Small parking in front of store. Jigsaw puzzle ample parking around the store. Store is right off route 118 in a tight corner. My service was great and polite in and out of the door.This store is neat, well stocked and nice lighting. Soft music and a treat to shop in. This was my morning experience.

The young tall black teenager cashier is extremely rude and it makes me wonder if he even has any customer service training. I asked if he could get me the perfume in the big box and he said with and angry tone that I should “get it my self”. He served me with an unhappy and disturbed look on his change. Mind you this requires them to get it themselves since they are the store clerks and all the perfumes are locked up . He didn’t bother apologizing for being rude either and his whole attitude makes me never want to visit that store again.

The two men working behind the counter Sunday April 14th 2024 at 3:15pm were creepy,unsettling,rude,unprofessional and did not give me complete change and denied my phone number discount. Incredibly rude and made my girlfriend feel unsafe and uncomfortable going to the restroom which they almost refused to open and then to her surprise was disgustingly filthy. Awful location, awful selection of products and awfully disgusting staff.

The old man (I guess the manager) was rude and his comments were inappropriate. The restroom isn't publicly available to anyone. My 5 year old daughter had to use the restroom just to pee and we were turned around. Never had encountered any Walgreens to refuse service before. Don't go here. There's a major reason why they have 2 stars. It should be a 0 until they find new management who can better serve the Germantown community.

Where do I begin? Let's start with the Pharmacy. I transferred my prescriptions from another local pharmacy for a number of reasons. Mainly being that they never had prescriptions ready, and the high turnover rate with staff and Pharmacists. When I first started going to Walgreens pharmacy, they were perfect. Prescription was always ready on time, above and beyond service.Yesterday, for the first time in almost 2 years, a prescription that I have been taking, generic at that, was all of a sudden not covered by my insurance. After three calls to my insurance company, a prior-authorization and a phone call from my doctor, the medication was approved until June of 2024 which is the only reason I will be continuing to patronize this business for my prescriptions. The Pharmacist, pharmacy staff, and phone person will not give you any information except..."I understand". I don't even know who the Pharmacist on duty is because there is a new Pharmacist every week.Todays visit: 6/24/2023Nothing on the shelves, absolutely nothing. Pharmacy out the door at 5:59pm. So I grabbed a few cleaning supplies. I get to the cashier, he can't tell me the pharmacy hours for Sunday and he's clearly nodding under the influence of something. So I come home to call and get the information for the district manager and was told this location has NO STORE MANAGER at that location or on duty. No store manager. They have been operating a whole business and pharmacy with no store manager. Long story short, say no to drugs and be buyer be aware of your surroundings. Get your prescriptions filled somewhere else.

Tried to use same day photo service. 5 hours later the order was canceled after all the other stores I could get the time sensitive thing I needed were closed. Needless to say, it's fine for running in and grabbing shampoo but don't trust the 1 hour photo pickup from this location. Call if it's not confirmed in an hour so you have time to change your plans. I have never had this issue with the pharmacy where I used to live. No wonder this place is rated 2 stars.

I know this was once a Rite Aid, but when it became a Walgreens, things in the restroom were not going good when I went inside. I was not happy with the restroom because I just saw the urinal always being clogged and the bathroom was vandalized and a toilet paper dispenser had graffiti written on it. I only gave it four stars because of the vandalized bathroom although the store is pretty good. I’m a little surprised nothing bad happened to the toilet. The hand dryer is not vandalized.

Horrible customer service especially with prescriptions delivery. Will transfer all my prescriptions to another pharmacy. They messed up my request for delivery both times and when speaking to them on the phone, they gave out incorrect information or didn't know what I was talking about. It took a week to get my 1st prescriptions which should have taken no more than 2 days. They got to do better. I plan on reporting this to corporate.

