Absolutely amazing beds. I still have all of the beds that I purchased 19 years ago when I built my kennel. The aluminum beds that I have recently purchased should last for 100 years or more. Everything is replaceable and we keep spare parts on hand to keep our beds looking like new. The customer service is outstanding. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

I volunteer at a cat sanctuary and the towers provided by this company are amazing. We have towers ranging from the two tier to multiple nine tier towers. The cats love the tower and can easily move from level to level.You do have to assemble them but I feel it is relatively easy once you get the hang of it. The are durable and sturdy which is ideal for the sanctuary that I work at. I highly recommend these to anyone who is looking for a way to give their cat or cats a nice place to nap throughout the day.

I purchased a Kuranda Dog Bed at the recommendation of the place where I send my Wheaten Terrier for training. I purchased the ballistic nylon XL and it is the right size for my 39 pound dog. The product is made of solid materials and I believe it will last a long time. I also had an excellent customer service experience when I needed to call and ask a couple questions about shipping time. It was easy to speak to an actual person who told me that he personally would be making sure my bed would arrive by a particular date.

Just ordered one of these beds for our German Shepherd, four days ago. Not only was ordering easy, service was great and the bed arrived at our door two days later! Read the directions for assembly and the bed went together like a charm. Our boy has been on and off it since and has spent hours happily sleeping on it. It'll be great for him this summer because of the raised height and a fan close by to circulate air below as well as over him. Pleased with the sturdy build and quick service! Way to go Kuranda!

Purchased a Kuranda bed several years ago and my dogs love it. Has held up well through a German Shepherd, a (large ) Golden, and a Black Lab, still looking new. Purchased 2 more for outdoor (poolside) use. First I ordered the wrong fabric, and as soon as I saw this, called Customer Service to exchange. Accomplished this easily, thank you Jamie!!. When this arrived, my husband and I attempted to assemble the beds. We could not get the fabric to slide into the rails no matter how hard we tried. Called Customer Service again and talked with James. After some trouble shooting, we returned the beds (Kuranda covered the return cost, thank you again) and 2 new preassembled beds arrived in just 3 days.Their products are great, but the customer service at Kuranda is stellar. They are polite, pleasant, and going to do whatever it takes to make it right. Service is fast. Will be ordered another bed soon. Even though we had trouble with assembly, have no hesitation in ordering another bed because I am confident Kuranda will fix any problems.Fantastic service with a super product. Thank you Kuranda!

We have purchased several of their beds over the past 8 years. The quality control has diminished over time as they now ship beds without the appropriate hardware rendering the beds useless.
