it is a farm. There are animals, including many exotic ones... Ringtailed lemurs, zebras, and more. There are pony rides for the kids, goats to feed, including mountain goats, which are my son's favorites. All in all a fun night out for the family. My son cannot wait to go each year.

The lights were very nice to see, many old time collectables, horses in the stalls to see, old time circus side show items. Worth a stop.

It wasn't the wonderland it used to be before the lockdown, but it still is one of the best places to take your family for holiday season.

Interesting place to go for the holidays. I would not recommend going for the lights alone as they are a very short drive through on your way in and out. Pony ride was nice and getting to see some of the farm animals was nice too. The rest of the farm had a very American pickers feel to it. Lots of stuff. It is free to get in, so go early because the line gets ridiculous around 7 PM. 1 visit will probably be enough for my family.

I've been coming here for years!! The "scaled down" Christmas version this year was just as good as every other year. Less crowded which was epic!! The family loved it and I'm so grateful for our Flat Iron Farm Christmas experiences over the years!!

Always a fun time. No cost the enter so an inexpensive way to enjoy family time. They have some animals for everyone to see and some beautiful horses. They have pony/horse rides for a fee. In addition they sell snacks and some drinks in one of the buildings.

Fun little place for familiesThere is no admission fee. You can tune your radio to match the music to the lights. There is a pony ride available for $5. Lots of antique toys, cars and tractors. Animals and a Christmas village. Food is available and music too.

This place is great 👍. It has drive thru scenery for Christmas. Never seen anything like it. Also has a horse farm that give lessons and trying to get my grand daughter in there. If you need to no anything someone is always around to answer and help. This place is just wonderful.

I took my nieces here to see the Christmas lights... it is the only attraction in the area. My nieces love the pony rides. But the freak-of-nature museum they had to pass from yhe parking lot spooked them so much that they don't want to return.

Pretty neat place to visit! If you like antique cars, toys and numerous other item this is your place! During the christmas season you get to see all kinds of Christmas themed decorations mixed in with horses and a small but really well done drive through christmas light show. Come early when they open to avoid some long lines during the Christmas portion

Great place to visit at Christmas. There are plenty of knick-knacks to look at, along with the animals, and of course the Christmas lights. They also sell food and drinks if you decide you need something to eat.It does get crowded and backed up along the main road, so plan your visit, otherwise you might be stuck in a miles long traffic jam on a back-country road with no way to get out. Also, if you have allergies or asthma, come prepared. While the animal exhibits are open air, they have caused issues for me in the past.

The lights this year were amazing. Loved the new light show. The lights in the tunnel were so cool. Parking and crossing between barns could be improved.

Flat Iron Farms is a MUST for those that are new to the area, or even locals, that have not yet been. Go with a significant other, a Friend, or even with your family/kids. The Christmas lights are legit and there is even a radio station to follow one of the houses that light up specifically to Christmas music playing on said radio. My family and I go at least once every year. There is not just driving either, there is a fantastic set of museums with everything ranging from Classic Cars to old school items. There is even live animals you can see. The Final Perk is the fact that you can get your picture with Santa! So, if you find yourself here in Southern Maryland, GO HERE for some amazing Christmas fun!

Quite a few stores selling Christmas items intermixed with some cool old cars and trucks, collectables. Pony rides for the kids $$ and a few farm animals. Was hoping for more Christmas lights but it was still nice.

Place has changed, asked around it's apparently cause no one wants to go to work. No lights, no train room, shops are all gone. Miss the drive thru lights but guess expensive to run.