I typically choose to pick up orders I complete online or using the app at this location. Sometimes they're able to provide curbside pickup. Sometimes I'll sit there for a while and not be able to reach someone by phone inside the store after choosing curbside pickup. Sometimes they cannot find the order once it's fulfilled and stashed with the other pickup orders.One time one of my bags was left behind. I didn't catch it at the time of pickup and checked my order later and didn't see the items I thought I'd ordered as part of my purchase. I came to retrieve a newer order and was given the bag that was missed months prior to... months.The current order was stuffed into two large bags, which caused one of the handles of each bag to break... instead of placing them in more bags or, at least, double bagging the merchandise. One of the handles was tied back together. The second bag ripped later on 🤷🏽♀️.The staff has usually been professional. I've dealt with one of the managers and it was a pleasant experience.

was in there earlier today purchasing some essentials and the line was long and moving very slowly. The ppl in line were talking about how slow the man behind the register was ringing people up. He was the only one at the registers, and there was a lady with a boot on her foot who walked out of the employee room in the front, looked at the long line, ignored it, and continued walking to the back of the store.When I got to the register the gentlemen behind it who was clearly agitated because the people in the line were upset at him, grabbed my credit card out of my hand and waved the chip in front of the chip reader rather then just telling me to do that instead of inserting it.I'm appalled by this behavior! Who grabs credit cards out of another persons hand? Someone needs to train the staff on the register and customer service!!!!!!!! I'll be sticking to ordering my stuff on Amazon and avoiding this Walgreens. I advise everyone else to do the same!

I come to wallgreens all the time... when i was working on a uber order i had to foremost wait patiently for the person infront if me for over 30minutes then while shopping for a customer I got insulted when purchasing candy.. which was part of the order. The old man asked for ID then I said what was it that he said aren't you to old to buy candy. I was shocked by his response and asked if he was joking. He didn't anwser. It was a very uncomfortable situation. It shouldn't matter but i was clearly dealing with harrassment.. if you dont want to wait and deal with rude incompetent staff then this is the wrong place to shop at ...

Same thing as 3 months ago they NEVER have the medication I need so when my doctor sends my script electronically it ALWAYS says delayed, and don't let it be on a Friday because then I'll have to wait until at least Monday to get my medication because they "don't get shipments on the weekend" one lady did try to help me out and told me to let them know a week prior to me running out of my meds but I shouldn't have to do that to get medicine I'm paying forUpdate:They are out of stock AGAIN I'm changing my Pharmacy because this is RIDICULOUS from day one I've had problems with this pharmacy carrying my prescription and I'm DONE dealing with this! I NEVER had this problem with CVS

I used to love this pharmacy, pharmacist used to be more friendly and always willing to help.Now they are cold, feels like they are doing you a favor by just talking with you, on top of asking questions like why you need the PRESCRIPTION; Why do i need to answer such questions when prescription was fax/mailed by a registered Doctor?, I will ask to transfer all my prescriptions to a different pharmacy.

Need to hire more people to get prescriptions filled on time. Too slow . Antibiotics, BP meds etc are important need to get it filled on the same day . Life and death meds need to be filled on time.

Don't get your covid booster here. The guy(Young Asian Guy) was very rushed during my booster process. He did not ask me which arm I want my booster in. He didn't completetly answer my questions said but you've done this before. Also he did not even tell me wait 15 minutes after getting my booster before leaving like you are supposed to do.

They refused to fill a Rx same day (very common med they had in stock). This was with 2 hours left until they closed when other nearby pharmacies are closed. The medicine cannot wait until tomorrow. They also rarely have common meds on hand when Safeway nearby does. I will never use them again.

No one knew how send film rolls for developing, was told to 30+ minutes for someone to come in who knew. They didn’t. I wouldn’t trust them with my photos anyway.

If I had it my way, I would not have given this review this one star. But this is the only way to move ahead in review writing process. The pharmacy sucks. I called 10 times in two days to speak with a pharmacy tech or pharmacist about my prescription b once I get through automated system there is a recording that, keep informing you that staffers are helping other callers. I listened to this recording for whole one hour but my call was never answered a few times. My call was never answered and My prescription was never filled. Very poor customer service. TerribleIn contrast, every time I called Walmart pharmacy or Target Pharmacy, I was eventually connected to a live person without having to wait for an eternity.

