The gentlemend were on time, professional and did an excellent job cleaning carpetservices. They offered me the opportunity to purchase products for spot treating, but weren't too pushy. I was the first appointment of the day. The guys worked efficiently and I was able to get to work within my target time frame. I would definitely use again and recommend.

We had a red wine stain on our carpet. I called and was told that if Chem-Dry couldn’t get it out, no one could. $350 later, they couldn’t. While the staff was very pleasant, they should have done a much better job of managing expectations. It was a waste of money.

They called late on a Friday evening saying they couldn’t keep their scheduled appointment Tuesday morning after a long weekend. Nathaniel suggested later in the day or Wednesday. So I called back on Tuesday morning to see about rescheduling and asked about Wednesday. His response was we are already booked, well allow me to retort, “I was scheduled for today!” I waited for him to suggest an alternate date time and there was silence. “So I guess we are not doing business” I remarked, only to receive, “ I guess not!” It seems to me that he clearly doesn’t want business and I’m just trying help him succeed in turning business away. Called David’s ChemDry and he squeezed me into his schedule.

They were on time, very friendly, and were VERY detailed. They went above and beyond on our floors and I will HAPPILY use them again and recommend them to my friends. They even took the time to clean up a window area with their water system. 5/5 will use again

They did a great job dry cleaning a suit. Price was right at about $8. Note though, they are very busy and it will take a few days between dropping off clothing and picking it up.

Got chemclean to vacuum and shampoo the carpets before moving out. He was late, had a cocky attitude and sped through the entire process. I actually had to go over everything myself the next day.
