I’ve been taking JinX and Hershey here for a while and they treat her well she looks beautiful when I pick her up and they are so patient with her she loves getting groomed and gets excited when it’s time to go to her appointment every two weeks

They do not fully honor the company return policy here. Bought an item with debit card and didn’t need it. Policy online say: “Credit card purchases will be credited to the original card used or a merchandise return card will be issued for future use in-store. Debit card purchases will be refunded as cash. If the original card is not available, or a payment method other than a credit card was used for your order (such as PayPal), a merchandise return card will be issued.” Was only offered a merchandise card or return the money to my debit card which I didn’t have on me when I was trying to return it. They claim to not do cash back even though the card machine asks when making a card payment but ok

Came here because we got a brand new pup. We needed everything for Priscilla a leash a collar dog bowls toys food treats everything as for assistance with a few things they were very helpful we also got a name tag there for her. The people there were very friendly and very professional. I will definitely go back in the future.

Great service the manager Sabrina went above and beyond, and she is so sweet. She helped us get everything we needed for our bearded dragon. We need to get more stuff so we will definitely be going back to see her for help.

Me and my husband take our dog to this banfield location. They offer an insurance plan which we really like and saves us tons of money upfront. The vets and staff are super friendly and treat our dog well. We love Susanne and our doggie adores her too!

You know I was actually surprised to see this location hasa 4.4 ⭐️, low and behold, I’m giving them a 1! What’s my reason, and I got a good one too.Long story short, I called on a Saturday to make an appointment with them, (phone number was saved to my phone), and made the appointment.Following three days later, Tuesday, at 2:30p as scheduled, and they told me I had called Petco by accident and that my dog wasn’t scheduled. What an insult!I picked up the phone and speed dialed the number. The same girl who turned me away from PetSmart, answered the phone, and to told, I made the wrong phone call, when I was right. This place never bothered to acknowledge nor scheduled the appointment prior three days ago.Try going to the one on Mountain Road instead. They’re much more convenient and cleaner than this place on Ordance Road.

We have been going to Ordnance Road PetSmart grooming center since we moved into the county. Amber does a fantastic job with our Golden Retriever, Natty. I wouldn’t take her anywhere else to be honest. She’s actually starting to walk into the store and not having to be carried in.

Brianna W. did a great job with our Tater Tot today! She made him smell amazing, and trimmed up his fur on his paws really well (so he slides on our hardwood/tile floors less). She also did a great job of cutting, and rounding out his nails.Thanks!

I didn't think they would have my cat food that I need it but they did they do carry Friskies dry cat food Seafood Sensations my cats love it. I was getting my cat food elsewhere but from now on I will be coming back here to purchase it. Five years ago I adopted my cat at that time her name was Boo Berry of course I changed her name to Lolita she was 10 years old when I adopted her. This store is very clean and well-stocked. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable.

The staff are knowledgeable, but they do not like it when we reinforce good training with our dogs on site. They ask us to leave or not train for good manners on site because it appears to be competing with their training product. We cannot help that our training is more productive than theirs, as evidenced by the exceptional manners of our canine good citizens. Otherwise, a clean store that is well stocked.

The staff at this Petsmart are A++. Each time I visit, they are helpful, nice and caring. Sabrina, the manager, has helped me reach and every time and is always pleasant and kind. You can tell that everyone that works there has a genuine love for all animal big and small!!

We picked up an adopted kitten from here last Saturday through MDSPCA. Our first time here. The staff is friendly and we got a nice coupon book. Even joined their rewards program. We look forward to going back to pick up another kitten.

This store is well-stocked Banfield hospital has some of the nicest and well-trained staff employees are eager and quick to help place is always clean. They also assist with the storage and adoption of shelter animals as well I love this place.
