Absolutely love this store! I didn't know I was into birds until I saw all the fun and exciting products. Bird watching is do much fun!Ollie, the store cat is so cool and adds so much love to the store. He is so friendly!The owner Kate, is incredibly knowledgeable about all her products. She's so kind and easy to talk to. Her savings program is completely worth it and pays off in dividends!

I am a novice when it comes to birds and getting variety to my yard. I have enjoyed all of the information that I have received eveytime I have gone into the store. Asked how to get Gold Finches to come, got advice in the store, and had Gold Finches 4 days later.😀Although the products might be more expensive, you definitely get what you pay for. I have very happy birds (and squirrels).

3 DEC 16Positive - Very nice, well laid-out, clean store. Great selection. Staff seems very knowledgeable.Negative - Poor customer service/attitude by staff person. Large sign at front of store said 20% off one item. No discount given when checking out. Staff member pointed to a smaller sign behind the register and stated I needed a coupon from their e-mail to receive the discount. There was a third sign in front of the register that said 20% off one item. Like the first sign no requisites listed to receive the discount. After this was brought to the attention of the staff person they stated, "I don't make the rules."Result - I will shop online or at a different Wild Birds Unlimited store in the future.

I love visiting this store. It is very organized and well stocked. The customer service is always on point. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. A wonderful place to help out our pollinators such as our birds, butterflies, hummingbirds and even the bats who can devour a thousand mosquitoes within an hour. That's incredible. I highly recommend this store.

Love going into Wild Birds Unlimited at Waugh Chapel...our birds enjoy their delicious assortment of different seeds and worms feed from their great variety of feeders. Just hung my hummingbird feeder today...looking forward to returning to the store for more goodies! The staff is very friendly, knowledgable and helpful!

I had a gift card this store does not accept any cash payments now. I told the clerk when I entered that I did not want to put 50 cents or less on my credit card. She said I could use the gift card. The total came to $50.43. The gift card was $50. The owner was not available and the clerk did not have authority to waive the 43 cents.
