The manager at the store is very hard-working every morning. Every time I come in there she is always busy doing something and very helpful. And the two for six breakfast sandwiches that's not a deal that's a steal I love croissants

I love this RoFo. I’m literally there at least once per day to grab coffee, snacks, etc. The staff are great, especially the manager, Nikki. She’s lovely to all of the customers, especially the regulars (of which there are many).

This is by far one of the best Royal Farms I have been to (I’ve visited many in different states as well as Maryland) They have the best employees. They always keep the store clean and organized. Whenever you have a question or have an issue with food or gas pumps, they are prompt to helping and solving the issue at hand right away. I’ve been coming to this location for years. Couldn’t ask for better service and of course, the chicken is really good as well. Staff is very friendly, which that’s hard to come by these days.

Order a 3 piece dark meal with wedges. Wedges were good chicken was completely dried out. Worst fried chicken I ever got from a royal farms. Had to throw out 2 pieces.

The Glenelg Royal Farms on Ten Oaks is the very best Royal Farms I have ever been to. It has been my go to stop for Coffee, Food & Gas for almost 14 years. The entire team there is amazing. Nikki, Robin, Mil, Ike and the rest of the crew are always very helpful and friendly. They do a fantastic job with both the food and the service. Not to mention the chicken is the the best hands down. Because of the Glenelg store, I regularly stop at other Royal Farms whenever I am on the road. Job well done!!

Anything pump related is a 🔥💩🔥 Gas pumps regularly don’t scan cards, sometimes will not release the death grip on your card after authorization, or constantly shut off requiring you to sit there and regularly pump the handle (or if you’re smart, just give up and go to the Highs across the street). The EV charger is ALWAYS broken…. ALWAYS!!! Pretty pathetic for a place that just did a full remodel not that long ago.

Definitely won’t ever be back to this location. Manager was just really rude and wouldn’t try to help solve my issue at the gas pump both there pumps were having issues. Asked manager if she could help she refused to try to solve my issue instead told go to another 🤦🏼‍♀️ won’t ever go this royal farms ever again lost bussiness

The chicken here is really good. However, for the second time in 3 visits, my bacon double cheeseburger was lacking the Bacon. None, nada. The burger is tasty but I doubt I'll order it again. I make the call as to where we order out so........not happening here anytime soon. Buyer beware.

The girl who made my sandwich was extremely rude. When she finished making an order she just placed it on the counter without calling out the number. There were a few of us waiting. When she completed making the orders she proceeded to leave her station. As she passed me I asked if the sandwich was #47 and she threw up her hand and said yes. The gentleman behind me asked about his number and received the same hand gesture. Very unprofessional. The lady who checked me out was very nice so I at least ended on a higher note.she is the only reason I rated the 1 star that I did.

Gas prices are great. Fresh food ordering not so good. Didn't get the order right, left out one sauce and the sauce they did put on was a quarter size of the sandwich. Yet they put enough lettuce on for 2 servings. Hoping this was a one time thing!

Pleasant staff and selection of packaged goods but the sandwich counter is severely limited. The spicy chicken sandwich is very good but the cheeseburger sub is some sort of preformed, packaged meat product that looks like it's food-colored to appear grilled.The sandwich counter gets 2 stars. The rest of the store gets 3.

I've been ordering fried chicken for tailgating. I have to pick it up @ 8:30 am. They always have it ready and it is great. The gentleman who is in charge of the chicken is wonderful!!!!

The staff here is often quite friendly to me. I come here for quick things (milk, eggs...) Their fried chicken is also pretty good. Their prices on gas are also great. Good overall place.

This is the best Rofo around. Robin, Niki, Vita and Ibrey are customer service all the way! How many customers at other Rofo stores know the employees by name?They are the best!!!

This location gets a one-star deduction from me because it does not have a restroom - but, that star comes back because they have two rapid charging stations for electric vehicles. This is one of their "legacy" stores that has the older layout and smaller floor plan - the the coffee is still just as good and you can't beat their chicken anywhere in town.
