Customer service is always good but the guy that works in the kitchen acts like he is the founder of Royal Farms. Every time I go in this establishment he gives me a hard time. On one occasion he accused me of not paying for a 75 cent honey mustard sauce.🤷🏼‍♂️ I showed him the receipt which had the 75 cent on it for the sauce, but he insisted it was a mistake even though my complete order came way over 7 dollars. I didn’t have time to complain but next time I will and I will call the GM for my 75 cents.

Exceptional Staff! Great place to stop and refuel myself and my car. My food order did not come out as hot, as I would have liked and the staff immediately corrected this and served me up a fresh, hot dish. This was my first visit to a Royal Farms and not my last. The staff made a wonderful impression on me!

Very clean place, a perfect stop for refreshing. The reason I stopped was for Tesla supercharging. They have enough stalls, but not fast enough, not super enough, I guess that has nothing to do with the Royal Farms.

Went there in the middle of the night. Chicken and fries were fresh. Located right off the highway and very accessible. Customer service was good as well.

Just glad for first time coming to this store, couldn’t believe how helpful Katie was to me. I don’t even really do reviews but I felt in my heart I had to. Katie went beyond her means for customers service and I really appreciated her. Thanks for the service girla keep being you.

Restroom clean, everything works. Store clean. Friendly staff. I'd stopped on the Royal Farms in Easton MD. The reason I'd stopped here in Kent island Royal Farms is because the other store was dirty. Restroom didn't work, beverage machine out of order. No signs. Staff didn't care. Like two different companies.

chicken tenders and fries used to be delicious and affordable. Bought chicken tenders the other day from here and it was overpriced and tasted like it had been sitting there for two days, tough meat to chew. I throw everything aways tasted old and nasty 👎

Dirty, no service, low selection, chicken only fair tasting, fountain tea taste terrible What has happened to Royal Farms? Visited 2 locations in Queen Anne's Co, MD and both were subpar. Use to get good chicken and friendly service. Not anymore. Gas too high priced. Will NOT be back.

Big clean good staff restrooms snacks drinks hot food fresh slushies lottery gas Tesla car chargers tobacco products and bread milk are all available very good store to stop at recommend for those to try. Happy 4th of July!

The “free” air is exactly what you can buy for free - nothing or even worse (wasted time and deflated tires). Why bother having it at all?

I don't usually write negative reviews but I have to warn people. There are other places to stop. My wife is not happy I suggested stopping here. Bathrooms were disgusting, tables were too dirty to eat at. Oh, and when I asked for napkins with my sandwich I was told they don't give them out. Ok then.

Updating my previous review to remove a star. What is it about your hiring process that attracts the rudest most unfriendly employees? Being a Rofo cashier was my first job and if I acted the same way you allow your employees to act I would've been fired. Rofo is nothing like it used to be. @Sheetz, please expand into the Delmarva region please.

The 5 piece dinner I received only had 4 pieces and the same or fewer fries and a still frozen biscuit . I called to complain and no one answered the phone. Left message. Still no reply. I order at RP a lot. This was the worst service EVER! Where is Tucker!

There was so little staff that when I had a problem at the register the man doing the kitchen had to come over. I waited for assistance and finally had to raise my voice to get someone. It was not the best time. At least the restroom was clean even though the toilet seat was falling of in the ladies handicap stall.

The line for refunds was long, no chicken for 20 minutes but worse I ordered Potato Wedges / Fries and nobody would pull them so cashier refunded after about 10 minutes waiting. The staff I asked to pull them disappeared.

Nice location to stop at for the commute to work for a bite or gas. But the last two times I have stopped there, I was very disappointed in their fries. About 2 weeks ago, I got a fry that was totally saturated with grease causing me to spit it out leaving a foul taste in my mouth. I also noticed the others had a bit of an off taste to them like the grease was beginning to turn. I tried again a week later and had to throw the entire box of fries away because they all tasted of rancid burnt grease. I hope they get a clue and change it more often.

Been here a few times for Tesla supercharging. They always have a ton of stalls open which is nice. Clean bathrooms, seating inside while you wait if you choose and sandwiches made to order. Perfect for a quick stop on your way to the outlets or to OC.

I love Royal Farm chicken but OMG! This place is soooooo slow. They move slower than the sloths! They're not even busy and it's taken them over 30 minutes just to fill my order.

Worst chicken ever. The chicken was burnt and the western fries were burnt. This was a takeout order so I didn't realize the burnt food until I got home.

Normaly a good place to stop while traveling, but today the place is dirty. Bathroom a mess ... trash everywhere, no tissue in the stall. In the checkout line I had to listen to a cashier argue with the hot food counter person over ... chicken of course - While I'm standing right there. No professionalism at all at this Rofo. Not today anyway.

Absolutely disgusting! We stopped in on our way home from the beach. Every single trash can was overflowing. The bathroom was a health hazard! Filthy - literally covered with someone’s illness. I felt like I needed a hazmat suit to be in there. The area where food was being prepared had trash all over the floor. The whole place was appalling. Never again!
