On the road trucking with my husband & stopped here 2 days in a row on route. The 1st day the wait for showers was long & we ended up with a freezing cold shower . The lady did refund. The fountain drink machines (2) were both completely out, all seltzer 🤮. Today we had to go back (in route) took forever for the showers again.. I ended up washing up in the bathroom & when I walked out they finally called my number. 🤦‍♀️ & let's not even talk about the truck parking situation! Small & ridiculous! We will definitely avoid this stop in the future. 👎 👎

Very clean and friendly truck stop.Not too many parking spots but if reserved this is a nice place to spend a night . Nice and quiet!

What a fabulous spot to not only stop for gas, clean bathrooms, cold spring water, hot grind-to-brew organic coffee (!!!) but also to grab a quick nap and gorgeous 360 views of a beautiful sunrise!Not to mention the nice landscaping with lots of pretty flowers!

I simply stopped here for a quick fuel up but, I wanted to leave a review. This is a very clean and well stocked truck stop which was a nice break from my drive. Also, the two cashiers behind the counter were so delightful. I didn't get their names but they greeted me when I walked in and helped everyone with a smile. It was so refreshing!

Showers are some of the cleanest showers I’ve seen at any Pilot/Flying J and good hot strong water pressure.. Great job and keep up the good work!

Employees we're super nice and helpful. Store is extremely nice ,clean and organized. Shelves fully stock .Restrooms and showers clean also. They have a nice Arby's there too. I hope you guy's see that American Flag flying inside the store. Lol!

Decent bathrooms. Large selection of items - adaptors, phone charges, headphones, snacks, drinks, coffee, a sitting area to watch TV, laundry machines, and an Arby's. Overall a really good place to stop for gas, to use the bathroom, or pick up supplies.

Good place, nice people but pump 12 on 92 octane is the slowest in the world. Took be 25 minutes to get 16 gallons

Nice spot for a pit stop. Didn’t eat there or buy gas, but was impressed with the restrooms. Obviously, they take good care of truckers. Will stop again.

When I called, she said print 🖨 is working, but when I came, I was waiting 25 min, and she didn't print my page for me because the printer didn't work . Why do I spend 25 min here ...... even if you call in advance asking for service if they can provide it's not guaranteed anything.....

HOW? HOW DOES ANY DISABLED TRUCKER DO ANYTHING AT THIS TRUCKSTOP.....FOR THAT MATTER WHY WAS IT BUILT THIS WAY IN TODAY'S WORLD??? Staff is great, site was designed by a drunk desk jockey!!!Brand new place with little parking and 40 freaking steps up to the store from the truck fuel island. Pilot, Flying J, Love's, and TA better start remembering that TRUCKS...NOT CARS... BRING IN 80% or their money!! Would not stop here voluntarily....

Don't bother coming here after 6pm. There are trucks parked everywhere blocking the exit. You will sit a half hour waiting to leave.

Sadly PFJ seems to be going down hill. Quite a few places I been to lately either having problems so there's no showers or they just don't feel like cleaning them so you end up waiting hours!

When someone states no onions, I think employees need to take that serious. I ordered a number 14 turkey sandwich. I told him to toast the bread twice specified no onions two times and I substituted ranch for mayo, a fairly simple sandwich. I’d like to think halfway into my sandwich. I got a whiff of onion, almost as if they put onions on there, and decided to take them off or something because once I was that far into the sandwich, the smell became intense On top of that, they never added the mayo it didn’t take too long for me to develop my allergic reaction as I thought exclaiming to them two times to make sure there was no onions on my sandwich would be enough but clearly it wasn’t upon further investigation, I could see small bits of the sliced onions in the sandwich Anaphylaxis was also reported in a 44-year old after eating raw or lightly-cooked onions, with symptoms including intense itching, urticaria, confusion, blurred vision, transient loss of consciousness, sweating and tachycardia

The manager is not available. Nobody working here knows what to do. They have no working fuel pumps and closed all lanes leaving nowhere to turn around they say her name is Elisabeth Metz but nobody knows where she is. She just disappeared off the planet leaving the truck stop in a panic.

2 pumps are shut down and the rest are taken by people taking a 30 at the pump. Been waiting 25 min in line at the pumps just to watch several of the "professionals" walk out with food from Arby's. Called the store to ask them to have drivers move and the attendant said there was nothing he could do about it

My Husband and are truck drivers and had to do a 34 hour reset at this location. I will have to say this is probably one of our favorite locations. The staff is friendly (specifically Katlyn), the store is well stocked, the restrooms/showers are clean, and the location feels safe. The parking lot is a little small but honestly we prefer that. Keep up the good work Grantsville Pilot ❤️💛

Arby’s cashier boldly tries to pocket my change while purposely not giving me back my receipt. Like I wouldn’t notice I just paid $20 for only a sandwich & small fry lol the small Jewish girl w/ mustard teeth & bell pepper nose should be fired

I’m on a road trip cross country, I stoped to get gas and shower after not showering for 5 day. They said the showered were down for no hot water…. There was hot water when I washed my hands in the bathroom. He said he couldn’t promise the showers will be up and running in the morning. I drove 30 minutes out of the way for this stop based on the reviews. Highly disappointed.

I love going to this Pilot location. They have such an amazing selection of just about everything. The only thing I wish they had more of is grocery type items, especially coffee creamers. The souvenir selection is amazing. The staff on the couple times I have been there have always been so nice, friendly and helpful. We will certainly visit there again very soon.
