The most disorganized Target I’ve ever been too. Everything was an absolute mess, I saw someone stealing products, no clear direction of the store. Also the scanners don’t even work. View photos provided to see what I mean.P.S. the Walmart across the street made this Target look like a joke, that Walmart was super clean and organized.

I usually enjoy my time at most target locations especially in the morning when no one’s around. this location however is by FAR the worst, the most ghetto store I’ve been to!! I I came here around 9AM after my shift and this place was A HOT MESS as if it’s 9PM after a long day.Not much of a selection to begin with. It’s been a while since they restocked or did anything w the inventory, bc they hardly had any sz MED, left w mostly XS-XL.I was getting a major migraine from the giant bright blinking light blinding me by the women’s department. Good thing I don’t have epilepsy cuz that’s a giant lawsuit waiting to happen!! The entire store looked like it got tore up at 9am w barely any customers. If this place looks like this at 9AM, Can’t imagine the disaster waiting for evening customers.

Shopper be ware. I heard 3 - 4 young boys trying to hustle a woman out of $10. They said they needed it for a basketball (that of which one was holding) and that they only had $10 and needed another $10 because the ball was $20. They went even further to tell her that their Dad was really upset and they had to buy another ball. Anyway, I tried telling the manager at Target after the young woman left but the workers did nothing. I never saw the manager and then tried calling the store (while in the store). I watched Guest Services pick the phone up and hang it back up. 😲. Wow. Safety only matters to some apparently. Thanks Target. A different store it is. That's fine, you just helped me save money and from being a Target in Target. Go figure.😒

They quickly restock popular items online and in store at Germantown location from my experience. Also, employees at the order pickup & return counter at Milestone Shopping Center were friendly and seemed happy to be there, which must have been tough considering the store was absolutely packed on a sunny saturday afternoon. 5/5

This Target store is decent however as someone who doesn't shop at this location regularly I really hate the layout. Everything is placed along the back walls of the store and the clothes are directly in the center. This means you have to walk around the entire store to do your shopping and it takes forever. I went in to buy a toilet bush and I walked all the way to the bed and bath section only to find the brush I was looking for was in the cleaning supplies section. Guess where that is? Yep the opposite side of the store. Don't worry they did have toilet brushes in the bath section, just not the one I was looking for. It sounds like a pretty minor inconvenience but it adds minutes on to a shop that should be a quick in and out. I really wish they would just remodel this store to have the same traditional target layout that all of their other stores have.

This location has been getting worse, and dare I say, it is turning into Walmart. I went there today, and so many boxes and products looked like people had stolen them. NONE of the aisles are well-kept. Everything is disorganized, and there are ever at max two registers open, making the self-checkout line longer than ever. The customer service station is a mess as well. I even heard the pharmacists say that they don't care how the aisles look chaotic. Management needs to hire more staff and train their employees better. There is no excuse that Target should look like Walmart

My go to target. Mary Lou was amazing and her customer service was on point. She made my experience even better. Her personality was rare to find and she definitely deserves a raise. It is important to keep people like that in your company. Ty Mary Lou

The service isn’t great but more importantly the quality isn’t either . I just left the store got home and found that my 4.99 pack of strawberries were rotten. Almost all of the fruit in the middle so you couldn’t see it upon purchase. I also cut into a worm… ew never buying from this target again

I got overcharged by cashier name Danielle. I went back to her and told me to go to customer service and have to wait a line and wait for customer service to start service. What a day? If she did not do it intentional, she might apologize, that was the least I was expecting. But finally I got someone to help me to explain and get refund. Beware of the price when you checkout.

Don’t let the nice organized section in the front fool you. This Target is constantly out of stock/low of items or “no longer sold at Germantown”. The clothing section is an absolute unorganized mess with no organization whatsoever. They have a “grocery” section but with only packaged produce that isn’t good. Not much difference between this Target and the Walmart next door except the prices are much higher here.

After our recent visit, this Target location is one of the best I've ever been to. Although they are currently undergoing renovations in the middle of the store making it unappealing in some areas, the products they have in stock and organization of a lot of their items exceeds any expectations. Their $1/$3/$5 section is well organized by category and season, nothing seemed out of place. Some of the unique brands I haven't noticed in any Target, yet, is the Casper, which we found on display by the entrance, AND the Rustic Wood series of classic board games (perfect for game lovers who love to display their games without out it looking out of place in the home). Service is also fantastic! There's always someone available to assist and you don't see anyone idling around. They have a Pizza Hut Express and Starbucks inside by the registers. The barista who took our order was wonderful--friendly, helpful, and down to earth. I think I will make this my go-to Target Target runs whenever we're in the area. Highly recommend!

The cleanist Super Target I've ever been in. This store reminds me of a stylish department store. The customer service is top notch. The layout is the best, and I never have trouble finding products.There's a large self checkout section near the Starbucks for quick pay and go. I grade my experience on the ability to find products and no hassle for checkouts.

The Germantown Target has great products and friendly and helpful staff. The store is very messy and appears disorganized though. There are often lots of carts with items to be stocked in the aisles.

Im taking the time to write this review because I wanted to specifically point out Miguel who works curbside pick up (glasses and shaggyish brown hair) I am a regular curbside customer and each time has always been a breeze. But 9/10 times I usually have Miguel assisting me with my order and each and every time he’s assisted me he has been more than pleasant! Rain or shine he is consistently the friendliest associate I have ever come across. I’m not even exaggerating. He always greets me with a friendly hello and is quick and efficient with loading everything in! Today I finally asked him his name because I knew how important it was that he was recognized for his hard work! Even when I told him he was so humble and kind. Experiences like this is what keeps me shopping here! I hope this reaches management because he absolutely deserves to be recognized!

I’m just writing this review because of your employee Devon (wears glasses and has somewhat long hair). I don’t do reviews but I am today because I loved his energy. It’s really stands out. I went in today got what I needed, the self check outs weren’t working so had to go to a lane. I noticed that he was sweet and super polite to every customer, and very cheery with everyone. I honestly wish I had his energy when I used to work retail. I usually avoid the lanes since there’s only two open now but glad to encounter someone with good energy. We may never know, but positive interactions and positive energy can make a difference in someone’s day.

The store I usually shop at (Germantown, MD) is always clean and well stocked. Anytime I need an associate they are helpful and professional.I recently placed an online order while shopping in the store because the item I was looking for was out of stock in the aisle it usually is. As I walked around the store, I found what I had been looking for on an end cap. I immediately went into my Target app and cancelled the order I had placed just minutes before. It was so easy to do!Keep up the good work!

Great store, but review is for Starbucks. Good staff average selection of food. Drinks are same every where. Good place to grab a quick coffee.

Great location except one time there was a tech nerd trying to sell me a mobile phone data plan when I was just minding my business shopping not even at the tech section. Gross. Very gross. 🤮 I avoid that section now. I rush in, get my laundry supplies, rush to checkout, and rush out. 🤮

This Target has been my second home since it opened. The pharmacy staff make the trip to get prescriptions worthwhile. They recognize who people are and Melissa even grabs prescriptions for folks she sees standing in line! I refuse to go to any other CVS because they just don't compare!

I got an item couple days ago. No problem with it. But the employee that helped me out the tall, light skin guy, that does carts, didn’t talk to me when I asked him questions, he was just quiet with me the whole time when he brought the item to my car.

I have shopped at this store since opened. The staff is professional and courteous, and the store is always organized and clean. I really appreciate the willingness of the staff to answer your questions and help you to find what you are looking for.