Over the years, this pharmacy has gotten worse and worse. I never write reviews, especially negative reviews, but it is insufferable to have to go to this pharmacy. Extremely long wait times (30-45 min minimum, usually more), prescriptions never ready in advance, discombobulated, unknowledgeable and rude staff, etc. I have tried to tough it out for the sake of convenience. But I’ve reached my limit. It’s actually scary that this place is operational. And I personally would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I wish I could give 0 star, this Pharmecy is the worse Pharmecy. I always had small issues with this place but I was ignoring them but last time was the most horrible experience. I had a toddler with fever, they didn’t have the antibiotics that I needed so I checked with cvs they had it I drove back to Walgreens because they don’t answer the phone to tell them to fax the RX to cvs, they refused to do that, they said only by phone call, I drove back to cvs to tell them to call I was there for about 30 min and Walgreens doesn’t answer the phone, I drove back to Walgreens to tell them to pick up the phone!! And when they finally did the pharmacist in Walgreens ask them to put them back on hold, at this point I was very frustrated I was doing back and forth for 2 hours. After starting to complain very loudly she finally pick up the phone and send the rx over. Customer service in all chain pharmacies is 0. I will definitely find a private pharmecy with better customer service and care.

If I was able to give zero stars I would! What makes this infuriating is that I have reached out to the corporate and filed a formal complaint regarding the issues and mistreatment I had to deal with.YES, it was that bad! I was told the store Mgr will reach out within 24hrs, but She never did, I called back corporate after 3 days to escalate my complaint, and again I was informed I will be getting a call within four days due to Christmas and the long weekend... Of 2022. Today is January 5th, 2023 and I still have not received a call. This shows how little they care about their customers and how Walgreens operates top to bottom, an incompetent group of people who can not even follow through to address their customer's concerns. I will NEVER go back there. There are plenty of competitors like CVS... Just around the corner!!!

If I could give them zero stars, then I would. This is, hands down, the worst pharmacy in all of Germantown. Today I called and after 13 minutes of being on hold was disconnected. I called back and after 30 minutes on hold I was disconnected. Never once was I transferred to somebody in the pharmacy who could help me. I can't stress strongly enough that if you have a choice of any other pharmacy in Germantown that you can use, you should definitely go elsewhere. I will make every effort to avoid this pharmacy at all costs in the future.

Steve was so helpful! I just got off the phone with him and he helped me find an item that my kids needed and I couldn’t find anywhere else. He knew his inventory exactly and told me he may have the item I am looking for without him even seeing it at that moment. If you ever need any help definitely ask for Steve, he’s awesome!

I took an appointment for my Covid booster shot for 2:45pm. I filled the forms beforehand (rather extensive), had all my ID. On submission of the forms I waited 30 minutes before the pharmacist came to give the vaccination. As I waited I heard the conversations and interactions with other customers for the same shot and other medications. This is an untrained staff that does not respect peoples time and does not follow the appointment system. They haphazardly fill out prescriptions, attend to customers in the drive through and to those that wait for vaccinations. The pharmacist is rude to customers and seeks to make excuses rather than follow the outlined process. Walgreens management must intervene to ensure that their systems are followed to the letter so that they provide services at par with other Walgreen Stores in the vicinity as well as competitors. The pharmacist does required more training in cusotmer services and systems. It appears she likes to collect vaccination customers so that she can come once and inject all of them. Convenient to her but disrespectful of the the customer's time. Other reviews here are accurate and similar. Its mismangement coupled with rude behavior and a haphazard system.

I usually use Cvs to fill up my prescription drug but this time my doctor sent to here because they may have one medicine I need. The electronic prescription was sent at 11 Am but was not ready when I was there by 4 pm. The excuse was I have no profile in their system and ask me to come back the next day even though I told them this is an urgent medicine. They did not care. Now it is 11 am the next day. They said will call me when the medicine is ready but no call yet. I called them but no any person picked up the phone or direct you to the right one. The system kept saying there was a nonprescription associated with your phone number. I will go there to check but doubt it can be ready. All in all, they are not helpful not professional not thinking about your situation. Absolutely will avoid this location in the future!!
