Have been going to this location for the majority of the year for grooming. They always do an amazing job with my fiancee's mom's poochie. Just make sure when you are making the appointment to get exactly everything you want done when making an appointment with the call-in center (although last time we made an appointment, they might have switched how it is done so heads up). Only had one issue with the grooming, and they fixed it (was a miscommunication with what services we wanted so IYKYK).They'll have your schmancier than supermarket food for your favorite pooch or kitty, as well as what you might need for an aquarium (they're no Bill's House of Tropics but I don't think they sell dog and cat stuff). And they're currently having a sale on the holiday regalia, for that special furball in your life (also lizard costumes, but that's a whole other story).Would recommend them for getting in and out without $400 in dog toys, unless that's what you're going for. And the grooming department is good to go.

Not a bad place but I feel like there was only three people working and two were on the registers. I had some questions about cat food, but I had to take a risk because there was no one around who was available to assist me place that I come for my fish needs as well, although it is a big box store and the prices are ravaging

The grooming department needs new staff! We used to bring our special needs golden retriever for grooming appointments (basic nail trim and brushing). The ladies before were pleasant and had nothing but nice things to say about our dog. Always booked online or over the phone, never had prior issues.When we arrived for our dogs appointment (note this is when the store opened on a Sunday morning), the staff appeared to be in a bad mood and having their own workplace conflict amongst themselves (in front of customers, very awkward). We dropped off our dog and went to another store in the shopping center. When he was finished, I received a call from the young lady and when I said I was on my way over, she said "right" and hung up on me. When my husband picked up our dog, an older grooming associate was very rude telling him we are not allowed to book appointments online anymore and to remain in the store (this was NEVER said to us for prior visits).I also wanted to note, it didn't look like our dog's nails were trimmed at all and I had to brush out matting behind his ears when we returned home.We were incredibly disappointed being spoken to disrespectfully by staff and will NOT be returning. The previous staff will be missed, they were great to work with. Switched to Petco grooming where our dog is welcomed and taken care of.

I counted 36 dead fish/bettas during my brief visit for my girlfriend to see the cats. As a hobbyist and someone who has worked with fish/reptiles on a professional level, I can make the determination some of the tanks have not been serviced properly in weeks. Half of the tanks had little/no flow and still had stock. Half of the tanks had a nasty film on the top layer (no not typical biofilm). If you can’t keep tanks, don’t sell fish.Highly recommend taking the 5 minute drive to house of tropicals and spending your money on quality fish and education on proper husbandry. Petsmart has never been “great”, but this is below standard and sad to see.

If I can rate my experience a ZERO i would. Marquis did not follow any instruction that I gave when It came to my dogs grooming session. I dropped my dog off at 11:45am and got a call at 4pm that my dog was ready and when I got there, He was completely shaved off from head to toe. How can you charge a de matting fee on a bald dog? And why did it take 4 hours if all you did was shave him bald? Before all this, we agreed to keep his face and shave the tail. I was told he was only matted on his tail, so I am still confused as to why all the fur on his face is gone? My dog even has a razor mark on his back that he did not deserve. I Will never go back there again & will be calling the customer service number that was given to me. No one would even let me speak to Marquis and claimed she was so busy. How even more unprofessional. My guess was she knew she wrong and couldn’t face it.

This was his first groom in the state of Maryland and The groomers did not listen to any directions that were given. It took my dog 4 hours to come back completely shaved! It is the next day and he has sores on his back, face, and neck. I am extremely upset and I do not recommend bringing your dog here.

Love the story very pet friendly. The only downfall is customer service inside the store. Kind of sucks and they’re a little too expensive for things that people would buy a lot of there’s a lot of pet lovers.

My family and I adopted a cat from the rescue group in PetSmart. The volunteers were so amazing and helpful. They made the process simple and celebrated with us as we adopted Natalie! The staff at PetSmart also guided us and helped us as we were choosing the best products for Natalie.

