They literally can't even keep Romaine Lettuce stocked anymore. Every time I've come here for the past two years I've had to hit up a 2nd grocery store too because something incredibly mundane was out of stock. I don't know what the produce manager does but it's clearly not his job. This place used to be fantastic pre COVID but they clearly have stopped caring.

Everything is very organized and clean. They have a lot of fresh food on one side, and processed food (plus other goods - skincare, kitchen supplies, etc.) on the other side. Food here is a little bit more expensive than at a regular grocery store, but there are some things that you can only get here.

WOW, This place seemingly has it all, plus service with a smile. Prices are better than competitive, mostly. The store is very clean and shiny, a rooster crows, but the seafood section seriously stank, stopping & sending me scurrying back thru 'Produce' to avoid that soon to be serendipitous-stench' helping me to invest in a Whole Carrot Cake on the way out, so this ended up as a good thing also needing another beautiful bag of Honey-Crisp Apples. Open until 12 Midnight (24:00) Everyday. With Real people.Update: Seafood Section Scrubbed Spotless & Smells Sanitized!

Overall this was a good experience. After getting home and unpacking my groceries, I noticed that my white cake was charged $15 instead of $12 due to someone placing a carrot cake label incorrectly on the item. Food is too expensive right now and that cake has shrunk significantly over the past few years, it is not worth 3 additional dollars.

Great one stop shop for all your grocery needs. I love the sushi and probably the best cuts of most meat you can think of. I was even able to skip the Mercado get all the Latin ingredients here.

Wegmans quality control has started to go down for the past few years but the prices have gone up. Take for example, the lunch meat that is prepared, bagged and stored near the deli counter. Whoever has been packing the lunch meat does not take care to cover the zip portion of the bags. So anyone can open the bag and contaminate the meat or take portions out. This just doesn't seem sanitary to me and the deli department needs to do a better job in terms of quality control for these prepared lunch meat. I found an open bag and that was just unacceptable to me. Do other shoppers experience this at the deli section as well?

I go just for the 4 gallon spring water for my water cooler. The selection of products is good, but everything is wildly overpriced. And the quality is average and comparable to much more reasonably priced grocery stores.

This grocery store is huge. Very many food selection from American to International foods. They also have a section in the store where food has already been made and ready to serve. Seats are available to sit and eat away. I would recommend coming here. One thing is certain, some prices are slightly high.

Got groceries late at night and I forgot some of my items. I called them after hours and I was planning on leaving a voicemail but someone picked up immediately! They took the information down and what items were missing they told me to call in next day to confirm which I did! They said to come back grab the items and go to the service desk with the receipt! They allowed me to pick up my items with no hassle! Their staff were extremely helpful and kind! This was great customer service and I will definitely be going back!!

My partner wanted their Cranberry Orange relish so I drove a half-hour. They had about 15 of them ... 13 of them a year old/expired! The other two expired in like 2 and 5 days. At eight bucks! I bought one and my partner liked it but - geez - a shelf full of year-old products?The guy behind the butcher counter was nice, helpful, professional but the 5-pound rib roast was gristly and fatty. Not good. Whaddaya want for $11 a pound? I should've stayed with Harris Teeter.Wegman's crab cakes are shredded meat, unlike Whole Foods which is lump crab. Of course, Wegman's is 4-for-$28 and WF is 4-for-$45. But I grabbed a 4-oz. container of Remoulade sauce for the crab cake, figuring it was a buck or two (I didn't see a sign) ... and it was $3.50. Over-priced AND expensive.hmmmm ... can't think of anything good to say - sorry

I'm having serious problems with the stocking issues at Wegman's. I typically shop around 9:00 a.m. on Saturdays, and a lot of shelves are still very empty. I couldn't even get garlic after the store had been open for 3 hours. I could go on listing the ingredients I could not buy today, but the fact that they don't have garlic available says enough.If Jeff Bezos, of all people, can keep Whole Foods completely stocked the moment the store opens, why can't Wegman's do the same?

A market employee let a cart hit my mother's car and hit the mirror and that whole part fell off. The menager simply said that she wouldn't take responsibility and the employees treated my mother very badly, even hiding their badges so we wouldn't know their names. ridiculous!

The Cafe never recovered from the lockdowns. It's a sad husk of what used to be a fun place to grab lunch.The rest of the grocery store is otherwise the best in Germantown.

Wegmans has everything! But because they have everything, their items are in several different places. For example, cheese can be found in at least 3 separate areas. So I had to take 1 star because I can never find anything! But when I do find it, everything is great. Great selection of everything.

While the store is very clean and many of the staff are VERY friendly and welcoming, I have noticed on MULTIPLE occassions, that the Night Manager, Rob, will not interact with customers / persons of color.And, I usually pay no mind to this sort of behavior, but his aforementioned demeanor is very consistent.To speak to someone and say "have a good evening and get no reply", and see those same courtesies extended to others is a little disappointing.But again, the MAJORITY of the staff are VERY friendly, its unfortunate that the person that should set an example doesn't.
