The baby chicks and ducks are in poor condition. The hold bins are filthy and have 1 inch of wet poop filled bedding. One duck it so sick, all its feathers are missing and is stuck on its back.

I ended up at my local Glen Burnie store and didn’t have my wallet. The local customer service is always on point.I’m grateful that they knew me and they helped me through the check out process with my Tractor Supply membership account.Hands down the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AROUND!

We have and foster bunnies for a rescue. With lots of little mouths to feed this place has allowed us to continue to foster more with our savings. Great staff and customer service.

We've gone several times for the Vet they have come in. We usually buy dog food, and my son likes to get his Carharett clothes here. The staff is great and helpful.

This place at times is okay to come shop. But today I stopped by to check some items and they had no price tags; went to the register to ask for some assistance and the guy that was there had a major attitude didn’t want to help with finding out the price of my inquiry and called for “a manager” and then had a conversation with the rest of the employees to find out who has been there the longest so that they could assist. Waited for almost 20 minutes by the register listening to them complain and be of no help whatsoever. I tried to be patient since is Sunday but ended up leaving.

Nice place to get pet food. My dog was able to go inside and pick out treats they wanted. Thankssss. I'd bought a bag of treats for 17.00 and my Winter spit the very first bite out..... yikes

I walked in and was immediately greeted by the cashier. I later found out that his name is Brandon from my receipt. He spoke to me 3 or 4 times while I was shopping. I initially thought he was just friendly.When I was in line waiting for my turn, I heard him loudly talking to the Mexican man in front of me. Brandon asked him if he was a Patriots fan because the of the man’s hat. Before the man could answer, Brandon started talking about how he doesn’t watch football anymore because they don’t stand for the national anthem. No one responded or fed into his attempt at debate. Brandon looked at me and said that im probably a Raven’s fan. I thought it was odd because I had on a Washington hat. I simply responded, “No i’m a Washington fan. “ I did not bring up the mascot because I didn’t want to argue.When I pulled up to the store , I saw a small inexpensive white or light gray pick up truck with a huge confederate flag hanging on the back of it and numerous confederate bumper stickers on the front of it. After 30 minutes of shopping it was still there. I was loading my things in my suv when I saw someone that I knew, so I stopped to talk for a few.While we were talking, Brandon came outside, got in his truck and moved it from the parking spot that he was initially in on the side to a parking spot right beside us. The person that I was talking to asked me, “What’s up with him?” I told them that he just wants attention. He was trying to get a rise out of the Mexican guy and now he’s trying to antagonize us. We ignored him as he sat in his car and stared at us until we left.Brandon definitely seems like an extremest!! He’s definitely in need of attention. He’s definitely looking for an altercation!!!It makes me wondering how many other blacks and Hispanics has he done this to??

Employees are extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. Store has good selection of items. Customer service is outstanding and better then any other big box store I can think of. I went today and purchased a very large heavy item and the employee even helped me load it into my truck.

Store was extremely rude! I went in and tried to ask for help looking for a coverall The two people at the cash register were not doing anything except standing there talking to one another. They obviously did not want to help me. Ask them if they could tell me where the coveralls were they looked at me like I had two heads when I asked that question. They said we don't even know if we carry that. I had to explain to them what a coverall was which I found kind of funny they didn't know what a coverall was. Then they said well if we have one it will be over there. They pointed in the direction which they did have to but they were both extra large. I went back and I asked if they would be getting any more in I said that they did have two but they were both too big. It's about the best thing you should do is just order online That's better than going to the store. As well I don't feel that it's better than going to the store because I would like him to be able to try it on He's never had one before He's 15 I don't know that it's going to fit and instead of sending it back because it doesn't fit I would prefer to get one from a store locally if possible But of course I would use that as last resort But thanks anyway. Again I just felt that they were extremely rude and very unhelpful! I will definitely not go back there are other places I can go to get one!

Did a stop and they deliver. They got of the order right. But the bird seed blocks were wrong. Didn't notice until I got home. I ordered Orange flavor ones. It was on the receipt as well. However they gave me orange looking blocks instead. I should of called and went back but wasn't worth it.