Usually I love going into this particular Pet Smart. On this day, as usual, I found everything that I had come in for.It was my checkout experience that was so dreadful. The young man at the register was masked. I have absolutely no objection to that. However one must learn to raise their voice to be heard through the mask. At best all I got was a mumble. He also shorted me my change of $.66. I gave him every opportunity to hand me back my change. But he started to check out the next person in line. I guess his mask affected his hearing. I had a meeting that I had to attend so I did not look for the manager. I looked for the young man's name tag......no name tag.So if you go to this Pet Smart DEFINITELY DO NOT PAY IN CASH.......BUT IF YOU DO........COUNT YOUR CHANGE.......THAT IS IF THEY HAND IT BACK TO.*****Employee was a young white male, thin, with black curly hair, and a mumble just above a whisper.****Just got a new puppy.......Pet Smart you won't be getting my business ever again. And right now, for the newest member of our family, he needs EVERYTHING!!!!!

We come here with our dog Dr Bones McCoy frequently. The store is always clean and well stocked. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Dr Bones favorite part is looking at the fish.

This location in particular i can speak for not so sure about all the others. The staff has always been nice to me. I love that they price match, it is the only reason i come here, otherwise theyre expensive. Dont buy crickets in a box you pay more and they usually are some dead in it. Your better off getting their ones they bag for you. They dont generally have a wide selection of animals and ive never seen all of the displays full but their animals are usually healthy so if you want a reptile i would pick here over petco for sure. Ive gotten a crested gecko from this location and hes doing good. This place is loaded with great decorations for reptiles i get all my pets stuff from here. Ill show you some of their stuff. My beardie LOVES his new hammock 😍

I took my Belgian Malinois in for grooming. They were very nice, my Girl wasn't afraid and went right with the lady, unusual for her. I picked her up and she looked Great, Ears, Nails, Teeth, and her Coat, she smelled Great and felt silky soft. I will Be Back, Highly Recommend!!!!

Took my dog Lady there to get a fresh haircut & nails done and I've got say Taylor( might of said name wrong could be Teyla) did an outstanding job.Well either way I definitely would recommend her.Thank you girl u rock and Lady loves it too

My dog is a large dog and grooming is one of the challenge but Ms. Mandi is very professional, very friendly, kind and understanding. She’s the kind of person who puts her heart into her job. I’m highly recommend to take Ms. Mandi for grooming.

they sold me a sick kitten. lied to me when i asked why he was sneezing so much, said it was because of the “homemade toy” they made him, maybe allergies, and took it away from him. i get home and a day later my kitten can’t open his one eye, can hardly breathe, is sneezing blood, etc.. i don’t mind spending money to save a kittens life but it would be nice to know I’m saving a kitten with a DISEASE. Not only that, they were begging me to save his brother who would most likely also have the disease. They don’t care about their animals, just the money. Disgusting.To be more specific, they sold me a 9 w/o kitten with an URI, MAYBE MORE! the kitten is sneezing BLOOD everywhere! CAN HARDLY BREATHE! He can’t even open his one eye. I have a vet appointment tomorrow. What a sick organization. They were begging me to adopt his brothers who were most likely sick too since an URI is contagious. Another man adopted one of his brothers, probably experiencing the same sadness I am. Who wants to see a kitten this sick??? HORRIBLE ORGANIZATION.

I've taken my dogs here a lot over the years. The past few times I've taken my dog in for grooming I left disappointed. I took my dog back 2 days later because some of his nails weren't clipped. That was ok because he can be uncooperative with it at times. I explained what happened and asked if someone could please trim the few nails that were missed.She had to look him up in the computer to confirm I was just there, then talk to her manager. She came back, I showed her which ones on front and back were missed. She clipped a few and still missed 2 in the front. I asked her to clip those and she said they didn't need it. I asked why they are longer than the other foot then and showed her again. We just kept going back and forth about it. I got so frustrated I took my dog from her and said nevermind I'd take him somewhere else. She repeated again that the didn't need clipping. So I told her they just lost a customer and left.I was on my way to the airport and couldn't do anything about it then. Well, while picking him up, holding him and in and out of the car with him my arm has imprints all over it from those 2 unclipped nails.It may not sound like a big deal but I paid for the Top Dog treatment, gave a Very Good tip and took him back again. I really don't think it should have been an argument to just get the job finished.I won't be going back again.

Great customer service! Super friendly helpful staff too! Bought a new fish tank among other things on our last visit. Came home and the light fixture was broken and we couldn't find the receipt. They happily gave us a new light fixture after verifying our purchase in their system. We love our new tank and so do our fish!

This is always a clean and well-stocked location. The staff is also great; nice and helpful (especially that one time when my dog peed on a bag of rabbit litter and watched my cart so I had a free hand to clean up after him).
