Wow Wawa, way to go with your bathrooms.Seriously the dirtiest bathrooms on the East Coast I came across.My apologies but you probably heard before that the bathrooms reflect the operation run ?Anyway I had gas and that's all I would take here, the mans bathroom doesn't look dirty, it looks like it wasn't deep cleaned in months.Get a self cleaning toilet or a plan in place to have the toilets cleaned as needed for a business that heavily depends on the availability of a bathroom.And don't blame your employees, there is clearly no plan in place for which you are responsible.

Traveling back with my kids. Past a few gas stations.And thought they were a little high so I went and called them. General manager said he could not tell me the price of gas.. I explained to them. I'm traveling a far distance and it would help as a single mother to save a couple dollars. Try to say to me he couldn't Tell me the gas price over the phone LOL It's ridiculous... Honestly wawa is usually cheaper for gas? That's why I stopped there..

Stopped in while traveling, the place was packed. People were standing in line in order to order food, all the pumps were occupied and even the bathrooms had people waiting. Cars everywhere and parked in legal spaces and others nonparking spots making travel through the lot difficult. Ended up going another couple miles up the road to get gas, use the bathroom and put air in my tires. Crazy and chaotic.

We ordered the types of chicken, spicy & regular chicken sandwich and nuggets. My sandwich was undercooked just the edges were crispy and the texture inside wasn't right it was kind of firm and rubbery like almost but not quite raw. My daughter threw up in the car after the nuggets not sure how cooked they were but I feel pretty sick this morning. They need to take their time and make sure the food is cooked throughout. I would have happily waited a few more minutes

If I could give zero stars I would. The people working here are not only VERY rude. Specifically the short, older blonde haired woman making smoothies and drinks this morning. Secondly, our order was completely wrong. The sandwich I ordered didn’t have the bacon, or Mayo that was supposed to be on it. The breakfast bowl with sausage gravy I ordered barely had any gravy at all and I even paid $1.50 for extra gravy. Wawa has become far too expensive to constantly be getting this type of service. I mean am I supposed to stand there and unwrap my sandwich and tear it apart to make sure they made it correctly?? Get it together Wawa

My experience at this store was simply superb. The location was pretty convenient, right next to 301 S bound. What I am impressed was “even though the store was super busy since it’s Sunday and everyone is going back home, the people working in the store, either the elderly gentleman at cash register or three others (I couldn’t notice their names) who’s working at food counters were under severe work pressure (since there are lot of people waiting for their orders) But trying not to show that on their faces, smiling, gentle and very helpful to customers. I loved their attitude towards customers even though there was lot of work pressure. Such hard workers need to be appreciated. Thank you guys. I wanted to say in person but since you are busy helping others I am leaving a positive note here. You deserve it.

Looove me some wawa in the morning. The company itself is great. This location however has a bad apple. This morning I went to purchase items and was in a rush so I did not wait for the receipt. I’m guessing he wouldn’t think I would check on my phone for the receipt and turns out the cashier charged something bought for himself with my money. There’s no possible way you can mix this up because he would’ve had to of pulled some type of card or money out to pay which he obviously didn’t. I ended up coming back and he acted like it was a mix up and the manager was nice and quick in getting my money back. However, I can’t imagine how many other people he has done this to. Be aware people !!!

I give Wawa 3 stars as an average. Our order was messed up today...fine, it happens, but the employees proceeded to snicker about it to each other after we asked them to remedy the order.They do have a gem of an employee as well. When I find out her name, I will add it. One time I couldn’t find a lower calorie less sweet mocha, and she showed me how to order it and was super helpful.

Traveling we stopped at this store and even though the store was clean and we'll kept....the customer service was not the Wawa I know...we ordered 2 lattes. The line to cash out...was no joking, 20 at least long...they had 1 cashier. Then after being in line for 8 minutes or so we went pick up our lattes. They hadn't even been started. One of the associates making food asked if we had drinks. We acknowledged, the associate kept on her conversation with her co-workers. Talked about a legacy program with Wawa..then argued who was going to fix our drinks. Wow...needless to say our quick stop turned into a half hour detour.

The self checkouts have arrived which is awesome and should help with that crazy line throughout the day. Only suggestion is to add a bag stand. There are times when I see people about to use it until they realize there are no bags and they have their hands full.

For some unknown reason the store is apparently shut down. This is not a problem but when you have all your lights on inviting people in and tractor trailer drivers like me pull our rigs in. Just to find locked doors with not even a note to say sorry for your inconvenience what does that say about your feelings toward your core customer base . Says to me you could care less well here's some news Royal Farm is right down the street and you can kiss my money goodbye.

This is the best Wawa, I have ever been too. So many food choices, food is great & hot. Also, restrooms were very clean even on Christmas Day!! Staff was very nice & pleasant!! Thank you Wawa Staff!!

Daily customer of Wawa, incredibly disappointed with the new location. Understaffed and slow service. Waited for more than five minutes to have the freshly brewed container of coffee placed on the counter. Even after getting through a small wave of customers (3-5), they continued to tidy the area and never once acknowledged me or asked if they could assist -- despite seeing me waiting patiently. This does not at all, reflect my experience with other Wawa locations.

I stop here alot. It's usually good. Today I had a craving, BBQ chicken bowl with mashed potatoes & Mac n cheese.Opened it up halfway home.... It was a watery disgusting mess.It looked like the person spooning out the chicken had missed and just got a huge spoonful of liquid from the top of the container.Threw it out. Wasted money.

Wonderful staff! The staff was so accommodating and helpful. This WAWA was exceptionally clean too, especially the restroom. I've got to make this one of my frequent stops. Thanx for being at work today! Be safe!

Restroom was unexcusably disgusting!! Almost ordered food but didn't upon seeing how foul the restroom was. If they can't even maintain restroom cleanliness what else are they neglecting sanitation wise?

Went there today ordered 3 subs and two coffees got both coffees and only one sub, figured they were still makeing the other two. I waited 20 minutes everyone else got their orders and stil nothing went to the counter and asked if they were making it and they couldn’t find my order. The lady who made the one sub said she wasn’t the one who made it but she was they finnally make the other two subs and I get to work after running late and they gave me a meatball sub instead of a chicken salad. Horrible service!

There’s no excuse for an enterprise like Wawa to have both men’s and women’s bathrooms completely out of service for more than a day with no effort to resolve.