Excellent, knowledgeable, and HELPFUL staff. I certainly can't pick up a fifty pound bag of feed, but the people here tossed it like a rag doll, and I'm very impressed. Prepare to see me twice a month until these bunnies become self sufficient or I die

I recently purchased 4 rubber stall mats. The sales associate loaded the stall mats in the car and suggested they be folded in half for easier loading. Upon unloading the stall mats all of them were split down the middle and unusable. When speaking to the store manager he let me know that the stall mats are defective due to the way they are stored being exposed to the sun and rain. Also mentioned this is a common occurrence due to the stall mats breaking apart when being transported. Having to load and return 200 lbs of stall mats is incredibly inconvenient. Highly suggest avoiding purchases like this due to my experience at the store and with the manager.

I love this store! They have everything I need especially in the animal care/feed department, which is great in a not so rural area. Lena, one of the managers, is so knowledgeable about farm type animals and their care. She is a great help and always professional and courteous. I personally have never experienced any bad visits to the store so I was surprised at some of the reviews. And true, they have no public restrooms, they would be located in Gabes next door FYI. Tractor Supply is a grown mans toy store!

I am a customer of 4+ years. I come here every time to fill my propane, buy car food, and other necessary items.I have had issue in the past but Matthew Tucker helped me gracefully with my propane filling and made the propane experience a wonderful one. I’ll be coming here often because of him. Kudos to him!

My review used to be 5 stars but recently this location has gone so far down hill it's crazy. All of the normal staff have quit and nobody has any idea what is going on. A lot of the employees don't wear their vests anymore and when I asked they said the manager doesn't make them wear them if they are working on something important like stocking. None of the employees can speak intelligently on products and overall it's a mess. The only saving grace is Sally the cashier. She has been there forever and is always so pleasant.

I've been buying our dog's food there for about a year. 4Health Untamed canned food. For the last couple of months, there has hardly been any cans on the shelf. You can't order it. I wish we could. I spend lots of money there, but they never have the food in stock its not worth the drive. Please let us order it.

I buy the food and pine pellets for my cats here. The store is clean and looks like a tractor supply. The people are always nice. Got to see some chicks. Was tempted to buy two just to hold for a minute and then give them to someone who could have them, but I didn't. There was a wait at the register when I was there, but upon realizing that the issue was going to require lots of waiting, there cashier opened up the other register and started ringing us up. It's a store and it provided me with what I needed.

New management is horrible. I witnessed the assistant manager, Morgan, talk down to another customer. She repeated herself 5 times when he clearly understood her the 2nd time. She was dismissive to him and both rude and dismissive to me when I brought it to her attention. She doesn't know how to talk to people and shouldn't be in a management role. Manager isn't much better. He is dismissive too and will not give you his undivided attention when talking to him. The only reason we keep coming back is Sally, the cashier. Called corporate and complained.

I purchased a swing set online for $800+. They put a hold on my bank account for the amount of the item which appeared as a pending charge. I was then told my item was in stock, shipped and expected to be here 7 days after the purchase. Then received and email saying there was a shipping delay. I called the solutions team and they said it was on a 3-4 week back order. Two days later I get another email saying it has shipped and will arrive on Tuesday which is 17 days after the purchase. They just charged my account for it in full 1 day before delivery. They do not make you aware of how they process the payment because they don’t want to deal with refunds!! I have shopped at this place for a while now but I will not return. No communication besides automated emails.

LEADERSHIP NEEDS TO READ THIS!! It's a great store with great prices. HOWEVER - Why is manager of Glen Burnie MD store allowed to have her job?? She oozes contempt for customers & is consistently rude - even hateful. When I called this morning to check stock, she said the store doesn't do that anymore. I said I had called for stock checks many times and there was never an issue. She replied with sarcasm and meanness and I said: "I think I recognize who I"m talking with - because you've spoken to me like this in person before. And she said "Yeah that was probably me - I hate this job". !!!! She makes it miserable to call/shop there. Please leadership - ACT - on your own behalf!!

Unlike what some people on here may think, Tractor Supply is a very well functioning store, with amazingly friendly staff. I can sit and talk to them for 20 minutes about my dogs and they love it! Not a bad word or look from them. It's genuinely a great place to shop, and it's so refreshing to have people there who have your best interest at heart.
